Yesterday I called Angler for help with some drainage issues. Fabian answered and was very gracious, stating his technicians would be at my home today. Nick and Mike showed up right on time.  They did the work in a very careful and clean manner and explained what they were doing to solve the problem and why. They were extremely personable and responsive to questions, and the price for their visit was very reasonable. Angler is now our go-to plumber.

They came out for an oil to gas boiler conversion estimate. After looking at my system they noted a couple of options and that they would provide written estimates for each. Unfortunately this never came. I even followed up and still haven't received anything over a month later.

Nice enough guy, just wouldn't expect any service.

Bob's Plumbing is the best. My dad's house has had nothing done to it in 50 years. One of the pipes in the wall sprang a leak. I called Bob's. Bob himself, called back and set up an appointment to come out. He called to verify the night before, showed up on time, was fairly priced and a joy to work with. The guy is reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing.

Lightning fast response. Anthony came out ASAP and did his absolute best to keep a messy situation under control. At the end of the day it was expensive, but it was done right on a Saturday night.

Ladies and gentlemen, I do not believe you can possibly find better and more conscientious and reliable plumbers than Imperial Plumbing and Heating from Nutley, NJ. We have used them as our plumbing service provider for almost 30 years (major AND minor jobs), and we hope to continue to use them for many years to come. They are ultra-reliable, they are dedicated, and they are reasonably priced. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone better than Imperial Plumbing & Heating from Nutley, NJ. I am far from easy to please, but Imperial passes the test with flying colors on all accounts. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Great company to work with! We had a sink and shower that had been clogged and hired Racso Plumbing and Heating for the job. They were very quick to reply to messages, offered a really affordable price, and the sink and shower were fixed very quickly! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I needed to replace my hot water heater. Not the best thing to happen in February. He was punctual, honest, affordable and did a great job. I really don't know how my family and I could have asked for a better experience... well other than not needing a new hot water heater.

You give them a call, they give you the prices, you sign a CC authorization form and then the technician shows up and fixes the mess. It's in & out, nobody gets hurt. Prices are upfront and technicians are pretty great.

I had my shower diverter replaced in September. It is now June and its failing. Diverters should last an average of 10 years. Before I had it replaced, Fred Smith company charged me for a plumbers assessment who said that there was nothing wrong with the diverter and didn't need replacing.
Unfortunately I trusted a company untrustworthy in this regard and cannot recommend their services.

I had what I thought was a cracked drain pipe in my bathtub that was causing a leak to my downstairs neighbor.  On a snowy Friday afternoon, Jonathan stopped by and replaced 3 broken PVC pipes (2 that I was unaware of) and replaced the bathtub stopper.  Because my tub is a jetstream, there was little to no room to do any work, but after 4 hours of hard work, Jonathan got everything up and running with no problems as I write this review nearly 3 to 4 weeks later.  Jonathan was super patient, professional, and persistent in ensuring everything worked properly!

SOOOO overpriced. Came out fast, but just flashed a flashlight at my water heater  and told me how much it would cost me to replace it. No choice of brands or even told me what I would get other than warranty and price. Charged me $48 + tax for that honor. Over double what i ultimately paid elsewhere. Beware!

This is the second part of my first & last experience with this TERRIBLE company.. Almost exactly a week to the day since the mechanics left my house my basement shower backed up again, the same exact sewer line the same exact problem. This time I opened up my ejector pump MYSELF & there was toilet paper & fescues caught between the pump & pvc line from toilet/shower So the mechanics from Father & Son pushed the ball of toilet paper & crap with their snake & it never was cleared properly. Guess they needed to snake another foot to clear the drain or wait to see if the pump would clear out the drain not leave after they plugged sump pumps back in. But of course on their work order they wrote no clogs no leaks after I had signed. Next time I'll do the job myself & save $450.
