Very nice and friendly staff. Good selection of appliances! I had driven past it before but never thought about it when I was looking for appliances. I'm glad I went by to check it out, I will end up going back to purchase when I'm ready.

I am here visiting my parents from Fort Worth. The back toilet overflowed this afternoon which was the last thing we needed with my mom recovering from surgery and in rehab. Me and my three sisters are here to help clean the house etc. It was 6:30 on a Friday night!. James answered my call right away!. He and Josh came as soon as they finished the job they were on. They sent a camera down the line and found some roots which they immediately cut out. Quick and fair on their price. Friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Not If but when you need your septic tank pumped and cleaned- I highly recommend and strongly encourage you to call Johnson Pumping 806.863.4777.  They pumped ours today and installed risers where there will be no digging required on future pumps.  Very professional and friendly, but above all very good and reasonable.  EXCELLENT A++++

I used this company because my heater wasn't working.  When I called to inquire about cost, I was told it would be $79 for the service call and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would be more depending on what the issue was.  The guy was there for about 30 minutes before he determined it was my transformer. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it, I asked how much and he said $250.  Me, not knowing any better said okay.  When it was time to settle up I was astonished to the see the bill.  They use a predetermined price for certain stages.  I was a Stage 2 charge, which was straight up $250.  No one ever mention this pricing scam to me.  I researched the price of the transformer and found it at Home Depot for $12.55!!  So for 1 hr. labor and a part that cost $12.55 they charged me $329...quite a markup!!  I think they are a bunch of crooks and will not recommend them to anyone!!  

PS-Keep in mind the weather temperature was in the teens!!  Two days later my heater is not working again!!.  I called them and they said that it would be warrantied if it was the same problem if not there would be a charge.  So, I'm thinking NOT.  I will not be suckered again!!  Called another company and they charge $34.95 for service call and do not have a predetermined Stage pricing.  So BEWARE this company!!

Called during the day and they told me it would be between 6 and 8pm. 8:00pm rolled around and no one had called me so I call and they tell me they're running behind and cant get to me until the morning. How can you promote 24/7 but not come at 9 instead of 8. Don't waste your time. Called Bruce Thornton at 8:45pm and they showed up that night. I would give them 0 stars if yelp would let me.
