I originally called Perez plumbing to change out the bidet. Miguel, a Perez team member recognize that my tank overflow was deteriorating quoted me a reasonable price and fix the tank replaced the parts and installed my new bidet all within and hour and hung around a few more minutes to make sure there was no leaking or any other problem that would occur. Miguel was courteous,professional and had a big smile on his face the whole time. I would recommend Perez plumbing to all. The price was right the workmanship was superior, they came in and took care of what had to be done and  more. They also left with a new client I will be having them install another bidet next month

I had a leak in the bathroom faucet which I tried to repair.  After several attempts, I finally threw up my hands.  Not sure who to hire, I called a friend who recommended Charles Thompson.  I thought I would give him a shot and I am glad I did.

I explained the problem and Charles gave me a price which was quite reasonable. He knew exactly what to do and within minutes NO LEAK!

Very bad customer service. I didn't even get to schedule an appointment. Whoever it was that answered the phone was very abrasive and not helpful. I called in the morning as was only told someone would be paged and would call me. Several hours later still nothing. I just wanted to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. Great way to get customers!

I am very happy with this company.  Especially after another company came prior to Reliable and didn't even try to fix my clogged sink.  They said all my pipes had to be replaced and estimated no less than $1000.  I called Reliable and spoke with Joanne.  She was very understanding and gave me an estimate. Steve came out the next day and said there was a clog and needed to snake it.  Russ came the next day with the machine and fixed it.  Both men were excellent.  They were respectful, clean, articulate and exactly there at the appointed time.  My sink works great and I will use them again in the future.  I was charged the estimated price.  Sorry the other review was so negative, but I have nothing but praise for honesty and a job well done.

The best plumbing company I've ever hired. My elderly aunt has a rental property and she lives in the upstairs apartment. There was an emergency in the building and she was panicked. I love out of state and she called me for help. Home Team Plumbing was the first to answer my call and came out within the hour. This is for ENERGY TODAY.  I had a breaker that kept triggering during thanksgiving week and after multiple phone calls with the closest available appointments being 1+ weeks away, energy today was able to arrive two days later.  Darren Ali showed up and was the most professional, friendly, and intelligent electricians... After an initial assessment of the most rational and likely cause of simple bad breaker needing replacement, unfortunately, the breaker showed to be not the culprit.  A follow up consultation was needed for a potentially 3+ hour return which required testing every single outlet and switch associated with the breaker.  Darren showed up for the next visit after again, a courtesy call, announcing his arrival 10+ min prior , Greg was able to find the problem after about 10 min into his investigation and was honest enough to charge a FRACTION of what was originally going to be needed for the potential of examining every piece of electrical related mechanisms, as mentioned.  THIS is a true test of a repairman's honesty.. the kind that shows up on cable or news shows with hidden cameras that test the integrity of local home repair services.  Suffice to say I gave Darren a nice tip and let his superiors know his personal integrity and the satisfaction of my experience with their company.  You need to use Energy Today if you want the same experience.  Thanks Darren!

toilet not working. told need new toilet. $428.00  2 days later same thing happened,  offered to send tech to put camera to see if something clogged, did not want this because problem intermittent. one week later another toilet not flushing,  I called septic tank company and was told this is due to all the heavy rains and it will subside and do not call a plumber,  I called pampering plumber and spoke to brett,  I asked for a rebate because sold a toilet for no reason. he said no rebates. he agreed this problem happens with heavy rains.  why did they sell me a toilet if they knew this.  ?

Terrible service. Called to inquire about services and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and actually hung up on me when I asked a clarifying question.
