I called to have somebody come and fix a leak, and they had a technician come out the very next day. The technician found the leak, fixed it and even took the time to show me what part was leaking and why.

We used ASI Plumbing for the first time recently and had a very positive experience. We had used one of the bigger named plumbers in the past and weren't very happy with their work or prices so we tried ASI.
Everything about our experience was positive including the lady answering the phone and making appointments, the person who called to let me know the costs in advance and Aaron who was the one who showed up and did the work.
Aaron was very nice and made sure to bring in shoe covers and mats to keep our house clean. He explained what was he doing along the way as well. He ended up having to cut a hole in our drywall in the basement to get closer to the clog in the drain and overall was at our house for a good 4 hours making sure he took care of the problem. He also cleaned up everything after he was done, in fact I would say he went above and beyond.
The final cost wasn't a surprise and I felt it was very fair. We will no doubt be using ASI in the future for any plumbing needs.

My home warranty company sent Jefferson to fix a shut-off valve under my bathroom sink that flooded my entire condo.
Brian G. came to the house after four days trying to get my home warranty company to send someone.
Not the plumber's fault but rather my home warranty.
While the water in the house had been taken care of by a restoration company, I still had no water.
Brian was here bright and early (I felt like crying; I was so happy to see him)
he walked me through everything he was doing; he was neat, clean, and polite.
He apologized (it also was not his fault) for having to cut a hole in the drywall and took the time to show me why it had to be done.
The hole was so small that I wouldn't have paid any attention to it, but he explained it all before he did anything.
When he left, the vanity was clean, and the repair looked great.
These people complaining about this company need to know that the home warranty company told me they only have two plumbers and one sewer plumber in Louisville the contract with.
It is not their fault if they are booked out for several days.
Everyone's problem is just as serious as we think ours is.
I would have zero problems calling them again.
To anyone using a home warranty company... put the blame where the blame belongs. These companies (Plumbing, electric, whatever) must do what the home warranty will pay for and allow.

BE AWARE, DON'T EVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICE. They tell you free estimate, but when their technician come to your house, they remove your plumbing and toilet apart, then they give you a very high price to repair, if you don't accept their work, they will walk away leaving all the mess for you to put back and clean up. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICE. DON'T LET THEY SCAM YOU.

Would not recommend. Plumbers installed tub incorrectly and had to come out the second day to fix installment. They also tore out two extra rows of tile and then cut an electrical line. Electrician had to fix line and cut a hole in our bedroom wall. They did pay for an electrician and the hole repair but wanted to charge us $470 to fix two rows of tile that they tore off. They left the job unfinished and we had to pay someone else to finish their mistakes. Very unprofessional, unorganized, unresponsive.

I was speaking with Mr. Moser on the phone about my need to have a water heater replaced and installed. I thought his price was very reasonable. Due to the nature of my job, my time is quite limited and my work requires hours beyond a traditional 40-hour work week. Because of this, I questioned Mr. Moser about his availability and how long the work would take. Mr. Moser then told me, in a very condescending tone of voice, that he doesn't work on a schedule. This made my decision very easy, as I would never want to do business with anyone this rude and unaccommodating, no matter how much better the price. Of course I understand the nature of the business and the need for flexibility, but it's never right to speak to customers in such a condescending tone. Mr. Moser could have done a far better job in working with me and trying to understand my particular circumstance. I found someone else who will charge a little more but at least answered my questions politely and was more accommodating with my schedule and my circumstance.
