The devil is in the details. Even though the electric installation job was fine as to functionality, I cannot recommend Bonham at this point. Twice when installing wiring through our attic, did the electricians drill down through our walls. The first time we found it after they left and we had a painter in the house who charged us a fee to patch the hole. The next time they came, the walls were freshly painted and they AGAIN drilled down through the wall- barely missing my new cabinet. Instead of fixing it they told us to fix it ourselves and send them a bill. In my opinion good electrician knows how to patch up their own mistakes - so I am dissatisfied. Also there were numerous pencil marks left around the outlets which I could not wash off so I will have to touch up paint. They need to pay better attention to detail.

These guys are a rip off... once the work is done they never return a call...My wife was quoted 20 hours on our job to run wiring for a hot tub... I thought it was ridiculous but she proceeded on the condition that if it didn't take as long the price would be adjusted... (I could have walked from their office and did this job in under 20 hours)...
They put the job off for weeks before finally getting to it and when they finally arrived, the 2 guys spent a little over 4 hours doing the work, after borrowing several tools from me, these guys were very un-organized...they even went on a parts run. When they got back there were no more parts, and they didn't take anything else out of their truck to finish the job...there was also trash left on site...
My wife asked if the price would be reduced, since it only took the 4 hours... the employees stated they would talk to the guy in charge of that.
They were also supposed to come back for a city inspection that they insisted that we be there for... I took a whole day off work for them not to even show up, or call...
Days later the city inspector showed up after my wife reached out to them; sme didn't even show up... the inspector found several problems with their work...
After many calls concerning the bill we never got a call back... It is now months later and we have finally received a bill for the 20 hours. My wife called to complain via voice mail and the guys finally called back and his only reply was that the time was justified...
Would not recommend these guys to anyone, they are very unprofessional, and very unethical...

I own several properties on campus. A few years ago I hired Word of Mouth Electric (Quan) to ran an electric line to my garage. They installed the new electric box between the studs right up against the interior siding and it should have been installed w/ a base board underneath, on top of the studs. Because of this you can see 4 screws sticking out the exterior siding of my garage (about 2 inches). I was angry when a saw four huge screws sticking out of my brand new siding on my newly renovated garage. Needless to say it looks like crap. I didn't notice this issue until a day later after I had already paid him. i spoke w/ Quan and he said he would fix but after i paid him for the initial work never came back. I don't think he ever any intentions of correcting after he got his money. He was respectful prior to hiring but seemed to have a bad attitude after he secured the job. Obviously, I was very dissatisfied with what they did. I will never hire Quan (WORD OF MOUTH) again.
