I could not be more pleased with my experience in working with Newcomer Plumbing. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with could not have been more helpful. Tucker was fantastic in his thorough explanation of everything. And the work was top notch and he even went above a beyond to find a roofer that was need for a small portion of the job. I will be recommending Newcomer Plumbing to anyone I know, needing work done.

Swayne's LLC is the best. He fixed my downstairs bathroom quickly and for a great price. Good honest work from a good honest man.

Best guys in town. Way cheaper than anyone else and they fit you in really quick. Extremely nice people and the owner comes to fix your problem, not a lazy technician. They really care about you!

Jamie was professional and curtious. We called about needing an estimate on a hot water heater and some other various upgrades in our house and he was here ready and willing to help. I would recommend him to anyone!!

In the course of building a house I was referred to Sherry at Minder Plumbing.
I found a well-stocked and organized showroom. Sherry was pleasant and well-informed. It didn't take long to logically go through the rooms and begin the process of selecting fixtures.
Besides knowing what she was talking about, Sherry was very personable and not at all hesitant to share her thoughts, opinions, and experiences when asked which made it all the easier.
She also demonstrated initiative, honesty, and integrity - qualities that are priceless in my opinion.
I would highly recommend Minder Plumbing for any new builds or restorative projects you encounter.

They are my go to guys. I have used Superior for several years and have found them to be friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I know they already have great reviews here, but I have to add another one! Our water heater died, we needed a new one... yada yada yada. We called around a little but liked the reviews for this company and went for it based on what sounded like a fair deal and straightforward pricing.
Of course, this happened to our family during Snowpocalypse 2013! But here's the deal- they showed up! Early! They got it done quickly, efficiently, and without even once attempting to sell me a bunch of extra crap I didn't need. And here's the thing that tops it all: the guy shoveled my driveway, my sidewalk, and my steps. HE DID. I could not believe it... he could have cleared a little path for them to roll the heater into the house, but he went the extra mile! He also replaced a little valve for our fridge at no extra charge.
Highly recommend... it's nice to find good companies with good people!

Excellent, fast service, even after a heavy storm. Jeremy came over and replaced our failed sump pump in about an hour from the time I called until he was completely done. They have done emergency and non-emergent plumbing repair for us in the past and we could not be happier with their service. A+ recommendation

As a realtor from the KC metro area. I work with clients all day long. I make it my priority to answer all calls. The owner and manager of this company has poor CS skills. He will not answer calls to discuss a quote, it took several tries and pleas just to get him to answer the phone. The repair quote was outrageously expensive. Try $27K. The OWNER/MANAGER preferred to conduct business via text messages only. That is not the RIGHT WAY to conduct business. He never offered to call back for a follow up reference to the quote.
I get it everyone is busy. One small suggestion. If your business is that good, that you are too busy to take a call then, hire an assistant to take calls and to professionally discuss all quotes. That is all this realtor wanted from Alan's plumbing. I support all SMALL, LATINO AND LOCAL KC COMPANIES. I will never refer my Real Estate colleagues and or any new potential clients after today. Alan's plumbing gets a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!

Ladd Came first thing after I made the appointment. Removed 12 inches of water from my storm shelter and the dead snake clogging my drain (ewww) all for 90 dollars. I would have signed over all of my savings for the dead snake removal. So impressed with the cost and excellent customer service.

Bob, with Patriot Plumbing was GREAT! On a recent evening after noticing a foul odor in the basement, I was horrified to find that the cap on my main cleanout (the big drain pipe that all the toilets & such drain into) had come off! Resulting in a disgusting mess in a finished portion of my basement, and of course it was almost 7:00 pm! And mind you that we would not be able to use any water or flush a toilet until it was fixed , which does not go over well with 2 teenage boys! After calling other plumbing companies and getting the standard answering machine message call back during regular business hours ,when apparently all plumbing emergencies are supposed to occur.....I called Patriot Plumbing, and Bob answered :D , he understood my desperation and said he would be right out! He was very personable, professional & knowledgable and his rates were fair & competitive. Got the cap replaced quickly & we were back in business. Bob even took the time to answer some questions I had about a do-it-yourselfer plumbing job I had going in a bathroom. I thank him and my sons thank him! Highly recommend Bob to anyone!

We had an awesome experience with Mr. Rooter this morning. Our basement drain had backed up and overflowed yesterday. After calling Mr. Rooter at 8:30 this morning, they were at our house by 9:15am! The technician augered our line and was able to pull out the tree roots that Bob Hamilton had left behind from when we hired them in March. They even put a camera down the line (Bob Hamilton claimed they didn't have a camera small enough) and found the clog. They were professional, clean, and thorough with their inspection.
They quoted us about $15k less than Bob Hamilton did to replace the full line, too. We will definitely be using them again!

We had Tim replace the sewer line from our house to the septic tank. Three months later I contact him asking if he would please come and use his camera again so I could see his work. Well one month became two then three and so on. I contacted him periodically still no contact no show from Tim or the company. (Tim is the company...as in Tim Loveall) by the way he did give a one year guarantee of his work which was in October 2015. The most recent call to Tim after we contacted ABMay to use their camera and he hung up on me and would not answer when I called back nor return my call requesting he please come check out how our system is backing up into our basement. All I want is Mr Loveall to honor his guarantee.
