Did a great job!! Very nice and very fair in pricing. Removed a broken hot water heater from a very small area and replaced with a thankless water heater. Lance brought extra help and had the whole job done in just a few hours. No high pressure, very upfront and honest!!

I have been a customer for 17 years; home and commercial buildings. Always very pleased with the service. And, when I needed new equipment, it always performed as promised.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tech look at a shed furnace to see if it was operational.  12/20/22.  Tech came out and thought that he could have it fixed later that day for a couple hundred dollars.  Parts were unavailable so said that he would contact me the next week. Nothing. I left several messages to learn they were still looking.  Again, weeks passed with several unreturned calls.  Received a bill for $200.  Then the $5 part was located.  More time passed with more unreturned calls.  Then the tech fixed it.  Another $200. Within days, I could smell gas. Zero concern from Bob Stith employees when contacted.  When call was finally returned, tech said he would be out on Friday afternoon 1/27/23 to check it.  No show.  Showed up on Saturday morning to say Not sure why and now the fixed furnace won't stay lit.  Another $200 bill shows up.  More messages left unreturned.  On 2/2/23 tech calls and says the  new repair will be $300 in parts plus another $400 in labor.  have I also left two messages over the past two days to have the owner/manager call me.  Nothing.  I made it VERY clear up front that the furnace was old and that I didn't want to sink a lot of money into it.  So now I'm left with a $400 bill, a pipe LEAKING GAS that wasn't before, 10+ unreturned calls, and 6+ weeks of lost time for my business.  This is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL businesses I have EVER dealt with!!!

Ever since Reddi's plumber extraordinaire, Seth Harrington, figured out the root to my mystery leak. He's the only plumber we use and recommend. We had an erratic leak over three years that took four plumbers to wrongly diagnose and a lot of money wasted before Seth's accurate diagnosis. He told us what we could do to offset the cost of repairs as well as preventive measures. Clean, honest, and reasonable. He gives me the BEST deals on top of using their on-line coupons. Seth at Reddi is the only plumber we have EVER endorsed.

Tom with the Clog Father was PHENOMENAL! My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the service we received. Tom made our water heater issue a priority in his schedule. He knew that the issue would have to go through the warranty and the process could take awhile. So he was able to start the process right away and then worked us into his busy schedule to get it replaced. Seriously just the best service! I would recommend the Clog Father to anyone who wants to be taken care of! Thanks Tom!!

Very poor service from start to finish. My wife called on Monday to schedule for Wednesday afternoon. We finally called them at 4:30 Wednesday to see if they we coming. We were told oops, I didn't get you on the schedule. Ok, so rescedule for Thursday, typical sometime between 1 and 5 scheduling. They show up at 3:30 and decide at 4:30 they can't finish the job that day because it's too humid, the glue won't dry. I can't believe this is the first humid basement they've come across so I don't know why that wasn't factored into their timing. The owner said he'd be back right after lunch the next day, Friday. I had to call them again at 4PM on Friday, only to be told he was in Wichita and would be on his way to our house soon. Finally at 5:30 Friday, after 3 days of dealing with them, the work was done. Ruined our plans for the afternoon with our daughter who was in town. Then, we had to clean up the mess he left behind when he rushed out the door with our check in hand. I can't suggest this company to anyone. I just hope the work he did holds up.

Very unprofessional and vulgar towards women , I called him and asked if he provided service would he bill us. (meaning we didn't have the money that day)
he unclogged the drain then demanded payment or a post dated check right then , we explained I had just started a new job and when I got paid he'd get it. He sent me a text message almost every day for 2 weeks being unprofessional  using strong arm tactics and threats of taking us to court, until finally i had to block him. Then he refused the payment on the 7th so we would have to go to court , he said he would get us for more money in court. I saved the original money order he refused and the judge made him take it on the 17th plus court cost. It's sad with a name like faithful plumbers he wouldn't work with us , Very Poor customer service! Would not recommend!
