Wonderful company! I can't say enough about them!  I needed a water heater replaced and they worked with me to get it done in a timely manner. The customer service was prompt, friendly, and very informative! I couldn't be there for there for the work but my sister said they wore masks and were very friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend them!!

Very expensive. They did a good job replacing a toilet, but the price was nearly $600. I noticed a lot of construction waste going down the pipe, but figured they knew what they were doing.

They did--padding their bill.

A few days later when my pipes clogged, they charged another $132 to come out and clear them. They claimed the problems were not related.

Right.

Had them come out for appraisal and were told it would be 3 to 4 days until we had our call back four or five days later asking about the boat and we're told just a few more days and will have it for you call back a few more days later to be told it'll be a week the people who are doing the quote are on vacation so call back a week later to still have no results or a finished quote if this is the struggle to just get a quote I can only imagine having you do work for me. Sad because we wanted to support smaller local businesses as opposed to Menards or Home Depot will be leaving a review with the Better Business Bureau as well.

The community I live in hired them to fix a water main.  They busted my neighbor's  gas line and caused us to be evacuated from our home. my child is autistic and he was terrified. After I posted my side of what happened on my  social media account, Butch Smith began trolling me and harassing me relentlessly to the point that I closed my social media. He took photos of my home and plastered them all over the Internet with blatant lies. I could hear him screaming and cussing at the other workers from 3 houses down, absolutely unprofessional, despicable human being. Go to Auburn heating and cooling instead. They are actually professionals and behave accordingly.

Do not use this company!!! The guy that works for it Kort Elzey has multiple felonies for home improvement fraud and owe 150k in restitution to the people he stole from!
