Micheal and his team are awesome. We had a crappy morning (pun intended) as our pipes got blocked and everything backed up into our bathtub. After hearing the desperation in my voice, and most plumbers being booked out a week, Anna found a window in the schedule and they fit us in same day. Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. Highly recommend, not only are the prices very reasonable they do great work and care about relationships. I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but they've earned it.
I have called them twice. Both times my wife has WFH so someone could be there for them. She raved about how nice and respectful they were. I appreciated that they were willing to give reasonable quotes via yelp when others provided a range that started at twice what Element bid. They were prompt, courteous and even took care of a mouse in a trap in our crawl space. The second time they came out for a leak in the kitchen sink. The day before they arrived I found a leak in the water pipe for the ice maker, they were able to handle both jobs quickly and came in under bid.
I love the fact that I can simply email Element with my plumbing issues and feel confident they will provide quality, prompt service.
Don't call anyone else. Just book Element Plumbing.

I strongly recommend Ascend Plumbing. They have completed two jobs for me and have been very responsive and completed excellent work. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all of my questions. Im thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday weekend when many other plumbers weren't answering their phones. Thanks to them I didn't have to go without a shower for 3 days!
Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.
Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him. He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!
They came to my house to fix leaking toilets. After they finished, the handles and flushing worked much better than before. No more leaking water! They are very professional. I am glad I hired them. They are my go-to guys for fixing plumbing related issue now.
Element Plumbing did a very professional job replacing all my water valves so they are up to code, and came up with a great solution for the water line on my fridge so I could fit a newer model in that has an icemaker.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review. Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune. A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours. He was very professional and friendly. He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs. He was awesome!

I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system. I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing. All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options. I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products. So far, so good! Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.
Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged. They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed. Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!
Highly recommend Element Plumbing. They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath. All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations. I would and will hire them again.

It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice. The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.
Michael was very quick to answer my phone message. He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem. Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner. HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future. I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

Had an issue with the Main water line to the house. I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me. They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company. No disappointments. Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a free inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day. Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time. Work took about an hour and issue was resolved. No complaints.
I would give more stars if I could to Michael and his crew. They have helped me replace leaky shower faucets, installed bidets, and replace my old worn out circulating pump and timer. When I have an emergency, a potential leak or the hot water is not working, they make it a a point to come out the same day to help investigate. Their prices are fair and the work is impeccable.

Mike and team did a wonderful job. Had a stack of plumbing issues (repair frozen pipe damage from this past winter, replacement of a porcelain sink I managed to bust out and installation of a new water filtration system) that required attention. Element Plumbing was able to get to the work quickly and the quality of the repairs/installation was outstanding. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be more pleased with the result.
Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Thes guys are the best! They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space. They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge! They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet. Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.
He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.
We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

A+++! We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Micheal and his team are awesome. We had a crappy morning (pun intended) as our pipes got blocked and everything backed up into our bathtub. After hearing the desperation in my voice, and most plumbers being booked out a week, Anna found a window in the schedule and they fit us in same day. Efficient, professional, they did a great job of clearing it all out and explaining the issue and options. Highly recommend Element Plumbing. Thank you guys again!!!

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

The work was done correctly, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. All interactions with Michael were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Element Plumbing and would use them again for my plumbing needs.
Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. He was also very reasonably priced. It was evident that he was well versed in the plumbing realm and was honest with the issues and not trying to rip me off. Thes guys are the best! They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space. They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge! They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!
Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.
Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him. He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

Super happy we found Ascend using a Yelp project. There's a reason he has great reviews! Very nice, respectful and professional. Saved the information to use again if we ever need a plumber again.
Go no further - you have just found a plumbing company that is meticulous, on time, professional and efficient. In 2 days they replaced 2 toilets (1st plumber did not show up). It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice. The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Could not be happier with this well organized and well run company. Our highest recommendation and we are picky.
No comment on the quality of their service, but I asked for a quote on a toilet repair three days ago. Still no response and no longer interested
I thought about taking on this project myself, but I'm glad I called them. Some extra effort was needed, and they worked through it and did a great job.

Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.
Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them to anyone

We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!
