Established in 2002.
Paul has been working in plumbing for over 15 years. Paul started working with one of the bigger companies and did not like to high pressure sell customers. Paul decided to go on his own where he treats customers fairly and fixes the problem at hand and does not try to sell other things not needed. We are a family owned and operated business without the overhead.

We had a leaky pipe so we tried Paul the Plumber. They came quickly to fix it. They were professional, friendly and even took the time to introduce themselves to my overly enthusiastic pets (which calmed them down immediately) they fixed my problem for a reasonable cost. I was so happy with their work, I had them look at an outdoor faucet that hasn't worked since I bought this house and they got that up and running right away and, as a bonus, solved my water pressure problems! I was extremely happy with their work, prices and their approachable attitudes put me at ease. They even gave me a few tips on how to find turn off valves and when I should turn off water to my outdoor faucets in freezing conditions.

We hired Paul to put in a new sink, faucet and shut off valve in our kitchen. He was very pleasant, reasonably priced and did a great job. He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated. We will gladly call him again when needed and highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks Paul!
Super professional, squeezed me in the day of calling to run a new gas line for my dryer which was greatly appreciate. The quality of work stands out for sure! Highly recommend Paul for any work you may have!!!

They replaced my hot water heater with a new much better one. Also a leak in my shower that was leaking into the wall down to bathroom downstairs. The location of the leak was tricky as there was no obvious pipe or fixture leak. It ended up being from the break down of caulking and grout around the tub. They had to come back one additional time to get it all taken care of and did so happily and promptly to make sure it was all good. Fair prices, good work. Professionals. I will definitely be calling on this company in the future. And have a couple more projects/updates to get completed that Paul the the Plumber will be doing the work for me. Thank you so much.
Paul is a great plumber. Does a fantastic job, listens to customers, and is very affordable...the best thing is he's a small business, support your local small business he provides much better customer service than the guys in the big fancy Mercedes vans and has done work for many friends and family members of mine, all work has also been top notch and quality work.
Showed up right on time and got my problem fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Also gave me some helpful hints for preventing a recurrence of the problem. I had also used them a couple of years ago and they were great then too.

My husband and I hired Paul shortly after we moved into our first home. Our house needed a lot of work: we needed to replace our water heater, have two drains reinstalled, and our kitchen sink reset into our new kitchen countertops.
We shopped around for plumbers, and Paul had the best prices. He installed our new heater and hauled away our old water heater for a third of the price Home Depot's home install service quoted us. He is very pleasant to talk to and we have been very satisfied with the work he did for us.
Paul owns his own business, so scheduling him can be difficult. We had to reschedule a few times because other clients had projects that took longer than expected, and this wasn't a big deal for us since I'm a teacher and had this summer free, but it could be challenging for others. His work is of good quality though, so he's worth waiting for.

I highly recommend Paul the Plumber. When MUD came to replace my water meter, they couldn't get the water shut off either at the meter or outside at the stop box. So they told me I had to replace BOTH the inlet at the meter and the stop box outside by the street, and within 30 days, which would have meant digging up my yard and maybe even the sidewalk, which would have been a huge expense. After I talked to MUD and got nowhere, Paul went to bat with MUD for me and MUD was fine with just replacing the indoor inlet so they could replace the meter. Not only did Paul do a great job at a reasonable price, he went the extra mile so I wouldn't have to incur a prohibitive extra expense. That's what I call Service!

Shockingly expensive, but maybe the going rate for plumbers here. Installed a restrictor flow for my Jacuzzi tub and will not return to fix it in spite of two message requests. Will not do followup for other work as promised.

Worked with a few times and it was great. Then had what was apparently an easy fix per their visit. Waited a week, no reply. Called, was told I'd get a formal estimate in a couple days. A week went by. I called again, was told I'd hear from them soon. No reply. A month passed. In the meantime the issue I contacted them about got worse. A second company I contacted got back to me in the meantime and scheduled a repair. I lost a month and a half by waiting on Paul The Plumber and the issue got worse in that time. Lesson learned, contact multiple plumbers and see who cares about their customer.
Reasonable prices. Great communication. Very personable. Finished my project right on time. Not sure if you can ask for much more from a plumber.
I needed some pipes fixed in my basement. I liked the reviews of Paul on Yelp and also the fact that he was recommended by a family member as well, so I called. They scheduled an appointment and Paul came by and gave an estimate. Once we agreed on the terms of the project, we set up an appointment and Paul and his apprentice showed up on time and fixed up my old pipes in a jiffy.
I'll definitely be calling Paul the Plumber for future plumbing projects!

Professional. First-rate work. Job done right the first time.
I'm not a fan of quick fixes nor am I a fan of inflated work to drive price up. Neither happen with Paul. If I need plumbing help again, I won't call anyone else.
Great sevice today on my toilet replacement. I will call again with any future plumbing needs. Very satisfied.

Had a new kitchen faucet to install that I picked up from Menards. I would have done it myself, but there weren't any shutoff valves below the sink so I decided to have Paul do it and put in shutoffs.
He was there EXACTLY when he said he would be and only took 45 mins to do a remarkable job ! The estimate he gave me over the phone before I scheduled the work was exactly what he billed me.
I would recommend Paul to anyone and will be a loyal customer to him in the future. He really exemplifies a business putting the customer first. You don't find that very often anymore. Excellent service, excellent work and very reasonable pricing too. The faucet I purchased from Menards cost more than Paul charged me to put it in and add shutoff valves !

He did a good job. Told him what wanted fixed. Said it would be only $145. By the time he got done it went up to $392. My husband said he working right along then slowed way down and kept going to his truck to kill time. I just thought this is ridiculous to be such a big price jump. I will not use him again
I found this service through Yelp. They arrived on time and were reasonable with their pricing. When I needed a follow up call they were quick to respond! I fell they want their business to succeed and I recommend them.
Paul has come to our house house three times over the past four years. He installed a water heater, a water softener, and replaced the kitchen drain and supply lines. Every time I have been satisfied with his service and prices. He gives me a timely quote and completes the work on time and within budget. It's nice to have a dependable tradesman in this age of gig economy. As much as I hope I don't need to call a plumber anytime soon, it puts my mind at ease to know that he'll be there. Thanks Paul!
