Vacant rental house had a leak in the supply line behind the wall behind the hot water heater in the closet in the garage.  Thought the pipe was frozen and busted during the winter.  Called a couple places and they could not come out until after Memorial Day.  Call Pacific Plumbing and the owner Kit was able to come out right then.  He's friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  He did a few checking and cut out the sheet rock and located the leak.  It turned out to be a cap at the end of a line had popped out due to age.  Kit fixed it quickly for a reasonable price.

Moved into old house and sink clogged within a month on a Saturday morning. Kit answered my call at 10a and his son Blake was at my house by 1p. Sink was unclogged 45 minutes later. Blake was a huge help and I will be saving their number for future reference. Thanks PPI!
