I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

Nick the owner of the company was the one who answered my initial call and request. We had a running toilet and wouldn't stop running. He was able to come by later that day and was there when I got out of work.  He was friendly, efficient, transparent, clear and concise, professional and knowledgeable.  Nick even took the time to look at a minor leak I had in my back yard near my outdoor faucet.  He was even friendly enough to give me a spare PVC pipe part that helped me fix me outdoor leak.  I would recommend him to everyone and was a joy to work with.  Very competitive prices compared to other well reviewed plumbers in my area.  That coupled with his A+++ service he is the best option!!!

Nick was amazing.  He came highly recommended and did not disappoint.  He took the time to explain everything, honest, knowledgeable and super helpful.

We had a 40 gallon water heater go out.  Nick came out the next day and we wanted a 50 gallon hot water heater.  Nick installed the 50 gallon water heater the next day, which included all new flex pipes, and a new shut off valve to hot water heater as old one was leaking when shut off.  These guys also piped new copper pipes to outside from water heater to code.  All of the workmanship was top notch.  As all the plumbing had to be heated close to the wall, to connect the copper flex tubes, and the valve, not even a tiny bit of my wall showed any burn marks or anything.  These guys are honest, do top notch servicing. I saved a huge chunk of money from not letting the other plumbing company's come out and do a crappy job.  Everything they did was top notch.  We also had them come to repair our kitchen sink plumbing where there was a leak in the wall.  I would call nobody else period.  Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, and your knowledge to do the job right.

Great service and value! He installed our new kitchen faucet perfectly, repaired a bathtub drain, and went above and beyond to fix a pesky slow-flushing toilet. He also educated us on how we could manage some minor issues ourselves, and was very knowledgeable about particular plumbing issues associated with our modular home.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone's schedules did not always align but he always made it work.  If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Excellent group of people working at Norfleet :) We had a Tub Faucet spraying water out anytime we turned on the Shower, had a company come in and do the drying & demo, then had to find a Plumber to fix the pipes themselves.

Our house is old. The wiring was done poorly/dumbly, and knowing that, the piping was done amateurishly when it was built, too, unsurprisingly. Nick came out the very next day at a convenient time for us, and agreed that was the case, gave it a good inspection, and was very clear to us what his thoughts, intentions and even quote was. We never felt like we were up-sold on what needed to be done nor overcharged.

We were lucky they'd had a cancellation, so he was able to come right back out the next morning and had it done in a couple of hours, and we went from a shoddy amateur pipe + rubber tube setup to a much nicer looking full copper pipe replacement, and came in exactly where the quote was expected to be, Nick clearly knows his stuff :)

Throughout the whole process, Melanie was extremely helpful and communicative through Yelp Messaging to coordinate, and I never had to wait long for a reply even at later hours in the evening. Their hard work and dedication have saved us so much time and effort and frustration with handling this pipe leak repair process, and they deserve all kinds of praise for that alone.

It seems like every other review on the site lines up with the service we received, so y'all can't go wrong hiring them - I know I'll be keeping his card handy if we need further plumbing work done (and knowing our house, we probably will sooner than later, lol)

I only have good comments for Norfleet Plumbing!  Nick was the plumber and he was punctual, responsive, reasonably priced and did a quick job repairing our bathtub faucet.  I will call Norfleet again for any plumbing repair we might have.

Very responsive, friendly, and provided quality work.  We discovered that we could not ignite the pilot light on our hot water heater.  I called several plumbers with no response.  I called Norfleet in Goodyear and they were at our house within 2 hours.  Needed to order a part and it was fixed the next day.  Receptionist was very friendly and let us know when the recognition would arrive.  I highly recommend and will use them again.

My electric water heater was leaking and tripped a CB.  After resetting the CB, noticed burnt marks around the top heating element/thermostat access panel.

I went on Yelp to get a few quotes and Norfleet responded w/ the best quote(by ~20%), had the best reviews, and was the earliest available to make the repairs.  In fact, Nick was able to come out a day earlier than we scheduled to replace.  The replacement was quick and done in a quality matter.  

Nick's very knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns I had and gave me advise/quotes regarding a potential water softener/conditioner/RO unit.  

I would highly recommend Norfleet Family Plumbing and will call them again for any future plumbing issues/installations.

Very responsive. Had a plumber (the owner!) out for my non-urgent service call the next day. Nick was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can't grade the work done...as there wasn't any! He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. No charge for the service call and he still spent about 45 minutes talking with me and testing out things. I'll definitely use Norfleet next time I need a plumber!

I had a water heater go out at one of my rental properties recently. I called up and spoke with Nick who was able to go out to my property the same day to assess the job, explain the process to my tenant and get everything scheduled. We needed to replace all 4 of our toilets and also needed some repair work on a few sinks. Nick and Austin did an amazing job!! They we punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I called Norfleet Plumbing last week. My GE water heater was on it's last legs. The young lady I spoke with took my information, gave me an estimate and set an appointment that day. Nick shows up on time, ready to work. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've lived in Gilbert for almost twenty years, used many contractors for repairs and projects. For my money Norfleet is my new Gold standard for repairs.

