Called Arctic Sewer and Drain this morning on the recommendation of another company that couldn't get out till very late in the day.  Spoke with Isaac and he said he could be out early afternoon.  He arrived promptly and assessed the situation.  Gave us options on how he could fix the blockage with the least possible disruption to the house and went to work.  Even though I had assured him there wasn't a clean out, he had a hunch and checked anyway!  Sure enough he was right!  He worked efficiently and neatly, had us fixed up in no time!  He was also right that it was frozen instead of blocked!  We were very pleased with all aspects of his work and will definitely call him should we need this type of service again.

These folks are great. The lady at the office was very friendly on the phone. The plumber, Steve, was also super friendly. He did great work on my bathroom remodel for a good price. He was available for questions and concerns and made sure the job was done right and the way I wanted it. Thanks guys!!

Was not very impressed. We told him what we thought was wrong the first time he came out and he didn't listen to us and told us we were wrong.  Turns out we weren't wrong and he came back and charged us an insane amount on his second visit to fix what we originally told him was wrong.  It took him 15 minutes and it cost $120. Cost $300 total to fix something that should have been fixed on his first visit.  Will NOT be using again or recommending to neighbors or friends.

I was very pleased with there service! They were out to the house quickly, identified the problem, explained it to me and fixed in under an hour. He than went on to change my filters for me. I will definitely do business again with them....if I have to!:)

Came it and inspected and made some repairs and did really great there but only giving 2  as the repair guy spilled a lot of water from the boiler on the new carpet and didn't bother to clean it up or the mess and totally ruined the carpet in the boiler closet

I left message after message awaiting a return call to no avail! The Receptionist was so rude and not willing to go the extra mile to make sure I would get a return call.. when asked when will your technician be getting back with me?? I was told The technician will be back later today but don't know when he'll be returning your call Really!! Word of mouth is your best or worst advertisement. Remember a satisfied customer will give the best advertisement for your company.. without a doubt, I don't feel this was the Receptionist fist time being rude and unwilling to help a customer. Your business is standing because of customers. I am highly offended by the lack of respect and poor customer service.

We called because we had flooding in our garage with a busted pipe. He showed up three hours late but with the weather the way it was we figured he had a lot going on. The guy that came out with him was in some kind of state that caused him to say back and forth, his eyes were glazed over and they kept rolling back. I was concerned at this point but Dillon said he was a good guy who couldn't be understood so well because of his accent. They fixed the busted pipe, got the heat running and told us they would be back later this evening. We texted and called no answer. The next day we called someone else to finish the job so the water could be restored. Later that afternoon Dillon called to apologize about not getting in touch. Apparently he left his phone in someone's house and had no way to contact anyone. It sounded plausible and we asked him to install a new heater in our garage. We gave him a cashier's check for the full amount as the contract laid out we had to pay 60 percent in advance and all we had was the check. He said he would pick up the heater and be right back. Nobody showed up. He didn't answer any calls but eventually texted that they delivered the wrong unit and he was trying to fix the problem. We told him that we observe Sabbath and if he couldn't finish before Saturday we'd have to wait until Sabbath was over. Saturday came and went without hearing from him. On Monday he texted and said he'd be out to install the heater. Nobody showed. Tuesday another text that he was coming to install the heater. That was the last I heard from him. The check has been cashed. Please guard yourself against this crook.

I kept hearing the commercial on the Radio that says Remember the name, Living Waters, Living Waters....  So I called them.  I had a plumbing quote to re-replumb our 4 plex in south anchorage for $7,200 which seemed high given it was a 3-4 day job for 2 people.  Jeffrey answered the phone.  I asked for an estimate and the first thing that struck me as Odd is he says I'm not sure if we'll CHARGE for the estimate, but someone can check it out soon. I've never been charged for an ESTIMATE in my life.  12 minutes later, he calls back.  He said he spoke to the boss and had a ballpark figure for me.  He asked how many fixtures I had in the unit.  17 I told him.  He says Ok, he was Right on then- It will be right at $80,000. I was stunned but I thought he said $8,000.  Finally I asked Did you say $8,000? No.  The estimate was EIGHTY THOUSAND dollars- for a 4 day job!!!!  

My biggest issue is that they are running around using the name of God to their advantage Living Waters is a reference to Jesus Christ.  An $80,000 estimate is about $73,000 higher than it should be.  There is nothing charitable, kind or neighborly about that.  No christian values emanate from this.  I was shocked and expressed that to Jeffrey.  He didn't offer to come look or allow me to speak with the boss that gave this un-Godly estimate.  He didn't budge- $80,000- take it or leave it.  

Since then, I have spoke with 3 professional plumbers.  They have all said the same thing Living Waters is a rip-off!  They price gouge and do poor quality work.

In their commercial they say Remember our name.  You bet I will!  They forever will remind me of the time they tried to rip me off.  
Don't waste your time calling them.  They might even charge you for it.
