I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day I called them and showed up on time. It only took Chad a minute to figure out was was wrong with my water heater and he was able to fix it right away. Chad was very polite and professional and left my property clean when he was finished. Thanks again Chad and San Tan Valley Plumbing.

We had our home water softener system go out and got in contact with Chad, who was extremely professional and responsive to come out to our home And replace our water softener. He showed up and quickly got to work while also explaining and walking us through how the process works of the water softener replacement. Chad answered all of our questions, which I will say was a lot of questions! He was very polite, professional, and respectful to our home. We are very fortunate to have met Chad and had the opportunity for him to work on our home and will make sure that any future plumbing needed he is going to be our go to guy! I highly recommend this company and especially Chad!

These are the go to guys for emergency plumbing and I'll only use San Tan in the future. Immediate response, outstanding customer service.

Used this company through home warranty. It took nearly three weeks to replace a water heater - they canceled multiple times and pushed back weeks+. Ended up not finishing the job, and I hired someone else to finish it.

They also constantly tried to refer their friends for other work.

Stay away.

Thank you San Tan Valley for your excellent service. You worked with my home warranty company (who frankly drug their feet with my claim) to get my water heater installed. After going more than 1 1/2 weeks without hot water, you came late in the evening to get it installed! Thank you for your service!

Great Professional service! Called them for a clogged toilet, they came out the next day on time and sorted the issue for us. Brian was kind and professional, communicated with us and provided all around good service. Any plumbing issues we have in the future we will give you guys a call!

Had no choice because we went through home warranty but the guy cam out looked took pictures and left didn't hear back for a week had to call them to make an appointment. Then they wanted me to pay a 215.00 bill they said warranty would not pay even befor they come do the work. I asked for an item receipt and they told me they dont give one out. I refuse to pay until I got one.lady said it was for mod work.
They came out about a week and a half later to replace water heater and they did replace it and two hoses . He reused the copper drain pipe  and reconnect it. It is not flush with the water heater and looks like crap. I am still waiting for itemized list because all he did was very minimal and warranty company already paid for water heater and work that was done and a extra(300.00) worth for mods that was needed . I will say the young man was nice and professional that did the work.
