A Raymond Plumbing

I came home for lunch today to discover that there was a hose hooked up to my side yard water bib for the home construction next door. I had previously asked them not to steal our water, but here they were pumping a continuous flow of water into the adjacent home for their plumbing installation. When asked why they were stealing our water and trespassing on our property, the response was, We tried to knock and ask permission, but nobody was home. Apparently, that makes it okay to simply help yourself.

Can they not provide a water truck for their workers? Instead they mooch off the nearest water source and it could be yours. I would not use this company from the standpoint of their low moral standards and illegal behavior. Beware.

Fixed my sprinkler back flow system

We have a patch of our driveway tore out due to the neighbors water leak that is in our driveway- His insurance company hired Raymond to come fix it- ( mind you after trying to contact the city , MUD, to Find out what the next step is and I don't know for sure if the problem is resolved anyways - so I had called around lunch time and left message - they Immediately called me back - and Explained what the situation was currently - and Us being frustrated because this has been going on for some time - she offered to reach out to the insurance company - to get in touch w home owner to get status of If ITS COMPLETELY resolved or not- FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND BEING SO CONCERNED, KIND , AND PRO ACTIVE TO EASE MY MIND ABOUT THIS SECTION OF DRIVEWAY THAT NEEDS TO BE POURED BACK?? Thanks RAYMOND PLUMBING FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I APPRECIATE IT!!

A Raymond came to my home due to water coming in my basement, as I was unsure where the water was coming from.

The plumber showed up completely unprepared with a camera that didn't work and had to run back to shop for another camera and additional pieces for the snake. All while charging me for drive time to and from my home for his time.

The plumber was unable to finish the job and advised me before he left that if I called another company to come figure out the problem, to call A Raymond back and they could come fix what the other company finds.

I will NEVER use A Raymond again.

All encounters with this company have been kind of low rent. Something off here.
I called them last year for a dishwasher & bathroom sink draining issue and the guy looked so creepy I almost didn't let him in.  Then he did a poor job AND WAS A JERK!  Looking back I can't believe I let him in, didnt ask him to leave midway, & I paid the bill. I called them because they did the original plumbing in my house built about 9 years ago....  Last week I had another company come to unclog a sink and the guy pointed out something I never even noticed or thought about in my infinished basement-  They ran about a 50' water line from kitchen sink to main outlet...6 elbows- this means anything you put in the sink to drain (or garbage disposal-eeks!) has a very long way to go & lots of chances of getting hung up /clogged.  They could have tapped in to a closer line where the laundry facilities were- 1/4 of the distance- just shoddy work. Don't use these people- dont know whats going on, but plenty of folks out there that are honest and do a decent job.

Be ware!!  Do not use these guys. They come in and use your shop vac to clean up the mess then shop vac has to be thrown away. They tell you you need to tear up your concert floor and replace the pipe and they charge you over $300 and don't even fix the problem. We called for a second opinion and they cleared the line and done a couple extra plumbing requests and charged $200. This company should not be allowed to be in business.

We had a great experience with this company.  We had a clogged drain but they came out within a few hours and they unclogged the drain.  The young man was very professional and honest.

I've been in construction for over 40 years, have 3 brothers and a sister. All of have been in construction for over 40 years, including both parents. They either own their own business (General contractors) or work for other very large companies and have never dealt with an individual that charges money for an estimate. I called them in Sept 2022 and they wanted to charge me something like $135.00 for and estimate for work that should have amounted to around $1,200 dollars. In my opinion any company that has to charge for an estimate doesn't understand how a Free Market works best and has too many issues with standing behind their work.

I give this a five star review they have been here more than once and always very professional and done an excellent job in fact I believe they've gone Beyond.
I don't understand the other comments but that is not been my experience at all
