H2O was very involved in a big job, but said he'd be over after he finished up. He came over shortly & worked like a Trojan! He did a complete, thorough job & our pump runs like silk.
If ever you need pump or well service, you'll be delightfully pleased with H2O! AND, a added bonus.....the repairman was the most pleasant, personable, eager to please repairman I've ever had to our home!

I wanted, not needed, a faucet and garbage disposal installed on a late Saturday night. He called me with an estimate, he showed up on a rainy night, did not dirty up my house and he was very friendly. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and took all the boxes and old disposal/faucet to dispose of for me. I just found my new plumber and I'm going to request him specifically! I would give him a ten star rating if I could!

I had just moved into a new house that had been inspected with everything working properly. On move in day, I noticed the water was not getting hot. I could not get the pilot light lit. I called the gas company and verified that the gas was on at my address. I called Piedmont Plumbing and after a service call, he determined I needed a new hot water heater. My house was only 2 years old and I thought this was odd but I was desperate and agreed to it. When he arrived to install the hot water heater, he did not have all the parts he needed or a hose to drain the existing tank. He had to go back home to get a hose and I went to Home Depot to get the needed parts. What plumber is this unprepared? I should have stopped right there but I didn't. So, he installs the new hot water tank and still no gas. Only after he couldn't get the brand new one lit did he go check the meter and realized it was locked. He tells me that he can turn it on to test it but he will have to turn it back off and I will need to call the gas company to have it turned back on. At this point, I really begin questioning if the other hot water tank was really broken (by now I highly suspect I had been taken). He tells me he can show me the part that was broken. After going back outside and spending a couple of minutes out there before coming back inside, he then shows me a part that I suspect he broke while I was waiting patiently inside. So, he ended up getting paid for the installation of a brand new hot water heater, plus he kept my old one which there was absolutely nothing wrong with and he can install in someone else's house and make money off of it. When I called the gas company, they informed me they had turned the gas off at the wrong address (should have been Terrace and I was Street), so there was nothing wrong with my tank! Very dishonest! I even told him I didn't believe there was anything wrong with my tank once he figured out the gas was off. He proclaims to be a Christian man but he is a crook. I would not recommend him and would advise people to stay away and go find an honest, knowledgeable and prepared licensed plumber!

I used them 3 times, it took me at least 5 times to get a phone call back, they did not show up at the time that they said they will and blaming they misunderstood me. If I calling them daily and they should return the call and that can prevent the wrong date found out two days later.

I called today because my garbage disposal was clogged, they said $340 to come out and clear it... I was shocked at the price, this company must be driving Tesla's to service calls. I called around and was told the average service call is $80, what was A Amac's planning to do... for $340 they must have been going to serve me dinner and provided a massage. Run from this place, I got my garbage disposal fixed for $80. I report my experience good or bad, sometimes the truth hurts.

this is just my opinion, but just not a fan of
price by the job plumbing companies, as
compared to charge by the hour plumbimg companies. I'll explain why.
when you are charged by the hour the plumbing repair work done, is billed by actual time the plumber spent repairing the plumbing problem,
and the bill will show this as well as the charges for any parts used to repair the plumbing problem. the plumbing bill clearly shows the total time spent on repairing the plumbing and clearly seperates and shows parts used to repair the plumbing problem. the bill shows clear distinction and seperation between time/hours charged,
and the parts used to repair the plumbing job.
price by the job plumbing companies, tell you the one price you'll pay for them to repair your plumbing problem. so you have no idea what they actually would charge per hour. the time spent and parts used to repair your plumbing problem is all combined into just one price by the job.
sorry, but I want to know how many hours the plumber spent and also price of parts used to repair my plumbing problem. that is more clear, straight forward, and frankly a more honest way to do business, plumbing repair business.

