I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service of this company.  My heat was out and I was getting the run around from my home warranty company and the contractor that they assigned.  This company was kind and took care of the issue completely and promptly.  I will definitely use them again!!

Had to use them twice in the past year, and they have showed up on the same day I called, and had the problem with my boiler fixed by mid afternoon both times

Fast, reliable, and reasonable prices.
Also knowledgeable and explained just what was wrong and didn't try to slip anything past me.
Both times, the technician bled my radiators for me, which was a nice thing to do on their way out the door.

These guys were amazing ! We had an emergency situation and were told it wouldn't  be this evening that they could come out , but they changed things around and came out right away !  The problem was diagnosed and  Bill Dearing had us fixed up in no time . Very courteous and knowledgeable people, will certainly be using them for all  of our future Heating and Air needs!
