5 star service company. The plumbing crew was neat in installing our unit. Kept to the timeline and price agreed to. Even hauled away an old dryer unit we had set aside for the dumb. Highly recommend this company.

Inconsistent leak that perplexed my husband was fixed for the diagnostic charge. Personable plumber. If I need a plumber, I'll call Build It Bros.

Had a hot water leak destroy our laundry room and adjacent bathroom. Build it bros was exceptional replacing what was torn out. Even updated our laundry room and tiled the floor. Love the new look and upgrades.

Home Depot gave them as a professional referral.  They were prompt in getting back with me, we scheduled an appointment to view it and get me an estimate.  They got hung up and needed to reschedule, no problem, stuff happens.  The following day they were supposed to come, I called after they were 45 minutes outside of the scheduled window.  Ooops, they skipped me and went to the next person.  They did offer to reschedule again, I declined and will look for someone else.

We had a tiny leak from a water heater pipe that caused some damage, where the water mitigation company ended up removing all of the wall and insulation to get it completely clean and dry. They had referred us to Build It Bros and Nick, the owner.

He was very friendly, responsive and answered all my questions about the process of rebuilding our wall. He stopped by to check out the repair project scope right away.  Nick was also able to schedule time for the repair right after the mitigation process was complete.

Robert and Todd, the contractors that did the actual repair, were on-time, courteous, and diligent about installing the wall. Robert was knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the progress. When he told me he wouldn't be able to finish the job by the end of the first day (based on a time I had set), with a couple hours to go, we worked out a plan on what was my priority. I appreciated his communication. Our water heater needed to be disconnected for the duration of the repair and because I had already scheduled them for the next day, I asked that he just focus on taping up the sheet rock where the water heater needed to go so it had time to dry overnight.

Robert returned the next morning, promptly, and finished his work as well as cleaned up all the debris from the job.

Nick also dropped by to check in on everything and go through my invoice questions. He was able to reduce my final invoice because of less materials needed and less labor time.

Thank you guys for all of your quick and thorough work repairing my garage wall so that we didn't have to go without hot water for more than a day!
