Did a great job!! Very nice and very fair in pricing. Removed a broken hot water heater from a very small area and replaced with a thankless water heater. Lance brought extra help and had the whole job done in just a few hours. No high pressure, very upfront and honest!!

This is a great company who provides both commercial and residential plumbing and electrical service.  I've brought them into my home to repair and maintain after seeing quality work at a local historic theater.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tech look at a shed furnace to see if it was operational.  12/20/22.  Tech came out and thought that he could have it fixed later that day for a couple hundred dollars.  Parts were unavailable so said that he would contact me the next week. Nothing. I left several messages to learn they were still looking.  Again, weeks passed with several unreturned calls.  Received a bill for $200.  Then the $5 part was located.  More time passed with more unreturned calls.  Then the tech fixed it.  Another $200. Within days, I could smell gas. Zero concern from Bob Stith employees when contacted.  When call was finally returned, tech said he would be out on Friday afternoon 1/27/23 to check it.  No show.  Showed up on Saturday morning to say Not sure why and now the fixed furnace won't stay lit.  Another $200 bill shows up.  More messages left unreturned.  On 2/2/23 tech calls and says the  new repair will be $300 in parts plus another $400 in labor.  have I also left two messages over the past two days to have the owner/manager call me.  Nothing.  I made it VERY clear up front that the furnace was old and that I didn't want to sink a lot of money into it.  So now I'm left with a $400 bill, a pipe LEAKING GAS that wasn't before, 10+ unreturned calls, and 6+ weeks of lost time for my business.  This is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL businesses I have EVER dealt with!!!

They came fixed for a bid price, got the invoice for the bid price showing bid price less sales tax so equal to bid.  Then used same invoice number a few days latter, dated the following day from first invoice, was bid price plus tax. We explained over the phone what happened, they keep calling wanting and wanting the extra amount of tax. I think this is lousy attitude and greedy.  Their web site has no place to send a complaint, I guess they do not listen anyway...

I wish I could give this ZERO STARS. Tom was awful. We have American home shield and are at the mercy of whoever they send us to. The first service request we put In was for some water pressure issues we had a few months back. He came out and every ten minutes he had to go out to his van and we saw him drinking out of a brown paper bag. At one point my fiancé went out there to check on him and his van was littered with beer cans. The smell of alcohol was so obvious which made the entire interaction a little awkward. He said he needed a part and would have to come back the next day. Same behaviors all over again on day 2. We were just crossing our fingers all would be resolved sufficiently. He fixed the water pressure and a leak in the kitchen sink. Simple enough. Fast forward a few months later to today. He called me and sounded very agitated when I asked him to contact my fiancé because I didn't know exactly what the issue was. When he did call my fiancé he was rude to him as well. He told him he would be out between 2-3pm today. I made special arrangements to be home at this time. At 3:20 called Tom. Each time I've tried to call this guy today it has gone to voicemail. I sent a text at one point in the morning because we kept playing phone tag and he called back and got onto me for texting him. After my failed attempt at reaching him at 320 I called American home shield to check since I couldn't get ahold of him. He then called me immediately after my call with American home shield and chewed me out for calling them to report his absence. I was completely blown away by the way this man spoke to me. He's probably a good guy... but his erratic and emotional behavior is clearly coinciding with the aforementioned suspected drinking issue. You DO NOT want this guy in your home. After going off on me for calling home shield he proceeded to tell me that he was not coming and would have the vendor transferred and disconnected the call. I'm seriously appalled and have never been so disrespected before. At one point this guy may have ran a decent operation but he clearly has some personal struggles to work on. Don't invite him into your home. Now I have to take off more time from work to have someone else come out. It's been a nightmare.

The water softener in our rental home stopped working a few months ago.  The homeowner was in town over the holidays & looked at it.  A part was broken, & he told me to call the company on the sticker (Ark Valley Plumbing).  He said to have them either send him the bill, or I should deduct it from the rent.  I called the company & set up an appointment for a repairman to come by on a Friday.  I was told that someone would call 15-20 minutes before the repairman was to show up.  Later in the day Ark Valley Plumbing called & said there had been a scheduling problem & asked if someone could come by the following Tuesday; I said yes.  I was told the time would be between 8:30 & 9:00 a.m.  As of today, no one from Ark Valley Plumbing has called or shown up.  Truth be known, there probably wasn't any scheduling problem.  Stay away from this company!

Very unprofessional and vulgar towards women , I called him and asked if he provided service would he bill us. (meaning we didn't have the money that day)
he unclogged the drain then demanded payment or a post dated check right then , we explained I had just started a new job and when I got paid he'd get it. He sent me a text message almost every day for 2 weeks being unprofessional  using strong arm tactics and threats of taking us to court, until finally i had to block him. Then he refused the payment on the 7th so we would have to go to court , he said he would get us for more money in court. I saved the original money order he refused and the judge made him take it on the 17th plus court cost. It's sad with a name like faithful plumbers he wouldn't work with us , Very Poor customer service! Would not recommend!
