Mr. Dyson
I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.
I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Brandon C Harrison you are awesome. This is my second interaction with Brandon . He is always coming into a job with a great mindset to solve the problem and very knowledgeable. I made a quick call to cathedral team, they immediately responded and Brandon came over weekend evening. (Mask, glove and hidden smile) .He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and all professional way. Sharing his insights and working it out in a short amount of time with right tools. He is very confident with his work and a great ambassador sharing good will. Appreciate cathedral and Brandon for work well done and very professional. Giving my best wishes and would recommend cathedral and specially Brandon for resolving any plumbing issues. Kudos!!!!!!

They came out right away. They replaced an outside faucet that had broken from the freeze (I covered the other ones, but, forgot to cover this one). He also replaced several other faucets inside and out. The bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and the tech cleaned up his work areas. I'll be referring them to my clients for sure.

Enco Plumbing saved us in an emergency last night. Chris was fast, friendly and informative. He even left us his direct contact cell number in case we had questions/trouble with a renovation we were doing. We ended up having to call Chris the next day. He was able to walk my husband through what to do for the problem that we were having. Enco Plumbing has new customers for life. They certainly go above and beyond.

Our hot water heater's pilot light kept going out even on calm, non-windy days. I called Carlos after reading his amazing reviews, and he came out, knew immediately how to fix the problem and got the job done. He and Mario are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be calling All Metroplex Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!!

Hydrostatic testing for a new home purchase. Sent a message to Bow Tie and within minutes we had a response and a call to talk about what was needed. Fair pricing, quick service performed right after Christmas day, and a call with report of the findings. Easy to pay which was important since we couldn't be present.
Great reliable service at a fair price. This company will be my go to for any future needs!

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.
I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.
Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.
I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.
He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

Don't use this company. They were rude to my wife and mother-in-law and charged a small fortune for doing very little (generally they didn't even do what we asked). Here's what we wanted them to do:
1. Replace the front water spigot - This one they at least did.
2. Fix the dripping rear spigot - They went ahead and replaced it, but it drips as much, if not more than the old one. So a waste of our money.
3. Fix the downstairs toilet (which was dripping in the tank) - The guy said that the dripping would be a lot of work to fix, so he didn't bother. He changed out the flapper (and charged us) and told us he problem would be much better. Of course that wasn't where the leak was so the issue is exactly the same.
4. Fix the upstairs toilet (which makes a dripping sound) - The plumber couldn't even be bothered to find the problem with this toilet, although it's pretty easy to hear it dripping.
5. Drain the sediment from our water heater - A little investigation on the internet told me that popping sounds in a water heater are generally from sediment at the bottom of the tank. The remedy seems to be to drain the water (and thus the sediment) from the tank. I asked the plumber to do this for us. Instead, he just looked at our water heater, saw that it was older, and told us that the only option was to buy a new water heater. My research tells me that this is a pretty common problem with a pretty easy solution, but he wouldn't even try.
In any case, not only was the guy rude, he really only accomplished one of the five things that we asked him about. He was here less than an hour and charged us $300, which is ridiculous for what he did. Yes, I understand that plumbers often have minimums for service calls, but if you're going to do that you should at least try and make it worth your client's time by trying to fix as much as you can (not simply saying stuff like that it's too much work).
Anyway, this company is horrible and a waste of money. If you're going to use a plumber, at least find one that's friendly and courteous. Plumbing Dynamics is definitely not that company.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.
We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

I loved Jose the plumber, I had absolutely no idea the previous owners had re-routed the clean out so he had to literally dig around. A 20 minute job took 1 hour in the 100 degree Texas heat and he did it without an uncharged or complaint. I definitely reccomend them.

Update - I never told him to lie to our home warranty company. We knew that our home warranty company doesn't cover root issue. I also expressed my concern to him at the very beginning that we were afraid it would be root. On the other hand, he was really rude to the home warranty company on the call, he told us that our home warranty company was bad. We were trying to explain to him what the first technician told us and we wanted to hear his opinion. He cut the conversation when we were talking and accused us lying. He didn't show us where the root at while he was doing the camera inspection, it seems like he didn't have the interest to explain anything to us.
I've been asking for the recording of our inspection for few times, the company promised that they will send me the recording. It's been two months, they stopped replying my email after I told them I was not going to remove the negative review. I now even wonder if there was really a root or it was a scam. otherwise why we are not getting our recording when they promised us multiple times that we would get it. We will hire other company to do the camera again and I'll keep this review updated.

Outrageous price of $850 to replace the ballast ($30) on the overhead kitchen fluorescent lights and to replace a wobbly light switch ($10). Trip to the local hardware store for parts and labor could not exceed two hours max. NONSENSE. I paid the $40 service call fee and sent the repair team to their next target. I assume the flat rate Baker price model means that each repair was priced separately. Consequently, the hourly service rates were quoted twice. I would love to know their markup on parts. Additionally, the primary interest of the tech was to sell a pricey monthly family plan.
