Was glad we called Bohannon Plumbing as we were not put off like we were by two previous plumbers. Set an appointment in less than a week for a non emergency and followed through with the work. Got the work done in a timely manner and was very professional as was Cody who worked with him. Wish I had found them two years ago. Would highly recommended. His wife always answered the phone and did a great job scheduling. Working with contractors the past two years have been a nightmare but not this time. Thanks!!!!!

I didn't have an emergency but I got a service call the next day. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He stayed on the job till he was satisfied the problem was solved. He was very respectful of my home I am a very happy repeat customer!

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

I recently had a bathroom remodel going on which included removing and replacing cut-off valves and reinstalling a toilet and 2 faucets for the new cabinet and sink top. The personnel were so very attentive to detail and getting the job done . I would recommend this company for any work you need done because they do A+ QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE in comparison to some of the other local companies that I have used in the past , but rest assured that if I need help from a plumbing co. it will be Charles Carter Plumbing in Kville. Great work and fair pricing. Thank you Glenn Travis

Its a long review, but please take the time to read it before hiring this company! I Was forced to use this company through our home warranty. First appointment was set between 12:00-2:00 with a promised phone call before they came. They showed up at 3:00, no phone call. But, I can work with that.
It was the next day that the problems began. A different tech came, (on time, but still no phone call) and after flooding my utility room, beating a new heating element into my water heater, climbing atop my freezer to TRY to turn off water, leaving my child stranded at school (i told him i had to leave, he said he could get it done quickly enough...turns out, he couldnt) and taking a personal phone call (about a check that hadn't arrived in his mail), he left me with a mess and a dripping water heater. He did have the decency to leave out the back door so he didn't track water through my house (if that helps to tell you how much water we were standing in when he left). It took 12 bathroom towels and all of my kitchen hand towels to clean up the mess.
As an easy going person, I didn't take it out on the tech, I simply told Calvin (the boss) what had happened. Here's where the BIGGEST problem occurred. Calvin argued with me about what happened, telling me that his techs never leave a mess, that it was the water heater's fault that there was a mess (because its so old), and that his tech was allowed to take personal phone calls because of his life circumstances.
Calvin's solution to the issue: I'll just cancel the work order. No apology, no money offered back. Thankfully, our home warranty company heard the story and is helping us out.
Steer clear of this company. I'm sure not every tech is bad, but when the boss is that bad, its best just to choose a different place!
