Amazing professional and punctual! Extremely happy to recommend Queen to all of our neighbours and friends!

The drain fell off after three months.
When I first called them I asked if there were warrantee coverage. None was claimed or denied.
They came out and fixed it. Based on the first time pricing of labor for $400+ I was surprised that they only charged $140-150 for this time.
There's no warrantee coverage because the pipe was damaged by mopping or something but this was never communicated to me.
If better communication was provided maybe there wouldn't be this misunderstanding.
I give them:
5 stars for coming out as quickly as they could
4 stars for charging only $140-150
1 star for no warrantee coverage
2 star averaging.

I had a drainage problem with the bathroom sinks and contacted Professor Plumb.
They returned my message in a very timely manner. Jeff (technician) arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he was being completely honest and reasonable with his work and would definitely use them again

We've use them now doe 2 years for HVAC tune-ups. With temperatures approaching triple digits, we wanted to make sure our unit was in good working order. After the service our machine is more efficient and we feel the difference

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

I'm seeing six 5 star reviews and I'm writing a 7th! Here's how it went down: After coming home from a wedding reception, I noticed a strange noise where the water heater is. So I open that door, and guess what? Water gushing everywhere!! OMG what oh what?? So I turn off the emergency shut off valve - not working! So I go to shut the water off for the entire house. Now where did I put that special tool? Oh yeah, I don't have one. Crap! I had to call the fire department to shut the water off. It's midnight, on a Saturday, and the next day is Mother's Day. And I need a shower (read - I'm not smelling that great).
So Sunday morning I start calling to find someone to replace this water heater which apparently should have been replaced like 10 years ago. Five places (including Home Depot) no answer. Then I called this place. A very pleasant man answered the phone at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. I explained the problem. He's like oh sure we can fix that. I'll have someone there in 30 minutes. I'm thinking I'm dreaming all this right? Because where are you going to find a plumber to come out at 9:00 on Sunday morning on Mother's Day?
Sure enough, 30 minutes later Dave showed up. Real nice. By 11:00 I had a new water heater. By 11:30 I was able to wash off the stank from the night before. Were they expensive? Yeah probably, but what's it worth to you to get the water back on in your house?
Use these guys for your next emergency - they were GREAT!!

Business practice bordering on being fraudulent! Beware!
We had a sewer back up caused by tree roots in the yard. They came out to clear the tree roots. It was expensive, but they were the only ones that I could get to come out that weekend, so I accepted it.
Then, things got ugly. They offered a free camera inspection. I assumed it was to help me locate the roots and offer an estimate on the repair. They did give me an estimate (about 2x what other companies suggested). That was all we heard from them for nearly 3 weeks.
Then we sent the report to the people who had purchased our house to inform them of the tree root issue. They reached out to Roto Rooter, and the guy smelled money with new home buyers. He pulled out the video he had taken under the slab of the house (never was asked to do this), and pointed out what he called separation in the sewer line and recommended tens of thousands of dollars of repairs. He never mentioned that a hydrostatic leak test is the only way to determine if any of the work was even necessary. What's worse, he lied to the buyers and told them he had already mentioned all of this to us.
I think we are going to get all this resolved amicably (fingers crossed), but this nearly caused a lawsuit between us and our buyers.
It's sleazy enough to use someone's predicament to go look for ways to make extra money for your company, but only mentioning that work upon discovering there were new home buyers, much more likely to accept these repairs, and then lying to them about already notifying us about it is borderline fraudulent.
If you can't get anyone cheaper to clear a backup, then call them, but don't let them do ANYTHING other than clear the backup. Call a real plumber for everything after that, not a scam artist looking to make a quick buck.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

I bought an HVAC unit from A#1 Air 6 yrs ago and since I bought it it has been nothing but trouble. It has never worked properly in weater over 100F.
Now it is beginning to fail and the technicians aren't good at all. The unit is suppose to have a 16yr warranty so I called for service when it stopped cooling and started leaking. They came and supposedly fixed it, but today 2 days later it isn't cooling again. It's midnight and the temperature outside is cooler than in the house.
Another sleepless night thanks to A#1 Air and the overpriced DAIKIN HVAVs they sell.
BEWARE!!! Don't buy from these people.

This company is a total ripoff. Sonny Roberts is the owner and he came out to my property to look at two of my ac units. One unit was freezing up. He looked at it and said it needed 5-6 lbs of freon and that it might have a leak. He was charging $80/lb of freon. He said the leak is 90% of the time in the coil which he could not fix. Also, I wanted to change my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. He said that wouldn't be possible without running more duct work. I told him to do nothing and paid him his service charge of $49.
I had another ac company come out today. Looked at the ac that was freezing up. He charged it up with 2 lbs of freon for $20/lb. Also, he said I could upgrade from 4 to 5 ton unit no problem. He said you can only go up one ton maximum.
Call Sonny Roberts if you want to get ripped off. There is not a score low enough for a business like this
