I explained to them that I had roots in my sewer main, they told me that the regular smaller machine would be able to take the roots out had explained this to the person I talked to over the phone and the technician that came out. He came with some sort of dull, breaker bit, and used that. He had claimed that it should've taken care of the roots. The water flowed no problem. That was $75.
Three days later, the clog is back, and I called them up and they told me that since my drain had been completely clogged that they treated it as an emergency situation with no guarantee if the problem returned. Since it wasn't under a guarantee, they wanted to charge me another 75 dollars to have another technician come out with a larger piece of equipment for another 75 dollar equipment charge also not trying to sell me anything for an additional service of having a camera put into the main to see what the problem was. No thanks. So instead of getting this done with another company for 85 dollars, they wanted to charge me up to $225 to fix the root problem. All this and I have the receipt from the Tech saying he was there to clear the roots.
I have since tried a few times to call them to resolve this problem, since I paid 75 dollars to get this problem fixed with a confirmation that it would take care of the roots. I have talked to the receptionist and a manager, and I have not had any help from these people. I live with my wife on a strict budget and have had problems with clogged plumbing for 2 weeks now. Do not get these guys, they might be nice on the phone, but they don't try to help out when they don't get the job done.
I am also sorry that it had to come to this, I am also a small business owner, and I know how reviews effect the business.
