Best Plumbing Services in Oklahoma
We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. Most important- our bathroom looks amazing! Hope this crew and their families enjoy their holiday season... because we can't wait to schedule more work with them in the new year!

Chris Henslee is the best man I've ever known for the work he does: Plumbing/Heat/Air. Honest, and thorough. He's been my go-to guy for more than 10 years, and I've never been disappointed.

I called red plains plumbing for issue having with my hot water tank. They quoted me a $99 service charge and then the price of the part and as long as not over 1 hour that would be the price. They get here and the plumbers tell me there is a 155 charge to have them come for first hour on top of $99 plus $15 fuel charge plus $30 for part. They were here less than 30 minutes and my bill was $300. I was totally misrepresented with the original quote which I would not have had them come and was referred by my water softener specialist. I called Brenda the service manager and she said that: I guess we should do a better job explaining all the potential charges. I asked for a price break because I was not told the total cost and she did not give me one. I will highly recommend to all my friends and on Facebook never to use this company. The plumbers were nice and I have no problem with the service but this was very non-professional.

The iPlumb crew were very professional and did their research including testing hardness before installing our water softener. They were very careful with our house and made sure that any access they had to cut could easily be repaired and they cleaned up afterward.

The property manager of our rental house has used Jerry to repair a couple of things for us, including the installation of a new water heater. He arrived promptly in each case and completed the jobs in a timely manner and to code. He does great work.

I thought they were great. Friendly & polite, got the job done. Very pleased with their work.

We live in an apartment owned by Vesta Realty, so you know it's a total wreck! Since this company doesn't maintain any of their properties, we are so grateful when they have to hire this company, we are thrilled!!! They are smart, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what is happening and why.

I had a major sewer issue in my backyard. Called them on a Monday, they showed up promptly Tuesday morning, with a 30 minute advance notice. They attempted to diagnosed the problem, but, needed a camera device to figure it out. The second guy came back within a few hours with the camera/tracking device and figured out the problem. It was more than likely a broken pipe. They called my back the very next morning with the estimate. I thought the price was fair. They showed up that morning and the problem was fixed by 2:00 that afternoon. Jacob was extremely professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Mullins for over 20 years, and will continue to do so, despite the owners political beliefs :) The girls who do the scheduling were also extremely polite as well. Great job!!!!

We paid for new lateral lines with Kerry and All Good Plumbjng. They were installed incorrectly and failed before the 1 year warranty was up. Owner, Kerry, promised to refund our money as we were forced to find someone else to solve the problem for us. The Plumbing Board even discusses this with Kerry and he promised them he would take care of it. He never did. We were out over $2000. There's nothing good about this company or the owner.

Very nice & professional company! When the plumber got to my home he was sure not to get anything dirty . And got my Sewer Line taken Care of immediately! It definitely reminds me of The Good Old Days As friendly & well mannered as they were ! Will definitely be using them again

Mr rooter is the worst plumber ive ever used. I have 10 rental properties and have used multiple plumbers over the course of 15 years. They came out without calling my renters, left human feces on the yard (told me thats my job to clean it and not theirs) and didnt finish the job. They had to come back the next day to finish it right, after i called and complained. Then to top all of that off charged me $324.00 for a $115 quote. DO NOT CALL this plumber to have your drain unclogged, They are terribly unprofessional and do not care about customer service.

* Do NOT hire Legacy *
We recently hired them to clean out our main drain. We have occasionally had issues with tree roots blocking the line. And, this is what the problem was.
Their worker did indeed get these out from the line. It was apparently easily resolved. Their worker was here no more than 20 minutes.
But! Only five days later our main line was clogged again!
We contacted Legacy. There was obviously something they missed. Legacy refused to even consider this. Their excuse for not missing something was, you've got roots.
Um, yes. But, they do not grow to block the line in five days.
Legacy was wanting to charge us another $200 just to even come back out. They would not even consider that they had not completely cleaned the line.
Be prepared for Legacy charging higher costs, too.
They charged over $350 to come out to do a simple job which (I found out) other reputable companies charge less than $250. We have a normal residential line- it isn't long in length. They charged a separate fee just for using a snake to clear the line. Um, I compare the unreasonable nature of this like an auto shop wanting to charge you for using tools to get an oil change!
We hired a different plumbing service to come out to resolve the issue. It was indeed a small amount of roots which remained, clogging the line. It was something Legacy completely missed the first time. It was something they shouldn't have wanted to charge $200 to even come out.
*You have been warned. Don't hire Legacy*

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
