Matt is great!  He's fast, he's personable and he has great rates.  I use him anytime one of my houses get backed up.  I even recommend him to friends and coworkers.  You won't go wrong calling Olson, I highly recommend him.

These guys were great. Very affordable. Diligently cleaned out a sink drain in an older home. Would recommend them over all others. Even cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed with their quality of work and affordable pricing.

Mike fixed a DIY toilet installation problem I created. The job was done quickly, efficiently and effectively. The price was as he predicted and very affordable. He cleaned up the work area perfectly and was courteous.

We recently had our AC stolen, i had no idea where to start.  So i tried Yelp, and picked this company based on the reviews.  I made a phone call, explained the situation, and they said yes they could help out.   I believe it was the owner.  He looked up the size of the house, recommended a 3 ton.  I asked about brands and he said that they were pretty much the same.  They carry a top of the line, and it is 14,000, He said i will not let you spend that much!  I was sold right there, because of his integrity.  He scheduled a appointment for a once over on the house, and to check the air flow.  After that was complete the actual install was later that week.  I was told it would take about 8 hrs, but it took only 6. After the install, we ran into another problem, we did not have the correct current for the AC, WHO KNEW.  We corrected that problem, and they came back out to make sure it was installed correctly and also gave tips, as to what vents to close to make the air flow correctly.

I called them two more times, the first time to ask about a cage to deter the AC from theft, he told me they don't carry those, however if we have it there on the install day, they would install it.  It was not there on the initial install, but when they came back to finish up a week later, the one we ordered was there and partially installed.  They finished installing it for us!

The second call was we have a gas insert in our fireplace and was told that we need to get it installed by a HVAC company.  I called to schedule that appointment to co-inside with the AC.  I was told ma'am, we don't do that type of work, only heating and air.  I asked if they knew of anyone in town, and he gave me two companies we ended up going with DOD FIREPLACE.  

This company in my opinion, first order of business is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!  We will be using them for all of our heating and air servicing.

Recommended by family member and have used them 3 times, once during a no-water situation. I've not been disappointed any time. Recently, while the plumber was in the attic, he photographed damage to assist me in showing the vendor's damage to a water line. The plumber took time to fully answer my questions.
