If I could put a zero stars I would. I wish I could review these guys on their work performance, but it didn't even get that far. We left a message with our home warranty provider who evidently uses these people for their third party service provider, and when they called and I set it up for service the guys had terrible customer service skills, was very short with me and basically treated me like I was stupid. I am a regional manager of a chain of stores and I did my best to process it all and initially gave him a pass and chalked it up to him possibly being swamped and moved forward. Well.. less than 5 minutes later he called me back and I was on another call so I let it go to VM. When replaying the VM he was trying to set up the same appointment, obviously lost track of who he just talked to. I called him back to follow up and he immediately started talking over me, talking slow like I didn't understand, and explaining to me like I was a 5 year old that he had already set my time up. He wouldn't even let me explain that I knew that, and that HE CALLED ME!! Finally out of frustration, I hung up after he was literally screaming over me. So sorry for the long review, but if you want to deal with a bully, call this guy. But if you're like me, and refuse to be bullied, save yourself the trouble and call someone else.
