Nathan repaired numerous leaks in our aging plumbing and replaced a problematic washing machine valve box. He did quality, professional work for a reasonable price and left the areas cleaner than when he started.  I'm a totally satisfied customer.

Bill is a man of his word, he quoted me a price and there weren't any hidden charges. He was out to take care of the problem in a fair amount of time and knew exactly what the problem was. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else out to work on my plumbing. Great job! And a Good guy!

I clogged up my sink drain by putting cabbage down it and then pushed it down deep into the drain. Dave came out and took care of business in no time flat. He was very reasonable on his charges. Thank you Dave for being such a great example of professionalism in the business.

We've had multiple service calls and we were more than satisfied when they come to our home. They are knowledgeable, on time, fast and transparent with everything they do.

Very unhappy with the service and quality of work. I called with a plumbing issue in my main drain. A late night call to them they said they could come out the next morning. They did just that. I explained the issue with water coming up in the floor drain. They brought in the snake. Snake the drain from the floor drain. (After calling another plumbing company found out this is not the correct way to access the main drain). They did not camera the main drain to see if it was clear of blockage. But they did inform me that my main pipe is gonna collapse and to have them come out next month to take the floor out in the basement to repair the collapsed pipe. Two days go by and the water comes back through the floor drain. Called them to see if they guarantee there work. They said no. It would be another charge to have them come out and snake it again and pushed the floor being removed and new main line installed. Had another company come out to verify the collapsed pipe and to fix the issue once and for all. Brought the camera to look at the drain. The other plumber company told me my pipe is fine and the pipe would be good for another 30years. They gave me a one year warranty on outside pipes from clog and 30day warranty on pipes clog free for in the home. All and all done use these guys. They will try and get you to add work not needed to your issue and my not even fix the issue at all. Pick another company if you need plumbing service.

Called ahead to schedule an appointment for an estimate.  Set the date and appointment window of 10am - 1pm.  I called them at 12:45 asking them about the appointment... they said Tech was tied up and should be done soon and we will call you.  I finally got a call at 3:30 pm.

The only positive is that they were able to come out same day. The overwhelming negative was the price. They were able to unclog my drain in about 20 minutes but they charged me $317 for the work. Please take an extra few minutes and call another plumber that will charge half the amount. $317 is way overpriced for the service performed.

Terrible! CUstomer service stops when the check clears. Did not finish cleaning up, needed them for a follow up check, never called back.  Bad attitude and service all around. DO NOT CALL ON THEM.

I had an emergency where my tub was leaking down into the garage. My regular plumber was booked for days so I did a search and ended up calling The Pipe Doctor on Lewis Ave. From the initial call to the end of the call they provided great customer service and an honest opinion as to what was wrong. The plumber, John, not only showed me what was wrong but admitted he couldn't fix it but would find someone who could. He spent over 10 minutes calling around to find a company that I could work with. It was only $39.00 for him to come out and give time consuming attention to my problem.  5 stars and 2 thumbs up- thanks Pipe Doctor!