Update 7/29/19: Still the best! Nick is back out to replace R.O. Filters and make adjustments to some plumbing adjustments on a bathroom fixture. Right on time and on price!

Nick is the Man! ALWAYS reliable to be on time, give a fair estimate and then stick to the estimate. If ever there is a variation to the original quote, like in our case a part was a little more expensive than originally expected, Nick called and let me know and asked for permission to go ahead buy it for our project. Many other businesses would just surprise you at the end and spring it on you in the invoice.
We've had Nick install our water heater, whole house water filtration, our RO system, and our instant-on hot water system, and work on a handful of plumbing issues that we have experienced since moving into our home 3 years ago. Always happy with his work, and we enjoy talking with him when he is here.

I requested a quote to replace all of the hardware in my tub and shower with a set I had already purchased. They responded quickly and with a quote. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly and took time to explain the answer to all my questions and how I could save money. Last Thursday Nick , the owner came to our home as we had a main water line leak. He was the first call to respond and he was immediately thorough in explaining what needed to be done plus he quoted us a very reasonable estimate . Having just purchased an investment property in Phoenix, I relied on a list of referrals from my home inspector Don. As an out of town investor, one of the worries about investing outside my local area is not having reliable dependable plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc. I know now I no longer have to worry about someone for my plumbing needs. Stop looking for a plumber now.  You found him!  Call Nick at Norfleet and you will not be disappointed.  I had him install a water conditioner and RO system in my house.  He was right on time, price was great, and he was very knowledgeable.

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb.  He came out and fixed it.  A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off.  When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke!  Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem.  They warranty everything for two years.  We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

The hot water at my house would run out and go cold in about 3 minutes, which definitely made showers go faster, however cold showers in February are not high on my to do list.

Alas I reach out to a few plumbers to diagnose what I'm assuming is a faulty water heater. 1st plumber comes out, looks at it real quick, tells me the quick fix and is on his way. Nick from Norfleet comes out, spends a good amount of time testing and then explaining why he believes we have a slab leak.

So I shop around for a leak detection company and sure enough, slab leak. Leak detection company's work was a little sloppy, so Nick took the time to reach out to them and see exactly where the manifolds are so he can steer me in the right direction.

Again, I shop around and I was pretty pumped Nick at Norfleet came out with the best price. Nick came out to my house all day and did a fantastic job rerouting my pipes and for the first time I took a warm shower this morning, my god it felt good.

So to recap, in my experience Norfleet is honest, knowledgeable, and is super communicative while also coming in at the best price in my situation.

I contacted Norfleet Family Plumbing for an estimate through yelp and not only did they get back to me right away but they had the best price of the several estimates I got and even got me in the same evening! Nick, the owner, showed up on time, was friendly and straightforward and got the job done quickly. I couldn't recommend more!

Plumber came out on time and descaled my water heater with no problems. Very professional, didn't try to up sell anything and was honest and told me I only needed to have it done ever 2-3 years. Completely agreed with the earlier reviews: easy quote process, reasonable price comparing to competition, no pressure to buy warranty. I was able to schedule a water heater installation within a few of days (I had to wait for it to arrive) and they were very helpful when I needed to reschedule for earlier day.
Actual installation: Nick was on time, installed a new water heater and even gave me a discount (nice surprise for a change comparing to other contractors who try to charge you extra for every little thing) and he fixed a scr*w up from a previous plumber at no extra charge. Just to compare to Parker & Sons, they wouldn't even give me an estimate for the fix, made it look like it was a big deal!

Last week I had Nick come out and fix the valve in our downstairs shower....it was leaking water out of it when the shower was on. He was able to come out the next day and replace it for me. We have used Norfleet Family Plumbing before to fix a toilet for us after we had the hose snap from the wall. Both times Nick has come to our house he has done great work. His prices are great too. It's a small business....Nick and his wife, which I like because I feel like you can trust small family businesses more then big name companies. If you are looking for a plumber this is definitely the company to call.

Well after my water heater went out and my home warranty people not knowing they are doing and denied my claim for replacement, I made an appt with Norfleet to replace it. I have used there services before and I knew that I would receive great service.  As usual, they arrived on time and we talked for a few moments before he started the job. It was quick and he explained what he will be doing and how to operate the new water heater.  Can't stop raving about finding a great company with great customer service.  I will continue to keep their number into my contacts for future use.

My main water shut off valve completely froze up and stopped working, asked around for pricing and this company by far had the fairest price. Upon doing the work, Nick noticed I was missing a PRV, which was the reason for some the plumbing issues I was having as the water coming from the main supply from the city of Mesa was over 100Psi. He gave a fair price for the part and labour. I will definitely be using this company with any of my futures fixes/installs. Nick is a great. He's honest, informative and above all professional.

