We had a great install of furnace and AC. Chris was a wizard to get it done in day and a half. Very pleased!

They did not have any available technicians last night, but set up an appointment for the following morning. Zackery was punctual and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Tom with the Clog Father was PHENOMENAL! My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the service we received. Tom made our water heater issue a priority in his schedule. He knew that the issue would have to go through the warranty and the process could take awhile. So he was able to start the process right away and then worked us into his busy schedule to get it replaced. Seriously just the best service! The water softener in our rental home stopped working a few months ago.  The homeowner was in town over the holidays & looked at it.  A part was broken, & he told me to call the company on the sticker (Ark Valley Plumbing).  He said to have them either send him the bill, or I should deduct it from the rent.  I called the company & set up an appointment for a repairman to come by on a Friday.  I was told that someone would call 15-20 minutes before the repairman was to show up.  Later in the day Ark Valley Plumbing called & said there had been a scheduling problem & asked if someone could come by the following Tuesday; I said yes.  I was told the time would be between 8:30 & 9:00 a.m.  As of today, no one from Ark Valley Plumbing has called or shown up.  Truth be known, there probably wasn't any scheduling problem.  Stay away from this company!

Do not give this man your business or trust!!!  We hired him to install a new tankless hot water heater in August 2015 and he used pipe that clearly states in the manual and on the warning sticker that it is not to be used and is both dangerous and illegal!  His venting of our heater was pumping carbon monoxide and other dangerous fumes into our home!  We scheduled three different appointments for him to come correct the vent issue and Faybien no called/no showed for all three appointments.  We had to hire another plumber to fix his mistake which cost us $1,000!  Faybien did agree to pay back the money and requested a payment plan and then failed to make a single payment.  We had to take him to small claims court and he did not show up, resulting in a default judgment in our favor.  His work is dangerous and will cost you more in the long run!! Beware!
