Best Electricians in Pennsylvania
I had an electrical issue with a property I own. The tenant was really nervous that there was an electrical issue with wiring, etc. I contacted SG and Steve answered my call and he was able to find time to come out to diagnose the issue later in the afternoon that same day.
Not only did Steve diagnose and fix the issue, he was aware of our current times with COVID. He wore a mask, gloves, etc. and most importantly made my tenant feel comfortable.
Issue is now fixed and at a fair and reasonable price. I will without question use Steve again on future electrical jobs.

Simply the best. We had a problem with our plumbing that other plumbers couldn't fix. Experience really does matter. They fixed it quickly and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I spoke to Jaime and email her pictures of the outdoor outlets that need to be replaced. She gave me a quote and we set up the appointment. Ken came by today and replace the switch and the GFI pool outlets. Excellent work and I highly recommend his service.

Installation of our generator went flawlessly. Very professional staff both in the office and out in the field. Especially appreciated the detailed and easy to understand instructions. Highly recommend them.

My iPhone 5s buzzes, and as I withdraw my phone from my pocket, the unthinkable happens: It slips.
It falls.
It shatters.
Game over.
Or not!
Rob came TO MY HOUSE, same day, at NO additional charge, and repaired my screen in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Although he was willing to work in his van, we invited him in since it was 30 degrees outside, and he was very respectful and courteous.
Although I hope not to need him again, if anything else happens to my phone I'll definitely be calling Mobile Ninja for the fix!

I would never call anyone else for electrical work. Frank is courteous, on time, and his work is great. He has done several jobs for us, some large installations and other smaller ones. Each one has been excellent.

I called to get my Hvac system serviced before the start of summer and the gentleman who answered was very rude & very very unprofessional. I explained exactly what I needed done and why and his response was do you just want to waste money because I don't come out for free! I never requested any free services so I was confused by the unprofessional comment. If you call a busy to request a service it's either yes I can perform what I advertise or no I'm not able, NOT RUDE comments. I'm not a person to go back & forth with another person especially when I'm the customer trying to put money into your company so I decided to write this review. This is one of the main reasons why it's hard to support black owned businesses because they do not conduct business professionally. All he had to do was quote a price for him to just come out and look at my system and give me an appointment or politely say he wasn't able to accommodate me. I contacted another company and am very satisfied.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

Called to schedule a time to have my A/C looked at, and setup a time a week out that fit my schedule. During this call I was very clear that I had a meeting at 1:00PM during which I would be unavailable to meet with the tech - so service would need to be prior to noon. Was informed that diagnostic would cost $89 (which sounded fair)
Fast forward 1 week and zero follow-up or confirmation calls. NP, I touched base with the main number at 8:30 and was told that I was next for a tech who was completing a project. Waited around until noon and called again - was told once again I was next and the tech would arrive around 12:30, which ultimately caused me to be late to the meeting in question. A big deal, but getting the A/C fixed was a necessity so I ran with it.
Tech came, hooked up linesets, and promptly informed me I was low on refrigerant, then informs me that a nitrogen pressure test is $617. $617?!?!?! Filling a tank of nitrogen (good to pressurize 20-30 systems for leak testing) costs around $20 at the local dealer, and diagnosis takes about 20 minutes. PLUS, what the hell diagnostic cost me $89 if a pressure test it not included??? Pressurizing a system for leaks is standard practice as part of diagnosis.
They went on to quote me over $1600 worth of repairs (none of which actually fixed anything) including a cost for $104 per lb of R410a (a full 20lb tank costs around $120).
The equipment the tech was using was also sub-par - and the guy was on the phone asking how many lbs of refrigerant a 2.5ton system takes (HVAC 101).
In summary: Prices are OUTRAGEOUS, they are not timely. their techs are not qualified, and they are an all round poor company to deal with. Their is literally not a single good thing that I look away from my experience.
