We had a clogged sink that no matter how much Draino was used just wouldn't unclog. So I called and Caleb was able to schedule me the same day. He was able to unclog the sink in minimal time and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him!

Find another company... used these guys to install a new furnace and ac unit, they half assed every aspect of the job. Didn't replace any of the condensation line, broke the old one and just packed plumbers puddy around the broken piece causing the leak to buckle my new hardwood floors. Called them several times to get them to come out and fix it and they wouldn't call back... never replaced the old outside breaker for the ac unit and it burnt up, when I called them they recommended me to another business to get it fixed (both were replaced in feb 2018... it's only July and they were going to charge me for a service all to fix there shitty work). They also never replaced the old wiring when they replaced the old ac unit. These guys are a joke, I went with them thinking with them being a smaller customer they would back up their work and value there customers, I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Becker Bros. from Garden Plain (this is who they told me to call when the ac breaker burnt up) if you want it done right the first time.

About 10 years ago I had them put dampeners in my air ducts so that I could regulate the air in different zones in my house. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they weren't working anymore. I called Stith and someone came out the next day and confirmed that one of them was no longer working. He said that he would need to order another one. That was over a week ago, and have not heard anything since.
I called last Friday and left a voice message. Never heard back. Tuesday I called and spoke to the receptionist. She said that either she or the guy that came out would get back with me. Nope. Yesterday I sent an email.
Nothing.

Very disappointed in MVP. Job was to swap out old shutoff valves. Once MVP departed there was no hot water. I called and found MVP had turned the hot water OFF. MVP said could you just go ahead and turn it back on? Ok, turned water on and all hell broke loose as a newly installed shutoff valve shot off flooding our basement.
MVP came and replaced shutoff valve ang agreed to help mitigate the flood. I asked they help me pull up and dispose of 400sf of wet carpet and pad (they did), help with dehumidifier if they had one (no help), and reinstall plumbing fixtures once repairs were made..MVP agreed.
Once work was completed MVP got a case of amnesia but, I did asked them to call me the night before mitigation was complete so I could get plumbing components connectted. NO CALL! I Usually I don't hammer people for simple mistakes but, to not live up to your commitments is a critical failure of character.
So, WOULD YOU CARE TO USE THEIR SERVICES?

Kruse Corporation installed my first AC unit. Within 2 years I've had problem after problem with it. Kruse sent out service reps to review the ongoing problems but stuck me with a $100 service charge each time. I called and spoke to the service manager at Kruse several times, he told me that I didn't change my air filter enough. I changed my air filter once a month with a pleaded air filter as they recommend. I guess they expected me to change the air filter on a weekly basis. You'd think since Kruse installed the ac unit, and the ac had a warranty, the unit and the service charges would be covered. Something would be covered; anything would be covered. Not even close! Kruse's solution is, I need a new AC unit for $6000. Kruse ac warranties are crap! So, I go along with Kruse again and get a new unit installed. I thought maybe the first unit Kruse installed was a fluke or a lemon. And along with a new unit I get a new service charge. And guess what? Another crap unit installed. And again, problem after problem with the new unit and service charge after service charge. And again, after speaking with the service manager, which never came out to my house, he tells me I still don't change my air filters enough. So now I assume Kruse wants me to change my air filters out on a daily basis? After that, I had enough! I'm now into Kruse for over $12,000 with no working air conditioning unit. I called the service manager again and tried to come up with some kind of solution. This time he was so unprofessional and short, I assume it's because I called Kruse Corporation so many times and they started to get upset with me calling. I then told Kruse that I was not going to pay the last service charge. They sent me to collections and told me that they would sue me for the charge. Great customer service you provide Kruse Corporation! I ended up paying the final service charge for Kruse Corporation so I could forever be done with Kruse. I found another HVAC company that installed my new current air conditioning unit. And I haven't had any of the problems with this unit as I had with Kruse Corporation. I'm sure after reading this, they'll come back and say It was all my fault or Kruse has never heard of me or I never reported anything to them about any of this, etc. I have all my receipts since day one for my ac units, service charges, and cases of air filters I purchased. Kruse Corporation is all about the money and not the customer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND KRUSE CORPORATION TO INSTALL YOUR AC UNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple times I had to ask their employees not to drive trucks and skid steers on my property, I had to pay to have the yard graded 3 different times after they did. Broke two irrigation sprinklers, ran into my 4 day old fence with a skid steer and it needs to be replaced. Nails and trash left in the street in front of the homes being built. Just lazy workers, I guess their attitude reflects their leadership.
