I had an excellent experience with David of Bowers Plumbing.
I had a pipe break inside a wall, I called them at 8:30 and David showed up at 10:30, sooner than the dispatcher quoted!! David was very professional and had me fixed up in less than an hour! The total price was very reasonable. I'm calling them for a quote to replace all the galvanized pipe in the house.

I used Dutchman's at my Parents 3yrs ago, and today at our home, and will use them again. Not only are they very Professional, but their prices are the lowest I've found for sewer clean-out. Call them for a price before hiring one of the Wichita companies, save $$$.

I had actually hired another company before I found Ballard Plumbing, and the first company I hired came out, requested for my hubby to remove the grey tape from our drain pipe and promised they would be back out that same day. To make a long story short, the first company didn't come back, nor did they call me. They left me with an open drain pipe! So, I decided to look elsewhere which is when I responded to the add Brad Ballard placed on this website. Ballard Plumbing was very professional, Brad came out on time, he explained to both my hubby and I exactly what needed to be done, and what it would cost. Your deficiencies on invoicing shouldn't be my (the customer) problem. I wouldn't have let the tech convince me it was cheaper to join the maintenance program if I knew it was 90 more. I bet Susie is on the phone a lot after seeing you're terrible billing process. She probably stays really busy with you lying and ripping people off. Anyhow, you lost our business.

My toilet  and tub  Was overflowed and backed up the guy came to the door without a mask he went in the house he was going to take the toilet off and I told him know I'd like it to be snaked out from the utility room you left the screwdriver said he'd be back to get more supplies in a donut he never returned I called his boss Todd Todd said somebody else was going to show up this was for nobody showed I had an appointment at 11 with these people don't expect them to be on time don't them expect to wear PPE don't expect them to have shoe coverings either they wanted to charge me $255 the other guys came out this morning at 8 like he promised and it was only $140 I will Dutchman's Plumbing from here out

They were called to replace a leaky T fitting. The plumber spent over an hour telling me my College Hill home needed to be completely re-plumbed. I had copper pipes everywhere except some DIY HPVC in the basement. The plumber left without doing anything! I was sent a pretty hefty bill, but upon complaining the management dropped the bill.  Their plumbers seem like they only work on commission and are willing to rip off the homeowner.
