Came over, looked at the toilet, took it apart, left for 90 minutes, came back with no part, seemed annoyed that I asked him to put back together our only toilet (which he had no intention of doing), he asked for $125 (got excited that I paid in cash) for the service call & hasn't called since to follow up on whether or not he ordered the part (like he said he would). Was also taking calls & cursing quite loudly while in our house. I feel swindled & disappointed that he was more interested in the money than his actual job.

Tom came over to fix our baseboard boiler and narrowed the problem down to a few components very quickly. I felt like the work is solid and will last years to come. Will call him again if something down the line breaks.
