We had a 20kW Kohler RES-D generator installed at our residence on October 1. GenPro's team of Matt, Ken, and Troy performed the complex job very efficiently and very professionally. Jay, GenPro's president was there to get the job started. Melissa and Kelli in the GenPro office were very helpful in getting the whole project set up. It was fascinating to watch the work of people who really know what they are doing. It was clockwork: each task in order, necessary tools at the ready, frequent tests and checks. Matt, the electrician, was the inside man, changing circuits as required, installing the transfer switch. Ken was the outside man, installing the generator. Troy was back and forth making sure inside and outside was functioning smoothly. And they were very careful about the house and good at communicating with me. A full test of the generator was performed and everything worked as planned. That included safely powering up several computers and sensitive electronic components in the house. Doing an installation such as this in this manner gives me confidence that the generator will function just as expected and will do so for a long time. Excellent job, guys. Bravo!

Fast service at a good price. I thought I needed a sub panel installed. Frank was able to make changes in my main panel to allow a new appliance without adding the sub panel. Saved me a couple $100!

Two or three years ago we had solar panels put on our house and the place re-wired to hopefully accommodate a battery back-up someday. These guys won't push any technology they aren't 100% believing in. They recommend we get attic access to keep the conduit from showing outside and now we have extra storage space up there. From start to finish the work was top-notch and we were well informed of the progress. They use a monitoring company which makes it possible to see how much energy the panels produce so when people ask I can tell them in no uncertain terms it is doing what it was supposed to. We have also used the electrical contractor part of their company with confidence.

I recently used Live Wire Electric on one of my jobs in Glenside, PA .  The job involved a bathroom renovation which needed new wiring for a gcfi and exhaust installation.  They were professional, knowledgeable, and finished the job quickly.  I would absolutely use them again.

Quality service and professional team of electricians. We have used GE smith for a few projects and they exceeded are expectations each time. They recently did all the electrical work for our gas fireplace project and installation of our TV mounted on our living room wall (hiding all the wires perfectly). They have also installed several lighting fixtures (chandeliers, sconces, and flushmounts) and braced the heavier ones properly. Prices are reasonable, they are on time to jobs and clean up after they are done. Great company.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.
