Highly recommend this 40 year old family business in Lexington, Kentucky for AC work and no doubt other services they provide (I just don't have experience, yet.) We are in the midst of a heat wave and naturally our primary central a/c unit failed. Called the outfit with whom we supposedly had a relationship (service contract) on Thursday at noontime but they couldn't come until Monday. That was really unacceptable. Checked with knowledgeable friend and he recommended Disponette. Called late Thursday and Larry, the dispatcher, promised someone Friday morning. Right on schedule, Jon showed up Friday morning around 9:30 (he's been with the company 12 years) and in about 10 minutes he had us back in business (burned up capacitor turned out to be the culprit.) Needless to say we are very happy to have a cool home for this upcoming hot weekend. Even though we are out of pocket on a contract we are now Disponette customers! And the good news is - no contract required!

I had a great experience with their service. They were easy to get ahold of on the phone and had someone out to look at access door to my a/c unit that same day (Friday). They even called back that afternoon with a quote for the job and had two people back to replace it on Monday. The guys who did the work to replace the door where efficient and very clean. They vacuumed up any mess they made and left me with no clean-up!

Highly recommend this company for HVAC issues. They were very friendly and professional. Our service man came in, identified the issues and promptly got to work fixing our problems. He cleaned up before he left and gave me a run down of the issues. Told me if we saw anymore issues to give them a call and they would come back out. I had already had another company come in for the same issue and they did absolutely nothing and charged me for a service call. I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to have a company I can trust. I will be singing their praises to everyone I know.
