Best Electricians in Denver, CO
John installed 9 can lights for us in our living room (with dimmer) and a ceiling fan/dimmer light in the bedroom, as well as some wiring for a mounted TV. He was incredibly professional, happy to do the work I asked him to do last minute, and got the job done fast and as expected. Both the can lights and our ceiling fan look absolutely amazing, he did such a great job. He's my go-to electrician that I'll continue to use in the future, and I highly recommend him.

I called a half-dozen electrical service companies about an issue with my microwave tripping the arc fault circuit breaker. Each person I spoke with told me they were booked solid into-or-through next week. When I called AM tech, Mike asked a few insightful questions and then provided some advice on a simple step I can take to (hopefully) resolve the issue. Mike and AM Tech were more concerned with my satisfaction than with the potential to make a bit of money on the service call. If I encounter future electrical issues, AM Tech will be my service provider of choice.

Great company!! Kind interactions! Cameron and his employees are great to work with and have handled our build from ground up. Quick and efficient. They had a two man crew at the house and I feel it helped save me a lot of money, if they needed extra parts one stayed and the other went to grab them. Keep up the great work!

We hired JGH Solutions for an EV Charger installation. Joey responded quickly, came out to look at the work site, and completed the installation in no time. Very reasonable and fairly priced work. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely consider hiring again for other electrical needs.

One of our bathrooms suddenly lost all power one evening. A quick call to Brent, and we had service scheduled for first thing in the morning. He replaced a faulty GFI and had the power restored in about 5 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and prompt. We'd highly recommend him!

Repeat customers: just had Joel install a kitchen lighting update. Five Stars, all around! We've hired him three times now, and will, again! Need electrical work? This is your electrician.

Fred is an outstanding electrician. He saved me a lot of money and did fantastic work on installing my fan. I will most certainly be using him for all of my electric needs in the future!

Terry Hansen did an outstanding electrical repair at my house today. It's obvious from watching him work and listening to his explanation of the repair he did that he has years of experience and wonderful knowledge of electrical systems. He's also friendly and patiently listened to my explanation of what was going on with the electrical problem I was having with my house. I highly recommend this man. He knows what he's doing. His price was reasonable also.

I initially called the HVAC company who had last worked on my furnace. The person who answered their phones said, they couldn't help me until the next day and they hadn't even installed my furnace! That was true. However, I had bought a $13,000 heat pump and they had worked on my furnace when they installed the heat pump. Yes, you can see where this is going. Goodbye, unnamed HVAC company with a bad attitude phone rep!
The temperature in my house was 39 degrees and I'd been displaced from the Marshall Fires, so I was lucky to catch it. I needed an HVAC technician quick!
I quickly read the positive reviews about Cooper. I called and had a great experience with their phone representative! She sent Eric out to my house. He was 50+ miles away on another job, and arrived very quickly. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve the situation. The house is warming up and no frozen pipes (so far!) I'm thrilled with Cooper and will be a loyal client for years to come. Thank you!!!

This company is great! I contacted them regarding my broken AC. They scheduled me for the following day, came right on time and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Adam and Mark were professional, knowledgeable, thorough. Where other companies have tried to sell me an entire new furnace, they fixed my issue for an extremely reasonable price and did the job WELL without cutting corners. Amanda, in the office, is competent and pleasant! She is easy to schedule with and keeps in contact to make sure you are satisfied with their company.
This summer has been HOT. Sin-Jac has given us our first day of relief in weeks. I will be telling my friends!

I was in a crunch because my scheduled electrician lowered my job in their priority. Called SG on Wednesday and they were at my house on Thursday. Furthermore, it did cost me more, but SG would not do the job unless my electrical box was safer so I said make it safer They put a new electrical panel box as well.

Lightscape did the electrical portion of our recent remodel... EXCELLENT work! We love the convenience of the new lighting fixtures and they highlight the features of the remodel.
We tried to make some changes to GFI plugs and caused a problem. Lightscape come back and fixed the problem AND show us how to do it properly.
I would call them to do any electrical work at my properties...

I had Ted come over yesterday to fix some messed up wiring another contracted had done (another nightmare contractor) and he was amazing! Erin was polite and communicated exactly the times and prices I could expect and Ted was professional, prompt, very knowledgable and kind. Thrilled to have found a company I can recommend as well as reuse!

So, here you are, in need of a good electrician. You must need one, or else you wouldn't be reading this review. Either that or the Yelp algorithm brought you here. Well, either way, let me give you some helpful advice: Run, run, run for the hills! Avoid this company like the plague. These guys charge more than the competition and the quality of their workmanship is just awful. Pathetic! We hired these clowns to replace our crummy 100 amp panel with a 200A panel, and add two new circuits to our service, including a 240v circuit to the garage. Where they installed conduit, it looked great. But they didn't run the ground wires in any conduit and it looks like a kid did it. Other things:
1. They ran ground through the siding and into the crawlspace to the water line. They didn't caulk the hole they drilled into the siding.
2. They left trash all over my backyard.
3. They took one of my brand-new shovels.
4. An outlet inside my house stopped working after they left.
5. After Excel came out to inspect the finished job and said my new panel needed a slip joint where the line entered the concrete, American Electrician's owner initially refused to install the slip joint. He said Excel would allow a variance. Excel said bullshit, and only then did American Electrician agree to do it, or my power would be cut off.
6. Today, about 4 months after they finished their work, I went outside to flip one of the breakers so I could cut power to my dishwasher. One problem: the breaker labeled dishwasher cut the power to my son's bedroom upstairs. I started flipping breakers and found the one labeled master bedroom/bathroom cut power to my dishwasher.
It doesn't get more amateurish than this.
Take my advice: save yourself the headache. Use a reputable company like plumbline, Topping

So, I live in Boulder and am trying to get a house ready to sell in Denver. I scheduled the electrician through Tipping Hat for a 10am appt, and take a day off work to be there since they do not work weekends. At 10:25 on the day scheduled I get a call that the electrician's other job will take all day and they need to reschedule me. Now I have lost a day of work, don't have the work done, and don't trust that they will even show up when scheduled. I highly suggest you find someone more reliable.

i would not recommend this company for any service. their fees are very high- i had asked them to do some simple residential work- a quote was never given to me- they were to replace an outdoor light with a motion detector- they broke and threw out the existing light- i was charged 120/hr. for him to go and get some supplies- he purchased 2 lights which i was charged 69/piece for - i looked it up at home depot and the exact same light sold for 49. it was almost a $1000. bill to do not much. then i needed him to come back as one light was still not working correctly and they wanted to charge me another 200. to basically unscrew the old light and put another one in. i feel like their fees are very high and the service was ok.
