Want to highly recommend Dolphin Plumbing if you need a plumber! James came out today, installed a new faucet, fixed some other issues we had with water lines and our main water shut off. So friendly and efficient! Answered a bunch of questions we had and gave us some great information. Job site was left neat and clean and he explained all he did. I would not hesitate to use him and will be again in the future!

Excellent and quick work, very personable, reasonable rate.  After being completely ripped off by other plumbers in the area who did a terrible job and left a mess, it was a pleasure to do business with these guys.  Will definitely recommend to others and hire them for any other plumbing needs.

Our water heater died on us yesterday and today, before 11:00 AM, we have a lovely new one.  That's how fast this company is.  The owner/plumber showed up early.....that's right...EARLY for our appointment...oh and by the way...they didn't give us a window of we will be there anywhere between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM we were given an actual arrival time of 9:00 AM and he was early!  Sorry but I had no hot water so this was a big deal for me.  He was very clean, professional and very personable.   He got to work right away and got the job done quick.  He left the area cleaner than when he started and even upgraded some things for us and included it as part of the installation.  The price I paid was the price that was quoted (which was very reasonable and lower than some other quotes we had received).  What a great experience...so much so we will definitely be calling this company again for some other jobs we have planned in the future.  If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing.  Alright bye you guys I gotta go take a shower.

John came after hours on the night before Thanksgiving...as if that wasn't enough, he is just a tremendously good guy who is as talented as he is nice. He took minutes to identify the leak, and took the least intrusive path to help mitigate the issue.

Excellent experience, prompt, professional; and courteous. They arrived on time, wearing masks; quickly diagnosed the problem and reviewed the repair with me to resolve the main water supply leak.

They completed the work in a short period of time, had all the required tools and materials with them, did a thorough job of cleaning up the repair area; gave us a very fair price for the work.

Recommended by John Knab at WinSupply Co.  Joel was great....good communication beforehand, and he showed up when he said that he would.  He installed a Toto UltraMax one-piece toilet, a new Moen kitchen sink faucet, and a new bar sink and faucet in my outdoor kitchen. He also evaluated my home for a Halo water conditioning unit.

All three work well and look super.  Joel had to Sawzall the opening in the outdoor kitchen sink in order to drop the new, slightly larger sink in, but he had all the tools that he needed, and got on it.  His rates are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing, so he didn't waste any time (or my money).  I definitely recommend him to anyone for these kind of jobs.

We've had them out here twice once in 2019 and again yesterday. The service man that came out were professional and polite and easy to deal with. The reception as you deal with on the phone Shirley is a nightmare! She's so rude and condescending. The three times I've had to talk to her she's been a bitch! She tells you one thing and then once you follow through with payments like she asked she doesn't follow through on her end and then gives you attitude on the phone! This place would be a lot better without her.

I woke up early Sunday morning  to hear water running look for obvious things found nothing looked at the water meter saw the meter running very slow narrowed it down to somewhere around the bathroom did some research found that Gary from Sonar Bonar Was the man to call I called on Sunday the lady on the phone was very nice schedule me for an appointment on Monday in the afternoon Gary called and told me what time he would be there he was right on time very professional and very courteous when he narrow down the leak even let me listenSo I could hear it with his sonar thank you Gary i called a plumber To come out and repair and we're Gary mark the spot the leak was it was only 1 inch from it pretty  good not having a total crystal ball thank you again Gary you and your company is an asset to the community

It's never a good day when the hot water heater needs to be replaced, however working with the technicians from Curtis Plumbing made the experience painless. They arrived when they said, they worked quickly, they were respectful of my home and the COVID protocols. I had them return the next week to tackle a couple of other less pressing plumbing matters which were handled in the same competent, swift and clean manner.  I recommend Curtis for any and all plumbing needs.

Responded right away, had someone come out next day.  Went over job and price.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to hire to complete job, however they were friendly and available fast. Even though I didn't go forward with job, they seemed like a company I'd call again if needed.

Unfortunately I should have read the comment below before to call these guys. Ending by creating issues that never existed and charging way more than planned with no way for me to back out. Run away of this company !!!!

Another failed inspection after I was told it'll be fine and talked down to like I'm a hysterical woman.

My sink was backing up and they came out same day to repair it. That was awesome.  Especially since it was on a Sunday. After maintaining it the way the plumber advised, it started backing up less than a month later. When I called back, they said it would be full price to repair it again. Then the owner said he would take off 15%. Gee, thanks. You had already emailed me a coupon off my next service that would've saved me more. Combining the 2 would've been nice of you. The girl on the phone said she'd call me back in 10 minutes, that she wanted to call the tech that was out to see what was going on. Never received a call back. Called a plumber that was recommended to me. He came out that day, had a warranty on his work and I haven't had any issues since. Never again will I use this company.

I need a contractor for several jobs.  I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool.  Seemed simple.  
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby.  The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose.  I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose.  So they re-did it.  I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min).  It was worse.  Very unsafe.  Very poor workmanship.  I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away.  I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't.  I asked for my money back. They said no.  They do not stand by their work.  They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done.  I suggest to avoid BMD.  They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it.  It was worse.  Why would I have you out a 3rd time?  I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you,  i had a real professional out to fix it.  He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert.  He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing.  You caused a dangerous situation.  You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled.  To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
