Corey Lee was as professional and responsive ad you can get. Replied right away to my Angi's list request, was actually able to the next day and completed the job quickly!

I hired Fred's Sewer and Drain after I was given the run around by another company and spending more money than I should have.  Fred was able to identify the problem with my clogged sinks in minutes and almost as fast, he had everything flowing freely.

Fred's is professional, courteous, very reasonably priced and HONEST.  How often do you hear that?

They have always done a great job for me and their prices are reasonable. The last time they came out to unclog my bathtub, they showed my son how to do it the next time so we don't have to call (and pay) them again. That's great customer service, in my opinion!

I highly recommend Sanch Homes Services. I contracted with the company to do deck repairs. They were responsive to my request for a quote and  did excellent work at an extremely fair price. I plan to use the company again in the coming year for additional home improvement projects.

Came for an estimate. The guy said he could do it but needed to order an extra part; said he would get back with us. 3 weeks later still no response. Gave one extra star because it's the first review, and friends had recommended the company.

just had a horrible experience with this company. First my customer tried to call this company after hours last night because he has been working with them for more than 5 years. No answer and no way to leave a message because the voice mail was full. So, he asked me to call this morning because he lives in California. so I call first thing this morning, the person who answered the phone was a monotone depressed voice as I have ever heard. Just said Rooter pro not how can I help you, no name, no nothing. Then I explain the situation and she cant find my customer in their system. Then, she finally gets it. Then I hear in the back ground someone saying that he tried to call my customer back last night, if he really called at all. then this person says that they can get the tenant on the schedule, good. I further explain that this tenants son is graduating today and would like to take a shower. Yes, the tenant does not have hot water, sorry I missed that point until now. then at 11:43 I get a call from the same monotone voice saying that her technician is stuck at a job and cannot get to the hot water tank. do they only have one tech? did they not know that they had only one tech this morning? you have got to be kidding me what a mess of a joke and poor excuse for a company. it is now noon and I have called 3 other companies that said if I would have called this morning they could have got out to the tenant. pretty poor way to handle a customer I will be getting my customer another local company to work with.

Had several plumbing related issues: leaking T pipe, two shut off valves for a sink that needed replaced, and cold/hot water lines that needed swapped for a second sink.

Called Ace Plumbing and Josh answered and got me scheduled for a couple days later, as it was not an emergency and we could wait. He was very nice and professional on the phone as well. We were given a two hour window that someone would be there and they said someone would call when they were about 30 minutes out.

Jason called almost exactly 30 minutes out said he was on his way. Once he was at our house, he provided an estimate and got to work on the issues. I think for those three issues it maybe took him about an hour and half at most. He was very nice and all the work he did appears to be holding up well. Lastly, there was another issue with a faucet we had that we could take care of ourselves, but he took the time to tell me what we needed to get and how to fix it, which was great.

I would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing!

I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I called a company for which I had a coupon and they told me my drains may be clogged, so wanted to replace all my piping to the basement for $700 plus $50 worth of parts. I know they were clearing trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.

Phil's was a referral of a FB friend and I called them. Tom came out and was so friendly!! He told me I could keep my drains/pipes from clogging by using plain bleach. Then he gave me an estimate on the spot, then looked again, ran out to his truck and fixed my piping right there. Took about 15 minutes. It was $92.00!!

I was so relieved AND grateful, as well as happy with their awesome customer service. I'm glad when a company is honest, fixed what's actually broken and gives you tips on how to maintain it. I was glad he shared his expertise and I will gladly pass on Phil Schuster Plumbing's name and number to anyone I know who needs an honest plumber. Thanks Tom!!

The owner is a jerk.
Inspected our septic for a buyer. Beat a hole in the septic tank with a sledge hammer ruining our septic tank.
Our agent had to threaten to sue them and buyer.
