Advance Electric has been to my home on several occasions for repair and installation work. The last time was to install a Ring Doorbell, and a chandelier in my dining area. Each time the electrician(s) were here they were courteous, efficient, and thorough in performing the jobs. If I need any electrical work done at my home in the future, I will not hesitate to call them again. I have recommended this company to my neighbors because I know Advance Electric will do a good job and at a fair price.

Kit is so reliable and affordable. We've been using his services for several years in Anderson and Muncie. He has helped us manage some major repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical, painting,  drywall..you name it he can fix it. He has been a huge blessing and life savor for us being that we are out of state landlords. You really need good honest people like him in this business.

Wanted to get an interlock installed on my breaker panel so I can hook up my generator during power outages. David came by for a FREE inspection. They gave a curtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival and he was ON TIME! He was very knowledgeable and nice. I scheduled my appointment and the day of my appointment, they called again approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and they arrived on time. Raymond was phenomenal! Very courteous and respectful and fun. His work was good. He installed a brand new break panel, grounded the electric, and left it looking good! He cleaned up the work area and tested each breaker and did everything right. Highly recommend this company!

Jason was very quick to respond to my request and he was very courteous the entire time. From text messages updating me on the ETA to putting on shoe covers upon entering the house, he goes beyond expectations to show you that he respects your time and your home. He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as needed showing us everything he worked on and explained why certain things were wrong and needed to be corrected. He doesn't just give you one solution to a problem or request - he's great about giving you different options based on how much work you're wanting done in the home and how much you're able to spend. Safety is the number one priority for Jason and his attention to detail is unmatched! It is never easy finding someone you trust to have in your home but this was as good as it gets.

Kevin from kinder electric was very timely, professional, and kind. He diagnosed our issue very quickly and had all the materials in his truck to fix it on the spot. I am grateful for this group!

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

Awesome service. Called late in the day and they came the next day for a quote. Electrician showed up on time and did work efficiently and at a fair price. Will use them again for future products.

I needed an outlet in my crawl.  Submitted a request for estimate on line. RU came out the next day (I was afraid they would send a salesman, they did not) super efficient and listened to what I really wanted.  They waste no time, give you and estimate and we booked the work.  Came as planned (no huge windows of time).  Work was done in an hour (actually less).  Price was good and the quality is excellent.  Plus the service guys listened to me, asked questions and verified their plan matched my expectations.  I will use them again!

It's unfortunate but I cannot recommend this company. I work as a personal assistant and oversee several executive homes. I recently needed an electrician so I called BRE because they are close to the property, had good ratings and I lived in BR for 9 yrs so I am partial. When I called I was informed the scheduler was out picking up a child and would call me back. I'm a single mom so I get it and think it's terrific that she has a flexible employer. I waited. And waited. And then a few days later I called and left a detailed message in my happy voice. I never received a response.

We had Jason do some repair work on our home theater's wiring recently and couldn't have been happier with the results. Jason was very professional, prompt, and efficient. He communicated well with us to get us a quote and set up a schedule, and the work was excellent. We would definitely recommend Swan Electrical!

Unfortunately,I would not recommend Beckerich. I called on a Monday to see if they could come replace a blown circuit breaker. They said someone would call within 15 minutes to arrange an appointment. 4 hours later, I still had no call so I followed up. 20 minutes later, someone called to say they were booked solid until later in the week. However, the gentleman mentioned he would call me early on Wednesday to give me a more detailed timeline. Wednesday came and went with no call. Thursday came and went with no call. In the interim, I learned my neighbor knows how to do electrical work and he switched the breaker, no problem. If I had relied on Beckerich, I would still be waiting. Apparently, they had more pertinent jobs and didn't want my business. If you need a good electrician, contact me and I'll hook you up withmy neighbor.

Called about smoke alarms not working.  The tech looked at my smoke alarm and 5 seconds later told me they were all expired and needed all new alarms.  He then proceeded to look in every single room of my house like a creeper.  I told him how many I needed but he insisted that he look himself.   Then he quoted me over $1,700 to replace 11 smoke alarms.  I called for another quote from Affordable Electric.  They quoted me $375 to replace and this included the smoke alarms.

Messaged this business yesterday and got a call today and an appt was set for 3:30pm same day. At 3:45 I got a text stating "I'm about to be on my way. I had family come visit". I asked how soon he would be here and he responded, "I'm leaving here at 4pm so I believe it's 15mins to you".
It has been over an hour and no call, no show. Completely unprofessional. This is your business and shows that you do not care for it or the customer. You lost a potential customer and future customers.