I had both my indoor and outdoor units replaced in June of 2014 by ACS. Right away, my wife complained that the downstairs unit wasn't blowing as cold as the upstairs. This week, she swore it was getting worse, so I stuck a thermometer in the vents upstairs as well as downstairs. The reading was 73 degrees downstairs.(The Bryant units installed by ACS) I called them, and they said they'd charge a $139.00 service fee, plus labor and parts, or, if I wanted to pay $180 annually for their energy savings plan, they would tune up the unit twice a year free, and all service calls would free. I was told that otherwise, the only warranty on the units was 1 year from installation, and I would have to pick up the cost for the service fee, parts, and labor.
I wanted to make sure I hadn't misunderstood, so I called back and had all of the aforementioned facts about the service on my units reconfirmed.
I then phoned the manufacturer, Bryant, directly with the serial numbers on my units, and they told me the units' warranty period was recorded as 061714. (Making the units 1 year and 1 month old) and the warranty on parts expired on 061724. (10 years) He also said there was a 2 year warranty on the labor, and a 20 year warranty on the heat exchange unit.
I then called ACS back yet again, to have the same confirmation about their fees- being told the same thing again. I then told her I'd just called Bryant, explained the warranty info they gave me, and discussed it further. She STILL tried to tell me the same thing a second time, so I pointed out that the manufacturer's warranty was for 10 years on parts and 2 years on labor. She then told me I would owe the service fee and any parts needed. Again, I reiterated that the manufacturer covered the parts and warranty, so she told me I would owe the service fee, which was separate from the labor fee.
By that point, I was unwilling to trust them any further, especially in lieu of the overwhelmingly negative feedback in customer reviews here, on YP.com, and with the Better Business Bureau of Greater Oklahoma City. (Which still gave them an A+ rating, despite the 7 negative and 1 positive customer reviews listed on their site.
Clearly, these people have a policy of trying to catch the people who aren't paying attention off-guard, so they can charge them money they have no business charging. I had made three calls total to ACS about he same thing, and was told the same thing every time. At least two of those were different people, as two of the calls were handled by a woman and one by a man.
Avoid these hucksters, and pay attention in your bussiness dealings.

Paid to have a new Carrier heatpump heat and air system installed. it did not work properly. Advent came back twice and changed out the compresser, made numerous adjustments to different parts of the system and after over a month, we still have no air and only have heat on the emergency setting ad the fan still squalls. We were told 4 weeks ago that he system would be replaced. We are still waiting and waiting. Hard to believe there has not been a new system available in over a month. We will be contacting Carrier about the problem of availability. We should either have a new unit or a refund of $6,000.00+ that we paid for a system that does not work.

Our main shutoff valve was leaking inside our guest bedroom closet. We've used Gordon's Service Experts plumbing service for years and years. Chris arrived exactly when he said he would.
Chris did a very thorough job rebuilding our main water shutoff valve and manifold. He even raised the new ball valve handle up off the floor so it can be reached more easily. He also improved the outlet to the outdoor spigot adjacent to the valve. He thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away all debris.
He knew exactly what to do to complete this complex, all-day project, and kept us informed every step of the way. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. We've renewed our plumbing maintenance+ agreement for another year.

Dale's plumbing must be so very busy that they absolutely cannot stand behind their own work! We were never so disappointed to learn that the last time they came out they left the crawl space under our house wide open, north side! As a result unwanted animas made a home underneath but a cold snap came through and our pipes froze. We contacted them about the problem. They called back,. We'll be there before 5 they said. NO SHOW!! So we went to pipes that burst! Called them , We're on our way they said... Guess What??? YOU GOT IT!!! NO SHOW. NO APOLOGIES. NO SHAME IN THEIR GAME!!!!
Look, I truly hope that everyone reads this because what kind of business should ever be soooo great that they can afford to treat people this way? They could have cost me my home! Damages are into the thousands. They could have taken ten minutes out of their precious time to at least shut the water off. Now they won't even acknowledge my calls. If I could afford to take them to court after paying for all of the damages they've caused, I would. PLEASE BEWARE !!!! They have a great reputation, but why? I'll never understand. Thanks for taking the time to read . Minus 35,000 stars is their rating from me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service and poor plumbing work. We used this company for years, probably 8+. Then one day we had them out to repair a disposal and a leak from an upstairs bathroom, this was a leak they had repaired 2 times prior which required cutting into our kitchen and downstairs bathroom ceiling each time. The most recent time the plumber came out, after arriving 4.5 hours after his expected arrival time and said he could not fix that day bc required two men and a new disposal. I asked when they would be back and he said he would have office call. 3 weeks later the office called. At that point my answer was a big No thank you. We hired another company and one man was able to do the job but found that the leak was from bad repairs the previous 2 times. Instead of replacing the pipe that leaked they patched it in 3 places. Thanks George Patrick's Plumbing now my ceiling has to be cut into a third time! It's almost 800$ to have ceiling repaired. This is now times 3. That is in addition to the 2,000$ plumbing bill to repair the mess up. Do not recommend this company
