We had a leaking kitchen faucet and reached out on Yelp on a Sunday. Richard answered quickly and understandably was booked up a couple days but it wan't urgent so we scheduled it for Wednesday. He called in advance to confirm, arrived on time and had the sink totally fixed in less than an hour. Great price, cleaned up the area and we definitely took his number for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

called on tuesday they sent someone out on wednesday 7:30 am he went right to working on my kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking replaced a part and was finished within 40 minutes of arriving he was kind and courtesy, did not make a mess and followed cdc guidelines of wearing a mask cause this was during the covid-19 pandemic. if and whenever i need another plumber i will certain call on them again, and would like to also give a good recommendation for others to use this one.

I wouldn't recommend this company because they do not follow up with you, they did not do accurate analysis of problem and they left me with an issue I have to get another plumber to fix.

If I could give 0 or negative I would. I was scheduled through my warranty company, which is also a testament to the companies they contract out to as well. They were scheduled on July 7th from 11am-3pm. We received a call at 10:30 PM on July 6th telling us they were on their way. We called to ask about this and received unprofessional behavior but they reassured us they would be out during the scheduled time the following day. Shocker. They did not show up. My husband contacted them and they said they were running behind. 6pm comes around and we get the run around. 6:30 told twenty minutes. 7:00 told 15 minutes. 7:35 they're in the wrong COUNTY telling us they can't find my house. We reschedule and they tell us that if the technician isn't there he will no longer be employed with them. Window was 11am-2pm. Shocker. Doesn't show. No contact. Will no answer our calls. Mailbox is full. Don't waste your time. Finally did get in touch and she wanted to be rude, not only is punctuality not a strong point, neither is customer service.
Extension of issues: we ended up canceling the services because we had to call back 4 or 5 times in a row to even get a response. We would be told 1 hour arrival time from the warranty company, two hours later still nothing. When I got in touch with them at 4pm on the second day, they were unprofessional and smart about me complaining about the time frames--put me on speaker so everyone in the room could say hi. When I finally called back 2 hours later to see what the issue was, I was told it would be about 2 and a half hours more. They told me it was because there was an elderly man in front of me (which would have been fine if they also didn't tell me that the technician had JUST left to head to the elderly man's house when I was told 2 hours prior that it would be an hour). I informed her that I had already left bad reviews for the company because of the poor service in which she began cussing and telling me she would not send a technician out until I changed my reviews. I told her I would change them when I received a better service to report. She then told me she would cancel my appointment if that was what I wanted, I reiterated that it was no longer an appointment because they had missed their appointment times two days in a row and not contacted anyone, which is why I had the reviews posted that I did. She got nasty again, in which I responded in the like and told her to cancel because I would not do business with her. I have placed a complaint with the BBB, on every site that I can review, as well as with my warranty company. I wouldn't even look in the direction of this business.

We've used this company for 25 years while it was owned by the father, John English. He retired and the son operates it now. I had a new sump pump installed--there were a few little things that I wasn't totally happy about including the need to send 2 plumbers to do the work, but I let them slide. Then the rain came and the pipe disconnected, spewing muddy water all over my basement. After DAYS of trying the two numbers I had, I called another plumbing company. They said that the valve was installed UPSIDE DOWN, which caused the two pipes to separate when water went thru them.
I still haven't had a phone answered at either of the numbers. Frankly, I thing that English Associates Plumbing should be responsible for the bill I incurred to fix their mistake.
