We were dealing with a complicated clogged shower drain (hair blocking mushroom slipped down the pipe), and Pine Rooter responded quickly and affordably. When the first attempt didn't stick (no pun intended), they came back quickly to try again at no cost. When it was clear their equipment wouldn't solve the problem, a refund was offered without hassle. An air snake ended up being the solution, but I appreciated PR's integrity in tackling the issue and wouldn't hesitate to use for other issues.

Kitchen sink suddenly backed up on a Saturday night. Ran out and got some Drano which didn't work. You don't realize how much you use your kitchen sink until you can't use it! I wondered how we were going to make it to Monday or how long it would take to get someone out to fix it. I called pine rooter on Sunday morning, he called back right away and was out to our house within a half an hour. Took him about 45 minutes to get the drain working again. He was very courteous and professional and didn't try to upsell us extra products.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Tried to snake ourselves with no success. Made a few calls to professionals and Pouya was at our house in 30 minutes. It was a very stubborn clog and he couldn't unclog it initially. Pouya then went under the crawl space and investigated the pipe situation (which was not easily accessible). He then did his magic and cleared it out. It was such a big relief. He also went above and beyond to tighten loose part of the disposal and stopped water leak. Big shout out to Pouya! We had a clogged kitchen sink and the toilet upstairs can flood the kitchen sink as well. How did this company get 5 stars? We usually don't need the plumbing service until something happens, kind of an emergency such as toilet, kitchen or bathroom clog up. I called several plumbing companies in the area. Most of them can come within 48 hours and give free estimate. As for Pine Rooter, Pouya is the first one who's available. He came on time and explained different options. His rate is reasonable. I would use him again.

On our 3rd day of home ownership we were surprised with a main line clog. Pouya arrived within a couple hours of my call and fixed the issue promptly. I ask a million questions and he was patient in answering all of them. It seems he owns his own business which allows him to provide competitive pricing, and he says his work is guaranteed for 3 months. Assuming the work lasts/the guarantee is held up, I will be recommending him to all my friends.

As a side note, during the fix our toilet broke, and he took full accountability and purchased us a new one immediately.

He is also very experienced to handle some tough case, like the sewer main access cap was somehow sealed with concrete. The job was done very quickly and finished up with cleaning the work site. The day before we were going to host family for Thanksgiving, our guest bathroom sink stopped draining. I had a clog in my toilet after a housecleaning and I suspected paper towels or something had been flushed. I tried plunging, green gobbler, hot water & dish soap - nothing was working. So I requested quotes on Yelp (at like 9:30pm btw) and Pouya was the first to reply within minutes. A few other quotes came in and Pouya was more affordable than the others as well so I decided to go with him.

He was able to come out the next morning at 8am and fixed the clog in 5 minutes. He then also noticed a leak at the base of the toilet and was able to fix that for me on the spot as well for minimal additional cost (and it required taking out the toilet and replacing a ring that had worn away). I actually had a different plumber come out a year ago to fix that leak and he had me ask the city to shut off the water for the whole building and overall he was painful to coordinate with, and after all that apparently didn't fix the leak! I just hadn't noticed because that toilet gets very little use.

I'm SO impressed with Pouya! He went above and beyond to help me resolve my plumbing issues and is truly the best plumber I've ever worked with. Thank you Pouya!!!

Pouya did an amazing job unclogging our sinks and fixing our toilet. Some of the other plumbing services we contacted said that we would need to get our entire toilet replaced. Pouya was excellent. He had been with Roto Rooter for a number of years and now is hanging up his own shingle. I hired him for replacement of a kitchen faucet hose. He replaced the hose, but after it failed to work properly, he went to Home Depot to get a brand new faucet, came back and installed the faucet in a jiffy. Works like a charm and i am back to normal. His rate for the service was very fair considering the time (3 hours) and professionalism of the job. Highly recommend.

Pouya from Pine Rooter is a pro. I called him concerning an issue related to an issue with newly installed gutters having a blockage at the ground/underground level. He arrived on time, and in speaking with him, he has a great wealth of knowledge about his craft. He has previously worked in the business for another national company and decided that with his level of expertise that he would start a business on his own. Smart man! He diagnosed the issues with alacrity, put his machines to work, and within 40 minutes he was able to restore my system....completely. His prices are more than reasonable, compared to his competition some of which I also interviewed by phone. When he advertises that he is less expensive than the competition, take him at his word. Put him on your speed dial as this man knows what he is doing. He cares about the work that he does, and aims to please. We had a clogged outdoor storm drain and Pine Rooter was very responsive over the weekend. Pouya came out the next day and found a completely full drain that he tried hard to unclog. Unfortunately, he was only able to remove some of the mud, but didn't charge us for his attempt. That was incredibly professional and he didn't try to sell us a solution that wouldn't work. His quoted price was also very reasonable. We do have to find another option to unclog it, but we will not hesitate to contact him again in the future.
