Great customer service! Timely and care about their customers. They are a smaller family owned business and I like that about them.

I had a geyser in my yard and had to shut off my water as it was starting to flood my garage so I called several other plumbers that just blew me off and said that they could be out weeks later.  So my option was to have no water for weeks or to have my property severely damaged.  I finally called one plumber (that also couldn't be out for weeks but at least he recognized that it was an emergency) that recommended Crown.  I called them and they rearranged their schedule to get someone out to me to fix the problem in under 2 hours!  They sent a wonderful young man out that couldn't have been nicer and he fixed it right away.  And for much less than the others were quoting - when they would finally get around to it, that is.  

I will never call anyone else!  Thank you so much for saving me!

I've used Crown Plumbing for general plumbing, to install a dishwasher, to move a gas line and to fix a bad installation of a hot water heater.  They are always so professional and kind.  From answering the phone, to quick service appointment times to great customer service both on the phone and in person; these guys will always be my go-to plumbers.  Thanks guys!

I find crown plumbing to be hit or miss. I've used them a few times. The first time I was disappointed because they needed to come back 3 times to complete a job that should have been done in 1 or 2 sessions. Not all plumbers there know how to culk apparently. I think this should be a necessity for all plumbers.

They also raised the prices over the past year. They couldn't really give me a valid reason for the increase other than the fact that everything is going up. Gas has gone up, labor has gone up, blah, blah, blah. They were already more expensive than most plumbers.

2 stars because some of the plumbers there seem very good but the quality of work is simply not consistent enough to merit such high prices.

I've had Crown come to my a few times.  They've run gas lines for my outdoor grill and helped with multiple plumbing issues.  Every time they were prompt, honest and well priced.

We have been using Crown Plumbing for the last 4 years.  They always do a great job. We recently had them replace our water heater & exterior hose bibs. The job was done quickly and efficiently.  The plumbers are so nice and were happy to answer our questions. We are totally satisfied customers!  We highly recommend Crown Plumbing.

We are over the moon happy with Crown Plumbing. Over the course of the past five years, we have had countless plumbers attempt to address our water pressure problems. None were successful and we heard every excuse in the book as to why it was an unfixable problem. Crown Plumbing assured us they could fix our pressure issues and to my delight they did! They also addressed our water heater recirculation problem as well as an outside faucet with freeze damage issues. We highly recommend them.

Unscrupulous business. They charge based upon their 'perception' of the customer's ability to pay. Repaired my buried water supply line. They repaired the line, in the same place about 3 years ago. Repaired AGAIN (same place, same way) 6 months ago. Failure was due to poor workmanship. Warranty is 30 days.  I overheard their guy talking to the office about what to charge another lady (who apparently had similar repairs). The office said 'aww... just charge her $X,XXX dollars... she's got plenty of money... she can afford it' (or something close to that).  And last time, they insisted on charging me for a line locator even though I pointed to the EXACT SPOT to dig. Line locator truck was here about 30 minutes. I never saw any equipment, or attempts, to locate the buried line. The four Crown employees stood around for roughly 30-45 minutes b4 line locator crew left without doing anything. They dug where I told them to dig (where to puddle had formed). Never again. Please... find another plumbing company who will stand behind their work... and will NOT overcharge like this company does.

The 2 plumbers were very professional.  They wore booties to cover their boots.  They explained the repairs needed and the cost to repair the problem.  They arrived in the stated time frame and cleaned up after work was completed.

I was referred to Crown Plumbing by a home repair company we've been using and they didn't steer us wrong!

I initially spoke with Terri was kind and very honest with me from the beginning. She asked that I send photos of the issue and she'd have an estimate sent right over to me. I was told I needed to agree to the estimate before my scheduled appointment, which I thought was fair and honest.

I called today, Tuesday, to follow up as I hadn't received the estimate yet. Nicole apologized and got right on it. She called me back moments later with another apology and the estimate. The estimate was fair and since they'd seen detailed photos of the issue we felt comfortable moving forward with them to fix the issue. We also liked that the repair guys had looked over the photos we sent so there wouldn't be any surprises when they showed up. A few moments after I hung up Nicole called me back letting me know they had a last minute opening in the schedule for today. I was thrilled and confirmed.

Two gentlemen (I'm so bummed I didn't get their names) arrived and so politely removed their shoes (we have a sign on our door). I immediately let them know that wasn't necessary, but appreciated the fact they were willing. They worked quickly and methodically and had our shower up and working within the time they originally told me. They had me come back a few times to show me various things or make sure I understood why minor changes were made. They were polite when speaking with me and were both very kind to my little one who kept wandering into the bathroom to check out the action.

I am extremely happy with the work the guys have done. They fixed the issue and it was hassle free once they arrived. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured every aspect was working before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend Crown Plumbing for your plumbing, shower, etc needs. Working with them was easy and honest, the work is legitimate, and the craftsmanship wonderful.

Outstanding company and outstanding work and service.  I called about replacing a hose spigot. They came out in 2 hours and had it replaced in an hour.  Very professional, explaining what he (Travis) was going to do and what the cost would be up front.  This is the 2nd repair they've done for me. Highly recommended.

We had a broken pipe in our foundation and they did an excellent job of re-routing to get it repaired fast.

Crown Plumbing came out today to fix a clog that had managed to effect both upstairs bathrooms. They were so friendly and polite, flexible with our appt time (our power went out before our initial appt time and they came later the same day), worked until the problem was fixed, were up front with pricing, and the pricing itself was so reasonable. We'll only call them in the future!

Mike and Wes were great! They quickly assessed my two plumbing issues and got started on the work. They were efficient and extremely polite. No one likes to have work done on their home, but these two made it pleasant and were enjoyable to have in my home. I would only call Crown Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

This company is a joke. I have had them out several times and they never seem to ever actually fix anything. The plumbers that came were not professional at all. They did not seem to understand what they were doing and the other one was on his phone the whole time  terrible service

Came out the same day I called and fixed my problem.  I will use them again.   Both guys seemed very knowledgeable and I felt the service call was reasonable.
