Best Plumbing Services in Tampa, FL
Our technician did an extremely thorough job and also was very good about explaining the process. She located the leak and we were provided with documentation of the entire process. If you have to have this kind of thing done, this is the company to contact.

this is my THIRD experience with Heavenly Plumbing and as usual, their work was outstanding. i will never use anyone else but this company. detailed and conscientious in their work and fair pricing. this trip, the fixture had an undiscovered manufacturer defect that created a real mess but they stayed on the job and solved the problem. eventually you will need plumbing services - everyone does and they really are heavenly!!! so happy i found them.

GREAT COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BUY NEW AND GET USED!
Company sold new furnace then misrepresented 8 year old used furnace as the new furnace.
I (the customer) had to inspect unit to determine scam in progress.
This company attempted to deceive me and ultimately they would have scammed me.
Luckily I was home, knew enough to look, and knew enough to ask questions.
The Scary part is, had I had my wife or my parents opening the door for this company, I would have been scammed!
I called this company to come out and they did on 12/17/2013 and was told by James Thornsberry I needed a $375 furnace part and $100 charge for them coming out... I then asked for the price of a new unit instead and was told $1950 (I said No thanks to that)... then the price was suddenly $1400 with 0% financing. I said ok, signed the financing paperwork, and scheduled for the next day. I was repeatedly told by James this would be a new unit, but it would only have a 5 year warranty due to it not being connected to other new units.
The new unit I was getting arrived the following day on 12/18/2013 and that is when my consumer confidence and trust in the company began to plummet... The unit was not in box, was not the same manufacturer as quoted (carrier instead of bryant), had some rust on it and even had tape residue from a previous install on it... I immediately questioned this and asked where my furnace was... The guys quickly got in their truck and made calls without me being able to hear.. I was then called by my sales guy(james). He tried to assure me that it was just a training unit and that it was indeed new... At that point I asked the tech how old and he told me 2012... I then asked them to open it up and it was in fact from August of 2005... I decided I did not want a new 8-year old used until and asked for what I paid for... A new Unit... I spoke with my sales person, the GM(Steve i think), and the owner... They ultimately told me they would not install a new unit for that price and instead tried to now sell me the used unit now for $1200 or a real new unit for $1750. While talking to THE OWNER, I told him that I did not have the budget for the higher price and would not buy a used. He told me the actual price of a new until was $800-1100, yet refused to install one for less than $1750... he tried several times assured me that $1750 was a great price.. When I held to my price and reminded him that I had an agreement signed, and said I would post reviews...
Ultimately this christian owner tried to bring GOD into the equation and use GOD to persuade me not to post negative reviews on them. He then hung up on me.
Additionally this company repeatedly advised me that the permit was part of the reason for the cost, yet I have been told that it would have been against code to install the until they were installing because it would have instead required a full system upgrade to be code compliant. I have been told by companies that they doubt this company pulled a permit and it was never their intention to.
Also, the main board (most expensive part) appears to not be the problem... It is believed to be a wiring harness...
Boy am I glad I am not doing business with this company!

I absolutely love this company and they are reliable and the best price in town. The owner Rick is the sweetest person and he's so knowledgeable and helpful. He fixes all my plumbing, water softener and he also installed an ac unit. I totally recommend this company and they are very professional.

Everything was backed up. Dan Chauvette came out same day, had to go up on the roof to clear everything, and then went back with a camera to see what type of pipes we had and to see what had caused the problem.
Fortunately it was not the pipes, but a baby wipe. Dont do that. Very happy with Dan's professionalism and the work done.

Horrible Company!!! On 13 April, I called The Pink Plumber to have my water softener replaced. I paid $4,200 for this new water system which resulted not to be a water softener. I called them on 16 April 2021 so they could take their system back and the technician just kept complaining about falling into a manhole and for me to please wait and talk to the manager first. The next day I called them for them to send another technician and he said he would rather not touch the unit because he wasn't the one who installed it. Two days later the manager (Blaine) still hadn't contacted me because apparently he had just received his Covid shot. So when he finally contacts me on Monday 19 April, he says he is sorry he can't do anything for me because the 3-day return period had already passed. In addition, the technician who installed the unit welded the pipes for this water system while on my driveway, and left melted aluminum on my driveway pavers which I had just sanded and sealed. It cost me $600 to clean this mess. Blaine (the manager) refuses to take the system back and says his guy did tell me it was not a water softener. Needless to say, I disputed the charge and received my money back but Blaine is still trying to fight the charge with my credit card company. All this while the unit is still sitting disconnected from my house in my garage. He called my wife this past Monday to tell her you all might win this one but I'm not going down without a fight!!!

So we called Larson's plumbing out 3 TIMES !!! and was charged thousands for all three services! only to tell us that someone is throwing paper towels down the toilet and because we are a business establishment things like that would happen! never really looked into the problem. First visit they said oh it's the city they have to come out and do a clean out because it's the city sewer lines that are bad then they said we need to put a camera down and get a visual and we agreed only to find nothing because they were looking in the wrong place!! after the 3rd time we called Alvarez plumbing the guy that came knew exactly what was happening and it was less then $300 told us where we need to get a camera to get a visual and fixed the problem all under $1000.00 ! LARSONS PLUMBING JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR satisfaction.
