If I could put a zero stars I would. I wish I could review these guys on their work performance, but it didn't even get that far. We left a message with our home warranty provider who evidently uses these people for their third party service provider, and when they called and I set it up for service the guys had terrible customer service skills, was very short with me and basically treated me like I was stupid. I am a regional manager of a chain of stores and I did my best to process it all and initially gave him a pass and chalked it up to him possibly being swamped and moved forward. Well.. less than 5 minutes later he called me back and I was on another call so I let it go to VM. When replaying the VM he was trying to set up the same appointment, obviously lost track of who he just talked to. I called him back to follow up and he immediately started talking over me, talking slow like I didn't understand, and explaining to me like I was a 5 year old that he had already set my time up. He wouldn't even let me explain that I knew that, and that HE CALLED ME!! Finally out of frustration, I hung up after he was literally screaming over me. So sorry for the long review, but if you want to deal with a bully, call this guy. But if you're like me, and refuse to be bullied, save yourself the trouble and call someone else.

Used these guys twice through home warranty.  First time they couldn't diagnose a running toilet and told us we had a main leak.  Only to have a guy who isn't a plumber that I called to have a water main leak repaired tell me that I had a water leak.  The professionals told me that it's my fault for not informing them on how many bathrooms I had. Then they came back through my warranty to fix an outside faucet that leaked and couldn't attach a hose for them to refuse service because we tried repairing it first ourselves only to real7ze I didn't know how to replace it.  2 visits, 2 bad experiences.  Not only will I never use this company I am dumping my home warranty that keeps sending the cheapest most unqualified business to my home.

I wish I could give this ZERO STARS. Tom was awful. We have American home shield and are at the mercy of whoever they send us to. The first service request we put In was for some water pressure issues we had a few months back. He came out and every ten minutes he had to go out to his van and we saw him drinking out of a brown paper bag. At one point my fiancé went out there to check on him and his van was littered with beer cans. The smell of alcohol was so obvious which made the entire interaction a little awkward. He said he needed a part and would have to come back the next day. Same behaviors all over again on day 2. We were just crossing our fingers all would be resolved sufficiently. He fixed the water pressure and a leak in the kitchen sink. Simple enough. Fast forward a few months later to today. He called me and sounded very agitated when I asked him to contact my fiancé because I didn't know exactly what the issue was. When he did call my fiancé he was rude to him as well. He told him he would be out between 2-3pm today. I made special arrangements to be home at this time. At 3:20 called Tom. Each time I've tried to call this guy today it has gone to voicemail. I sent a text at one point in the morning because we kept playing phone tag and he called back and got onto me for texting him. After my failed attempt at reaching him at 320 I called American home shield to check since I couldn't get ahold of him. He then called me immediately after my call with American home shield and chewed me out for calling them to report his absence. I was completely blown away by the way this man spoke to me. He's probably a good guy... but his erratic and emotional behavior is clearly coinciding with the aforementioned suspected drinking issue. You DO NOT want this guy in your home. After going off on me for calling home shield he proceeded to tell me that he was not coming and would have the vendor transferred and disconnected the call. I'm seriously appalled and have never been so disrespected before. At one point this guy may have ran a decent operation but he clearly has some personal struggles to work on. Don't invite him into your home. Now I have to take off more time from work to have someone else come out. It's been a nightmare.

Technician was very rude and disrespectful. Never have I met someone who wants business but talks to people with such disgust and hate. If you want kind and courteous definitely go with another company!

Tom with the Clog Father was PHENOMENAL! My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the service we received. Tom made our water heater issue a priority in his schedule. He knew that the issue would have to go through the warranty and the process could take awhile. So he was able to start the process right away and then worked us into his busy schedule to get it replaced. Seriously just the best service! I would recommend the Clog Father to anyone who wants to be taken care of! Thanks Tom!!

Worst plumber ever!!!! This guy is a real piece of work! If you call him, you will regret it!

I can not recommend this company more.  They are quick, efficient, and reasonable.  They stand behind their work and value what they do.  Highest recommendation

Like one of the other reviewers, this was the contractor selected by my home warranty company. He failed to call within the first 48 hours stating that he had not heard from ORHP. To the contrary, they had contacted him twice. When I spoke to him in person, he interrupted me so frequently that I could not convey the nature of the problem. I reiterated that the problem needed to be corrected before mold set in because of the leak. He ranted on and on that he did not do anything with mold. He was becoming progressively erratic and rude. I stated again that I needed a plumber to first fix the leak. After several more off topic interruptions, I began to wonder if his erratic behavior was a sign of substance abuse. My instinct was to not let this man into my home or around my family. Fortunately ORHP allowed me to select a competent and professional contractor.
