Best Electricians in Pennsylvania
SG Electric was a true lifesaver today. We had an electrical emergency today. We had just returned from a Corona-19 shopping trip and put a lot of perishable food in our garage refrigerator. We noticed that our refrigerator had stopped working as well as our garage door. We looked on Yelp and Immediately saw SG was rated highly and contacted him. Steve was in the city and said he would stop by in about an hour or so. We were surprised that he would be able to get to us today as we contacted him around 3pm. But true to his word he arrived at our home around 4pm. While we thought the solution was going to be to replace a GFCI outlet, it was not and Steve methodically troubleshot and resolved the problem. It turned out to be an outdoor outlet on the GFCI circuit. Both of our outdoor outlets were old and the covers were not adequate. He replaced both of our outdoor outlets with far superior outlets with rugged covers. Steve is an extremely competent electrician as well as a genuinely nice person. And the bottom line was that the cost for all of this was just a little more than his original estimate for replacing the GFCI Outlet. If you are in need of an electrician , give SG a chance, I think you'll be glad you did.

Simply the best. We had a problem with our plumbing that other plumbers couldn't fix. Experience really does matter. They fixed it quickly and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Told them that I lost power and needed an emergency visit. Jamie was very friendly and Ken (the son) came over. He's friendly and explained the issue. Fixed it the same day. Wow what a great find.

We had a whole house generator installed in January, 2020 by this company. It was a great experience working with such a caring, professional and organized team. Terrific step by step communication and pricing is reasonable. Ongoing service continues to be excellent. I strongly recommend this company.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen really bad over the weekend! I yelped a bunch of places, and this one had by far the best reviews. I brought it in today, and he took less than 15 minutes to fix it. It is as good as new! He even put a screen protector on it. It cost $85 plus tax (minus a 10% yelp discount.) Super worth it! I highly recommend this place!

Fast service at a good price. I thought I needed a sub panel installed. Frank was able to make changes in my main panel to allow a new appliance without adding the sub panel. Saved me a couple $100!

Daniels HVAC is the BEST and if I could give 10 stars I would. I was looking to buy a home & finally saw the house that was perfect for me. During my home inspection the inspector told me the HVAC unit was totally out of commission & I needed a new HVAC/heater. I searched many establishments to see who I wanted for the job for new HVAC installment. Daniel's HVAC had such wonderful reviews with thorough explanations of the kind of work he does. Directly after my home inspection Daniel came out the same day as it was time sensitive to see the heater for his professional opinion. Yes, I needed a new unit and Daniel told me he would service me a few days after settlement takes place. He is a stand up guy and he keeps his word. He came out a few days after my settlement date as promised taking measurements, checking my duct work & consulting me on what's needed & where new return vents would be placed. He was so sound & knowledgeable in his speciality, I decided to get cooling done as well. I gave Daniel the keys to my home so he could get started. He gave me screen shots of all materials purchased for the job & texted me daily on the progress. He was finished in 3 days from start to finish. He ran both units to make sure I was satisfied and educated me on proper up keep. My house now has central air. Yes, I'm very pleased. He cleans up thoroughly & disposed of all materials when the job was completed. He was respectful to my neighbors during the process, meaning he keep his work space on my property only. The water inspector of phila who is also a master plumber is a friend of mines who came out to see him at work & he was pleased. He also said he would see his truck around the city and heard good things. He was so impressed he asked for his business cards. Daniel stands by his work and he doesn't waist time. A week after servicing me, I was getting acquainted with my fuse box & my lights went out while I was tampering. It was late on a Sunday night, & I called Daniel and HE CAME OUT. This guy is authentic. He is always accessible, honest, professional and does Grade A work. I'm so glad I found him & would definitely recommend.

Had an emergency outage in our kitchen and they showed up in an hour, fixed the issue and found a fire hazard as well and quickly fixed it. All for a reasonable price!

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY
I called them for a simple drain clearing based on the advertised special price of $93. It turned into $700 and the bathroom sink drain line is not even close to being fixed!
I found out the hard way that this company is one of those plumbers that nickels and dimes you to death using that 3 ring binder with predetermined, jacked up prices for every little thing they do...
The guy shows up, looks at the sink, immediately tells me that he hates clearing drains, he's a plumber as if its beneath him. He constantly calls me dude. I'm thinking to myself why are they sending a guy that hates this work, I want someone who loves clearing drains and takes pride in his job and making customers happy and solving their problems.
Says we need a new S pipe and 'pop up', this is $700 and thinking that will clear the clog, I approved...I also have him look under the kitchen sink which appears to be inexplicably leaking - before even getting under the sink to see where the leak is coming from, this plumber tells me I need to replace the garbage disposal and install a new faucet. What!?!
Back to the bathroom sink --- he puts in new plastic pipe in about 20 minutes and informs me that it looks like the clog is lower down and I will need to replace the main drain pipe by cutting away the ceiling and floorboards for at least $4,000 to replace the original copper underground pipes. Informs me that his snake is too large and that I might want to call Roto Rooter because they use a smaller sized snake and they might be able to snake it.
Still recovering from the feeling of being so taken advantage of and literally robbed, It didn't even occur to me until after he left that he didn't even try to snake it, pour something in there, whatever your supposed to do he was just anxious to charge me as much as he could get away with and get on to his next job of the day. Maybe their plumbers are on commission and trained to use scare tactics and heavy handedness to extract as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers.
Would NEVER use again!