Nick is AWESOME! Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

Had put out a request for some bids on some plumbing issues in our home.  Norfleet was very responsive and provided information that demonstrated their willingness to go that extra yard.  

One thing we really appreciated about Norfleet was the fix only what needs to be fixed and not drum up more business for their company.  

Norfleet was on time as scheduled and remembered that we had to be somewhere on that same day.  Respecting time constraints and commitments is important to US!

We had a garbage disposal break and needed a replacement.  Norfleet showed up on the same day we called.  Very professional and reasonably priced.  Would highly recommend!

We woke this morning to a terrible discovery.  Our water heater had been leaking in the garage.  Although we caught the leak early water had penetrated the wall into our closet and bathroom.  Did a fast search on the internet for highy rated plumbers and noticed Norfleet Famly Plumbers had received 5 stars from all their customers.  Decided to give them a try - I like giving business to small companies,  I was lucky that they had a cancellation today so I made the appointment.  Nick showed up on time and was very friendly.  About 90 minutes later he had installed the new water heater and the price was exactly the same as the quote they gave me on the phone.  If I ever need a good plumber I will be calling Nick.

Nick came out to fix my hot water heater during our colder spell this month. It wasn't an easy job because of some mold issues and the plumbing not being up to code. Within minutes of being here he had assessed the problem. He explained everything really well. I was so impressed with even all of the issues that went into the repair that were out of his control, we had hot water back in less than 24 hrs. The install itself was incredibly quick and Nick is very fair, knowledgeable, efficient plumber.

Service done: Gas line installation.

I was in the market to get an additional gas line installed, and I hit up a few places. I got the general we can do it or not with little to no explanation or even truly attempt to understand the job (even though I tried my best to explain in the initial outreach). Nick then reached out and was a game changer. The moment he walked in the door he was nothing but professional, friendly, and knew his stuff, no BS. He was able to explain to me a few things that other companies had not that I did not considered. Nick also wanted to educate me about the process of my request more than to try to make a sale of his service. Even the price was incredibly fair for what I had in my mind for what this would cost. After a few days of consideration with my options, I went with Norfleet.

Nick was able to take care of all paper work for zoning and approval with the city and SW Gas. The speed at which to all took place from getting approvals to final inspections was within a few days. Amazing! He was even able to help me with some minor water softener piping to I could tuck the tank in closer to the wall.

Nick and Melanie were amazing!  They helped me with replacing my Mixet valve to a much better faucet.  I love how the new MOEN looks-- will update this review once I see how the new one works.

Update:  This new valve works better than I expected.  It's so quiet every time someone is using the shower now, I'm surprised how good this replacement was.

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. Support local business.

After our home builder's construction team drilled a hole for our RO system of almost two inches into our brand new kitchen counter top and then denied that they messed up the job I felt stranded finding a faucet large enough to cover that size of a hole. After calling many companies that were not able to find me a faucet that size I called Noorfleet  Family Plumbing. I was talking with Nick the owner who assured me that he will find a solution for me and he was able to find a company that manufactures larger custom faucets within a short time. Nick went the extra miles to help me find the perfect faucet for our reverse osmosis system while other companies just dismissed my problem. Five stars are not enough to rate his great effort and professionalism. He deserves ten stars!

I know this review will be soon hidden by YELP because they always do that...I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to  :-)  I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

I can't imagine using another plumber. As an engineer and do it yourselfer, I know what I'm doing even if I hire out the work. Norfleet came out quickly, knew exactly what I needed, and even pointed out a few things I didn't know. Quality of the work was outstanding. Price was more reasonable than a couple others that bid on the work.  Gamble on some other contractors if you want, but go to Norfleet first and save yourself some time.

Wow, one of the best experiences from a service provider I have ever had. If you are looking for a plumber, stop searching and call Norfleet Family Plumbing. My water heater needed an obscure part that many other plumbers did not have nor wanted to install. Norfleet was very responsive over messages and quoted me half of what everyone else would charge. They were also able to come out the next day. Nick was there right in time and had it replaced within an hour. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable, also a very nice guy. Conveniently, just a few minutes after Nick left I noticed a massive water leak from one of my toilets. I called Nick and he immediately turned his van around and came back to repair the leak on the spot. What a great service. Thank you Norfleet Family Plumbing. This is how you win customers.

Update: Just had them come out to do a repair on our pipes and valves.  I think what I like best about this place is that they have consistently been the only (or one of very few) place(s) that will actually give an idea of cost beforehand with enough information rather than insist on we have to see it first. A non in-person Quote isn't as accurate (it wasn't for me this time), but there's value in knowing how much I need to brace myself for before someone comes out. I don't have time to make an appointment Over and again to find out I'll need to  postpone a repair to come up with the funds.
My only regret is not taking advantage of the yelp deal that was going at the time....
