I just moved into my house 1 month ago and have had to use React Fast twice for plumbing emergencies. Jerry was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule both times. His office calls to advise you that he is one his way and the young woman is so helpful and pleasant. Overall, just a real great experience and I totally trust Jerry. I have found my plumber. Next up a new toilet.

Company that has been around a long time  - very responsive and can come do the work without a lot of hassles.  Mike is owner and around for a long time.  Get estimates and firm up the warranty stuff - and keep and hold all papers, and you will do fine with them.  They are local owned and operated.

Recommend them, and if they are wrong, they will admit.

If I could give them a zero I would. The were dispatched to my house twice. Aaron lied to his supervisors and said he fixed the leak and just tighten a pipe. When he told me there wasn't a leak that he could find. He never went under the house to look for the leaks. He just stated he was too big to go under the house and he doesn't see any leaks. I called to complain to the office that I never heard back from Aaron when he said he would be back with someone smaller to go under the house. A month later I find out I have a supply line leak and also a drainage leak from another plumbing company beside Bes Tex Plumbing. Dont use them. They just collect their trade fee and never do anything to fix the problem.

Had a $5000+ new ac unit installed. Owner did address my concerns after I made them known with multiple follow up calls to the business and emails made directly to him. He did his best to try to correct 3 mistakes that were made by his team. After the initial install, a refrigeration leak occurred. It was resolved after 2 more visits. I was also given a free warranty on the unit for piece of mind. This was good. Other issue was on the difference between a Trane AC and an Ameristar AC. Make sure you know exactly what your getting. Apparently, I didn't do enough research beforehand and ask the right questions but I won't get into that.
However, interior unit broken platform board was never completely resolved after the contractor/carpenter never showed back up a 3rd time to sand the wood bondo? repair. Also, he wanted to know if I had any white paint on the 2nd visit?? Maybe a communication/language error but after all the calls, emails, and time waiting for fixes, I decided to just correct this last mistake myself. Overall, the owner did try to make it right but unfortunately an awful lot of time, drama involved with this expensive home ac replacement. Go elsewhere? Not sure? Hopefully, you will have a better experience. Not a lot of good options in this area...

We lost our home of 25 years to a fire in 2017 so we decided to rebuild on our land. This company was referred by home advisor BUT  I do not advise using them at all. First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go.  Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible  for delaying our move in.   They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.

Dangerous people working for them! Man with face tattoos threatened our lives. Do not use these criminals.

Asked them to inspect and service two condos that we were selling. They charged us $460 ffor what was inspection and service, which included cleaning the coils, checking the freon, etc. We found out that the $460 was for inspection only. I recommend that you find another ac company to use.
