My water heater busted and Alex was out the same day to give me a quote. He was so helpful, responsive, and professional through the whole process. He was straight forward, he knows what he's doing, and he's not going to charge you an arm or a leg to do the job.

My outdoor refrigerator stopped working and Ty quickly found the problem in the electrical outlet and changed the GFI plugs. He was very professional and I will be using him again!

Eric and Henry did a fantastic job installing our new water softener and carbon filter. Friendly, hard working and answered all our questions.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. We called Mike on a Sunday morning with our kitchen island leaking. He was there within the hour. Kind. Educated. Experienced. And so very helpful. He explained the issues as he found them. He found the leak, repaired it immediately and did a thorough check of our entire water filtration/ osmosis system. As we have extensive water damage and mold, he left us with a clear plan of what to do next, even referring us to an honest and reliable restoration company.  It was nice to know we where in good hands. We love Charity and Rigo!!! We had them come out for several plumbing issues.  Sure we could have had a handy man cheaper, but the attention to detail, fair pricing, better than any of the major big outfits, and they are local to Laveen.  We replaced toilets, updated sinks, and found the nasty beginnings of the dreaded sewer line clog.  Very personable.  Idea generating.  Truly awesome.  Rigo even recommended having an estimate from one of the other outfits (no need, as earlier, before we knew of them, we had some estimates from some of the big places for water softer/water heater replacement/issuse- and yes, those guys come in at 50% more)

I've used Chris as a plumber for years.  He installed our water heater, R.O. System and soft water system.  He's dependable and reasonably priced.  If you have an emergency, Chris will take care of you.  If you need a miracle, Chris can do that too although it may take a little longer!

Today we called on Parker & Sons to help us out with some electrical work. They had someone out within 30 minutes of our phone call and we met Joey Casillas who was very knowledgeable and so personable. What a great guy! He made sure things were done right and explained what needed to be done from beginning to end. This was our first time using Parker & Sons and Joey's service will keep us coming back to them!! Ray, Dennis and the crew have been helping my clients and I work through all kinds of challenges, beginning with the 1st project way back in 2004.   And several of these buildings we've resurrected over the years have had plenty of challenges, lol.

No bs, dependable, straight-shooting, honest work.  Keeps me coming back.

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found Robert.   He is honest, knowledgeable, hard working, and an  all-around great person.  If you need plumbing or HVAC work done, don't look any further.  Robert is your guy.   Thank you for your help, Robert!

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

They say good things come to those who wait. This company epitomizes that. They were the installers for Lowe's where we bought a water softener.
This is how the time line went:

Wednesday January 31st  we looked at a water softener unit at Lowe's and decided to purchase the unit and install because it was the last day of the sale. The sales rep told us the installer (Around The Clock Plumbing) would contact us by close of business on Friday February 2nd to do a detail estimate.

Monday evening the 5th I called Lowe's and asked about the detail because I had not heard from Around The Clock. Tuesday morning I went down to Lowe's and got a hold of the manager of the install department. About noon Around The Clock called to say they were sending TJ out to do the detail around 4pm. He did come at 4.

I went down to Lowe's the morning of Friday the 9th to pay for the unit and install. They had not received the install estimate yet. I waited there an hour while Lowe's got a hold of Around The Clock and had the estimate faxed over. I was told Around The Clock would call to schedule an install within 48 hours.

On Wednesday the 14th I called Lowe's to inform them I had not heard from Around The Clock. Thursday afternoon I called again. The install department said they would call and (harass) the installer. Lowe's called back and said we would hear from Around The Clock shortly. Friday afternoon the 15th Around The Clock called to schedule an install for Tuesday the 20th between 10am and noon.

Tuesday February 20th, TJ showed up at 10:00 sharp. 2 hours later I had soft water. He was professional. The install went smoothly, nd he completely cleaned up the work site. Total install cost- $779.00. almost twice what I paid for the water softener.

Here's the breakdown of my experience with this company:
