Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

Excellent same day service.  My well pressure tank switch went out and pipes froze leaving me with no water on Christmas.  Ethan from Joseph Rose Plumbing returned my email right away and was at my house a few hours later (The only response I received after calling 10 plumbers).  
He inspected all of the plumbing, water pressure tank, and the well and then diagnosed the problem and replaced a burnt out pressure switch.  Excellent communication, pricing, and customer service.  I highly recommend this young man and Joseph Rose Plumbing.

I've used RTP Plumbing twice this year. On both occasions, Wes was very responsive, and provided excellent service.

I like working with an individual instead of a large company, because I have found I get better service.

Both times when I've dealt with Wes, I found that he was very informative about what my issue was, and provided useful information how to resolve the problem. I always thought that his charges were reasonable as well.

Thank you to Lane plumbing, they came through after I bought a new house and found out the sewer line was no good. They replaced my entire sewer line and did an amazing job at a very fair price.

We had an emergency drain problem one  morning and could not be home late afternoon. After calling two other plumbers, which one had a two day wait and the other did not return my call, I called Blanchard Plumbing, who first said they could make it around 3:00, after explaining we couldn't be home at that time  they rearranged their schedule and came within an hour. They were very courteous and professional and had the problem resolved in about a half an hour at a reasonable price. Blanchard Plumbing will definitely be the first call next time we have plumbing issue.

Eugene was very thorough when explaining choices and the process to replace water heater. I am very thankful to have well pressured hot water again at a reasonable price compared to other quote.

I had an appointment with Brandon.  He did not show up at the appointed time and did not call.  I called him 90 minutes after the appointed time to find out when he would be coming and left a message on VM.  I have never heard from him.  Totally unreliable.  Deserves 0 stars.

Cary Plumbing saved our Christmas last year.  A few days before our family was due to arrive, with a new baby in tow, our sewage ejection pump broke.  We would not have been able to stay in our house without functioning plumbing, and it would have been difficult to find housing for seven people and two dogs over the holidays.  Cary Plumbing Company put the resources and people on the job and got it replaced in time.

Business has been taken over by Rob, the son of former owner.  He works on his own now.

We had him in to replace our main water shut off valve inside the house and also to replace our PRV valve.  He arrived on time and couldn't of been more professional and friendly.  He finished the job promptly and we were charged as was quoted.  He uses an online Quickbooks invoice system that is quite smart (in my opinion).

He pointed out that our tankless water heater needed to be flushed on a regular basis.  We had no idea.  Will be calling him back to do that in a few weeks.  Do not hesitate to call Rob for any of your plumbing needs.  He will treat you like you are his only client at the time he is at your house.

I was very hesitant to call a plumber...so many horror stories out there. But we had tried every trick on the internet to fix our clogged drain, and nothing worked. After reading some reviews, I decided to bypass Roto-rooter and call Durham Plumbing Services. I am glad I did. They were friendly, punctual and reasonably priced. And most importantly, my sinks are now working again. Highly recommend!

If we can just snake it out and get the plastic piece out or broken up down a bigger part of the drain then it will be this price.
To replace the drain piece on the tub will be 175 more if we don't have to chip out concrete and that includes a waste an overflow chrome trim, push pull style.

this is what they quoted me for a very simple fix that another plumber came from over an hour away to fix for just 80$ just want everyone to know i wouldn't call these guys for anything. the only mo' flow there is your money flowing into their pockets!!  check out H20 pro plumbing instead

Kidd Brothers Plumbing has been my family's plumber since shortly after the business startup. My parents first used Bill Ed in the 1980s when he equipped a downstairs bathroom that was a former closet. They passed his name on to me and he has been my only plumber for at least the past 12 years. Kidd Brothers Plumbing is a small, family business that has been successful for so long because of their excellent customer service.

I called Schwartz Plumbing on a Sunday and spoke with someone named Pedro. He was very quick and rude with me. I had no other option but to have them come out to fix a busted water line running to my home. He told me there would be a $220 fee per hour and a $220 fee for coming out on a Sunday after hours. The whole time he was here he was very rude and dismissive and very agitated. I felt like he did not want to be there at all. So all in all it cost me $471 for a simple pipe repair it was 16 inches under the ground or less. I will never use their services again. I've had better service from them in the past even on Christmas Eve. This experience was extremely unpleasant. They are very good sometimes I guess it depends on who you are dealing with. I would suggest to anyone in the future that searching for a plumber to look elsewhere. This guy ripped me off and was rude and angry the whole time. I hope to have a better experience in the future but I'm not coming back to Schwartz Plumbing!

i live in cary nc. i called this group because i needed someone to check my property for leaks. This group came highly recommended to be a local plumber. I contacted this group to discuss my need. Their return call was next day which is ok. i discussed with them that the city was telling me that potential water leak was not on my property but probably on the city side. Having discussed with this group, we made an appt. I called to confirm the appointment the day before they were to show up. They noted that maybe the other plumber in this group had this info about an appointment but that they would be out to my house at the arranged time. They even agreed to call me to give me time to get to my house from my daily work location.
Even though the initial cost of this effort was 450.00, i agreed that this work needed to be done so that, if there was a leak, the city would come out and repair the leak. Once the group showed up, on time, they informed that they were not permitted to test for the leak on the city water line. We had discussed and agreed on this work ahead of time. time spent; 20 minutes. And i was charged 150.00 for their travel time. And the leak problem still exists. So back to the city.
I am unhappy with this organization and would not recommend them. My expectation was for them to help me find the leak. And the discussion was for them to see if the leak was on the city waterline that feeds into my property. Because this waterline belonged to the city, they were not able to test. So, this is fine. they should have told me in discussion and setting up the appt that they were not able to help.   Poor communication. And i get to pay for it.

Chris came to my house yesterday to fix a leak.  He was on time and quickly identified the source. He fixed the problem and also gave me recommendations regarding general plumbing issues.  I would definitely use Bizzy Bee again!

This is to compliment Kevin C.; he installed our new appliances.  He was pleasant, professional, and very capable.  Kevin was considerate of our furniture and carpets on a rainy day and even unboxed a new griddle to go with my stove.  He is the best!  He was assisted by Jose G. who impressed us with his professionalism, super pleasant personality, and helpfulness.  A great experience all around.  Highly recommend when purchasing appliances from Lowe's.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

BEWARE!!!!!!

This was the worst experience I have had with any company.
This is as bad as it gets, if there is a minus star I would give it.
To put is in a small sentence:  High prices, Low competence and Bunch of cheaters.
I decided to change my water heater and buy State Select, but I couldn't buy it from LOWES or HD.
Michael and Son showed up as a place where I can order State Select Water Heater from.
The person that came by the house charged me $2700.00 for a new heater with installation, but he was vague.
To my surprise he stopped doing installation until the restoration crew comes in for free.
The word free didn't really means free !!!!!  The Restoration Crew quoted me an additional $900. To remove a 3ft X3 ft. Drywall.
After smelling a rat, I end up fixing a 3ft X 3ft dry wall myself from LOWES that cost me $30.
I was send the bill anyway with 14 items including these funny items :
                 Containment Barrier - tension post - 19.80 per day
                  Containment Barrier/Airlock/Decon  Chamber
                  Haul debris - per pickup truck load - 155.00 including dump fees.
I contacted the company and complained, but it is falling on deaf ears----
Company claims that they have minimum $750 charge, that I couldn't find in the estimate.
Please do your home work before hiring these losers,,,,, Don't believe the commercials crap on TV.
The best commercials are taking care of customers.
I end up paying 2700+900=3600, I could've paid $1600 @ LOWES.
