Our leak detector technician recommended this company . They were amazing and Will is a very patient service technician. It was a big job and he ended up Jack hammering through the concrete slab and finding the leak . He ended up coming 3 times and told us they were working out the price because there were a few glitches and they did not feel right charging by the hour . He cleaned and mopped after each visit and put the dishwasher back in place and reattached the under cabinet door under the sink . I was expecting a HUGE bill and was shocked and pleasantly surprised when the bill was over half what I expected to pay. Please use Gus for all your plumbing needs . Amazing company to work with .

Had them over multiple times throughout the years, whether indoors or outdoors... Wonderful people! And even though I am a Florida Master General Contractor - still licensed; I AM RETIRED! I thought I had seen everything, likewise the boys from GUS too... until we had to, not once, not twice, but three times over had to unclog the old cast iron septic drain line... the Amazing things we've found that were clogged up the pipe and HOW did that ever get in there still remains a mystery. The 3rd time - we both worked together and really made sure that drain line was completely clear from one end to the other! Things we have found in the drain line: 1950s' - early 1960s' Women's Swim Cap; late 60s' to early 70s' Matchbox and Hotwheel cars, 1950s'-1960s' Era Cotton Towels (you can tell by the design); a late 1960 to early 1970 Men's (not Women's) Girdle. How they ever got in the pipeline still remains a mystery (The home was built in 1955)... But using my old (which finally died most likely from fright from seeing what was in the pipeline) light and camera... we did find out that there was a metal Spur that was snagging things...the usage of my old Lightning Rod (6 foot steel rod) and banging the metal spur worked! But they have repaired toilet, replaced an old original wax gasket, replaced kitchen faucet... RECOMMEND!

Unknown to me, I had a water leak under my floor. I called Plumbing by Gus and they told me what was wrong and directed me to I find Leaks. They came the same day and diagnosed that the leak was located under the hot water heater. I called back Gus and they set up an appointment for the next day. Mike came out this morning; moved the hot water heater, dug up the floor, located the leak; fixed it and the floor and put the hot water heater back, all within a few hours. The cost was fair and you can't even see where they dug up my floor.

It's hard to find honest professionals, I would highly recommend Plumbing by Gus.

Fast service. Came out the very next day. Stanley, the plumber who came, was courteous, polite, knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the leaking pipe in the wall within 2 hours. I will be recommending Plumbing by Gus to everyone who will listen. Price was very reasonable. Very happy customer.

Need parts or repair? Excellent! Need to buy fixtures? Make the trip to Ferguson in Pinellas Park - Plumbing by Gus could care less. Zero customer service on this end.

Great customer service and positive attitude! Danny didn't want to give in to any challenges that my 1949 home threw at him. He tackled them all and I was pleasantly surprised at how fair the pricing was. These folks are my go-to plumber from here on out. Great job to Danny and Plumbing by Gus.

Horrible! Sewage backed up, first tech that came couldn't find a problem on our side and said it was the city's responsibility. That report cost almost $300. City came, very promptly, didn't have right equipment but found blockage. Called Gus Plumbing to send out another tech who did fix the problem but charged me again $200 this time. Incompetent crooks.

Bill said he'd be here at 8:30, and he was here at 8:30. Within one hour he switched out our flexible tubing under kitchen and bathroom sinks, fixed a toilet shut off valve, and hooked up a water filter. He was professional, thorough, and highly efficient. The price was fair (a little over $200), and our insurance company will renew our annual policy now that these plumbing issues have been resolved. Plumbing any Gus will be the plumbing service we call when we have any issues in the future. We'll also request Bill!

Experienced plumber been in this area over 30 years that i know of.had a main line stoppage and one of his workers came out and assessed the problem .due to fecal matter that my tenants put there by opening the sewage cap and digging a hole for it to fall into he could not access it (could but not easily) he ran a line thru roof access and cleared it out..this was a messy job and they were very professional anf checked all sinks snd toilets inside to make sure the stoppage was gone.the statement of cause and bill were delivered to me that same day.i was happy with the charge as well.very reasonable.they were recommended by the septic tank people and i can see why.. i will be using this company again..i would refer them as well..they give excellent service..

We had a shower leak. I called in the morning and had a plumber out to my house by 1:30 that afternoon (about 1/2 hour early). They were prompt, professional and courteous. Prices were reasonable too.

anybody who charges you money ($90) to tell you what they want to do (repair) instead of doing what you want done (fix what is broken) , as you requested to be repaired , is a company you need to stay far away from ! go and find a reputable plumbing company that gives / offers free estimates ! it will save you your hard-earned money and headaches later down the line ! don't throw your money away with these people ! gus's sure has changed ! once was ... a long time customer (no more)

Need a Plumber who is efficient and friendly? Contact this company!
Plumbing issues are always an emergency...After a recommendation, we called Gus and they were here the next day.
Mike got to work and explained the problem...advised us on basic troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering the service.
The rate for this call was very reasonable. It was a pleasure to do business with this local Dunedin company!

Showed up with mask. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer Bill worked very hard and the dishwasher and space he had to work in were difficult. Over all happy with the install.

Call these guys if you need a plumber. Reasonable rates, fast service, knowledgeable professionals. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends

I had to use them twice in one month for unrelated repairs to a rental property. Both times I received quick service at a fair price. I liked how Danny explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. His work was fast and efficient, he was smart and friendly.

Sam took my call and scheduled the work. He also was friendly, and efficient.

So glad I found Gus's Plumbing. New to the area and bought a house and kitchen sink pipes were twisting and turning like a plate of spaghetti. Disposal was backing up into the dishwasher. Called 'Gus' and they were out within 2 hours. Danny knew exactly what to do. Called the office and within 15 minutes another truck was there bringing the pipes he'd need to reconfigure the mess. Replaced all the PVC. Had it finished and cleaned up within a couple of hours. Danny is super knowledgeable, respectful, personable and cleaned up after. Removed shoes while going in and out. Price was reasonable at $275. Can't say enough good about these guys. Will definitely call them again.

We had a nasty kitchen sink leak inside the wall (old house problem). We saw a truck in front of us and called the number. They sent Bill to Ozona who fixed the problem in two hours. Huge relief. Huge!
