Amazing customer service. Heard about this place from a local flooring company and went to check it out for a current remodel on a rental home. Very quick and efficient service. Both items we liked were in stock, paid for our products, and had the employee bring it from the back and put it right in our truck. In and out and very enjoyable experience. Seeing as I've lived here all my life and have never heard of this place they aren't exactly on top of advertising but that doesn't seem to matter because they were pretty steady with customers while we were in there. Can't wait to return when we start on our bathroom remodel!

His company recently completed a plumbing repair on my home in Corpus Christi
and handled everything in a Very Professional manner.  Since I no longer live in
the great state of Texas, he kept in touch with me with phone calls, texts and email
messages.  He and his office manager instilled confidence that the job would be
performed correctly and in a timely fashion.  Honesty and good business skills will
continue to propel this business forward!  Kudos!!!

This individual connected new gas lines with multiple leaks, smell of gas was noticeable, and he wanted to leave it that way until tomorrow.  Additionally, he was disrespectful, rude, and ugly to us while citing facts that were incorrect (like none of the work we had done before was permitted -- when in fact, ALL OF IT WAS PERMITTED).  I kicked him off our property.  He behaved unprofessionally, and worse, UNSAFELY, and insulted us.  Slamming tools around, etc.  Watch out for this guy.

We had some work done by these guys @ 6 months ago. The work was done right with quick response time in an emergency situation. Today they came out for a leak which happened to be at a valve they installed on prior visit. I'm sure the freezing weather caused the leak and was not expecting warranty. They said it might have been a defective valve and replaced it at no charge.

The plumbing techs they sent were very friendly and personable even though they have to be exhausted after all the plumbing issues they've had to work.

If you need a plumber in this area, these are the folks to call.

I did not feel safe hiring this company after I saw the owner's public comments on Facebook.
Why would I hire someone to take care of my property if they can't take care of themselves and do not care for others?

I had a plumbing job that was quoted a prices and bill was doubled.  I am on fixed income and can't afford this kind of service.  Caution...Get a signed price quote.

Wasted my time at an interview here no one every answered me drove 35 minutes for nothing. Waste time gas and money.

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.
