Chris was great to work with. He was prompt. Cleaned up after installing 3 faucets on the first day. Next I had him change my rusted hot water tank out for a tankless one and again everything was great.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Michael was prompt, professional, and efficient. I hired him to mount a TV on the wall, which was done perfectly, and he was nice enough to put up a curtain rod, too. He gets bonus points for being nice to my dogs. The next time I need a handyman, this is the person I will be contacting.

It's not easy to find plumbing companies that can service tankless hot water heaters, even though some will tell you they do. Shadrach sent Richard Novak the morning after I called them. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed and repaired a problem we've been dealing with since installation 4 years ago. He explained the problem, how he would repair it, then gave us an estimate before proceeding. These guys give a 1 year warranty on their work. Wow! They're our plumbers from now on. Great work!

They came out to fix a small issue - which it was not. But very professional and did a bigger repair that was needed. Excellent work, and good pricing.  Plumber was great - i would strongly recommend.

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. Can you say fast service!! I called them at 6am for a leaking water heater, a small drip and not an emergency. They were at the house in Tempe by 9am with a new water heater ready to install. All work was complete by 11 and my troubles were over. Very personable and friendly. The area around the water heater was as clean if not cleaner when work was complete. The price was $200 less than the big name plumbers charge ( G Brazil). I very Highly recommend Above and Beyond!!

Josh came out to fix a leak we had in our pool pump and answered all of the questions I had..I had quite a few. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He even took a piece of the pump apart to ease my mind, even though he didn't have to. If you need help with your pool, do not hesitate to call The Pool Whisperer! I will be recommending him to everyone.

Great Professional service! Called them for a clogged toilet, they came out the next day on time and sorted the issue for us. Brian was kind and professional, communicated with us and provided all around good service. Any plumbing issues we have in the future we will give you guys a call!

I hired Mercenary Mechanical to install a few water faucets in my house. Dave, the owner came out and did a great job. His prices were reasonable and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He is a veteran and a very nice guy.
