The company, which started out as nothing more than a couple of trucks and a cell phone, has become a family-run multi-million dollar enterprise. Plumbers of Suojanen Enterprises started in 1990 . In 2006 the owners decided to seperate new construction from residental service , The Pampering Plumber was born .
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Colleen Suojanen has been living in the Tampa Bay area for nearly 30 years. She, along with husband Erik, started Plumbers of Suojanen Enterprises, Inc. in 1990. Colleen began working in the hospitality industry upon her graduation from high school. In the early stages of starting Suojanen Enterprises, Colleen also worked as a banquet manager for the Sheraton Hotel in New Port Richey, Florida.
In 1992, as Plumbers of Suojanen Enterprises started to grow, Colleen left her position with the Sheraton, as it became too much to raise a family and take care of the administrative side of the business. After leaving the Sheraton, Colleen turned a tremendous amount of focus on building the company, while taking care of her most important responsibility-raising a family.

I can't say enough great things about this company. It was Sunday when we noticed a leak coming from the wall inside our garage. Eddie, their service tech answered the after hours call and said he can be over in 1-hour. 50 minutes later, he arrived and was working on our leak. I found Eddie to be extremely courteous and efficient. He detected where the leak was coming from within a few minutes and it was completely repaired within an hour or so. I can't recommend these guys enough- you will definitely feel Pampered with their great service! Oh... and the $59.00 service call fee is NOTHING when compared to other services I've used in the past. Gladly pay that for quality work!
All I wanted was for them to come out (since they were the ones who put the system in) to verify that the water softener was off?! They charged me $59.00?!! to stand there and tell me Yes, it was off?!! Seriously?!! Not to mention, it was set on 20?!! instead of where it is suppose to be at 12?! No wonder there was way too much salt going through my pipes and appliances... my washer & dryer are showing signs of rust now?! And, there's such a salt residue in the lint tray of the dryer that I have to wash it out?!!
Do not use!! My neighbor just used to these guys and they charged $400 for one hour of labor and $10 worth of parts!! When they complain, they were told they charge a flat rate. Can you say RIP OFF!!

Just WOW! I called and spoke with Amber to schedule a consultation for a new soft water treatment system. She was very professional and kind. John T. came out to my home (on time) and first walked me through the most important part of my experience which was educating me on where to find all of my shut off valves throughout the home. After all of my questions were addressed, John and I went inside my home and he proceeded to test my water quality and why it was so important to have a softener system. I was able to schedule my installation within the same week of John coming out to my house. The night before installation I was making room in my garage for the new system and I accidentally dropped a very large kayak onto my water pipes. Needless to say, I broke my pipes! Water started gushing out of my wall! THANKFULLY because of John showing me where the shut off valve was at, I was able to quickly turn my water off. I left a message first thing in the morning (day of the softener installation scheduled at 11am). I received a called back and was advised not to stress, (because I was!) they would be out ASAP to take care of my mess. Josh and Danny were at my house by 8:45am to help me. They were both so kind and professional! They fixed my mess and installed my awesome new water softener and RO system in no time at all. Thank you John, Amber, Josh and Danny for going above and beyond any expectations and keeping me calm! Now I have fresh clean water throughout my home. I hands down HIGHLY recommend their team of experts!! Thanks again.
The Pampering Plumber has the best reputation in the business. Their prices on water softeners are very reasonable and best of all you know that a state certified plumbing company made sure your system was installed correctly the 1st time. It gives me great piece of mind knowing that if anything ever does go wrong, they are on call 24/7.

This is my second experience with The Pampering Plumber. The work is excellent, and the plumbers are top-rate. I enjoyed having EDWIN GAUSE put in a new sink and reset a toilet. His work was very well done, and clean, and explained the entire process. I highly recommend the Pampering Plumber.

Today the Pampering Plumber installed my water softener and garbage disposal switch. Josh the technician did a great job. Unfortunately he had to spend about an hour troubleshooting the original plumbers mistakes. He took the time to go over everything with us. Great job Josh. John my original contact does the water testing. He also does a great job. Explains things well and is a great communicator. The quotes are precise and the prices for the work are fair. Will not hesitate to call these folks anytime a plumbing issue arises. Thanks.

toilet not working. told need new toilet. $428.00 2 days later same thing happened, offered to send tech to put camera to see if something clogged, did not want this because problem intermittent. one week later another toilet not flushing, I called septic tank company and was told this is due to all the heavy rains and it will subside and do not call a plumber, I called pampering plumber and spoke to brett, I asked for a rebate because sold a toilet for no reason. he said no rebates. he agreed this problem happens with heavy rains. why did they sell me a toilet if they knew this. ?
Needed a hot water heater and call another company that quoted 1600. I called pampering plumber/who installed the water heater when our house was built and they quoted 899 and was there within an hour. George was professional and courteous and had the job done in an hour. I highly recommend them.

I called to have a routine toilet clog fixed in December and was told by the very polite receptionist that the $59 service charge would be taken off of the final quote. The service tech came out and estimated the service at between $165 and $400+ depending on whether he would have to get on the roof to snake the clog. He used an ordinary plunger and fixed the toilet issue, which turned out not even to be clogged. He was there for 10 min. Then he argued with me in my home about the $59 not being refundable. I called the manager who basically walked away from my business over $59. I bet if both men had dealt with my husband instead of me, I wouldn't have gotten ripped off. Since then, my neighbors have also shared a similar story. I wished I had known that prior to calling them.
We have used Pampering Plumber for years and have been relatively okay with their company. They have always been on the high end of charges for services. Over the last year we have been experiencing frequent clogs on the main sewer line from a new addition to our home. They would come out, snake it, then be on their way. No rhyme or reason to how they charged us. It would be mostly in the $200-300 range. The last time they came out they charged us over $500, but could never answer why our line kept getting clogged or why their charge for coming out doubled. In a previous visit they put a video camera in the pipe and said they thought there was some grout that was causing the blockage but never offered to fix the main problem. Two weeks ago the line became clogged again. We called Clearwater Plumbing on a recommendation and I got more help over the phone from Mike than from the 6 visits from PP. They came over and completely cleared the line of hundreds of broken up pieces of grout that were creating a complete blockage of the line. Don't ever let contractors clean their tiling tools in your sink!! Problem solved no thanks to PP.
