Total Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Used to give them five stars but due to the issues in customer service I need to drop it down.  Most calls can be summed up like this

1.  Employee answers phone
2.  I explain my issue
3.  Says they'll call me back

3 out of 5 times I get no call back and need to call again.  The last two times he had me on the schedule he lost my info in his computer.  I'm still waiting for a callback from the last time my info was removed.

My hot water heater broke this morning. I had no hot water and there was water leaking out of the top of it. I called a local plumbing company who was recommended to me by a friend and they gave me an outrageous estimate for a replacement. I then called Total Plumbing and asked them for a price quote. I gave them the model number and serial number for my water heater and they gave me an estimate that was almost half of what the previous company wanted to charge me. They even said that they could have someone out to replace it within 2 hours.

Their truck showed up an hour later and two hours after that, I had a brand new hot water heater fully installed. The plumber that they sent over was very friendly. He worked quickly and very cleanly. No mess anywhere.

I would definitely recommend this company if you need any plumbing or heating services or repairs.

I recently had new kitchen plumbing, a new bathroom and a new hot water heater installed by Total Plumbing Heating and Drain Service. The work was done right the first time around, with no surprises. The employees were efficient, professional, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished their work in a timely manner. The completed job far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Total Plumbing Heating for any and all of your plumbing needs.

They came out for an oil to gas boiler conversion estimate. After looking at my system they noted a couple of options and that they would provide written estimates for each. Unfortunately this never came. I even followed up and still haven't received anything over a month later.

Nice enough guy, just wouldn't expect any service.
