Anderson Electric did a great job upgrading my electrical main panel as well as installing a sub panel and running multiple electrical lines.

Bob and his team were always on time and Tiffany kept me informed of any changes and progress of the job. They were both a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them and will call them for any future needs.

We decided to install recess lights in our house. I requested a quote from Yelp and several electrical companies contacted me and provided me with a quote. When I received a quote from Anderson Electric I called them because I wanted to support my towns small businesses and spoke with Tiffany, I asked her if she would much other company's quotes, because other companies quoted me with 14 recessed lights and her quote was only 10 recessed lights and with higher price. She agreed with the price and i made a appointment for an installation on 07/25/22 at 8AM. Matt and one more employee came to do the work. Matt started the work in my kids playroom/tv room, he made the holes and started to do the wiring, while he was using a power tool to run the wires he damaged my fire sprinkler line and all the water went on hardwood floor and inside the ceiling, I am glad I was home, I rushed to garage to shut the water off and started cleaning the water from the floor. Matt went outside shut the water from outside as well and made a phone call, then he came back and told me he will fix it. He went to Home Depot to buy supplies and returned back to fix the fire sprinkler line that he damaged. He fixed it but it didn't looked right. He told me it will dry in couple of hours and he will continue to do the work. He moved to second room to continue the work. After couple of hours he was ready to continue in my kids playroom/tv room. When water was turned back on it started leaking again, at that time I told him I need someone who is specialized on fire sprinkler system to come in to my house and fix it. He went outside and made some phone calls and informed me that someone will be at my house on 07/27/22 to fix the fire sprinkler damage. When fire sprinkler specialist came to my house he informed me that it was fixed incorrectly, that he was glad I requested someone who knows about fire sprinklers to come in and fix it. He fixed it and left. Since the ceiling was wet I asked Tiffany to hire someone to fix the ceiling so we don't get mold and she agreed To send someone on 07/30/22 at 8AM. On 07/29/22 we turned the air conditioning on and noticed that the vent in my kids playroom/tv room not blowing air, since we had several open holes in our ceiling we looked and noticed that the HVAC was damaged, I emailed Tiffany right away and informed her. On 07/30/22 drywall repair man showed up to fix the ceiling dry wall, I explained to him the situation he came inside the house took a look and left. I didn't hear back from Tiffany. On 07/31/22 at 10:03AM I received a text message from Matt Good morning, Tiffany sent me the pictures of the ducting I would like to come over tomorrow to repair it and I can install the dimmers as well i didn't replied to the text. I send a message to Tiffany that I need air conditioning technician to replace or repair the ducking, and we would still love for him to do the dimmers. Tiffany responded back that she reached out to their HVAC company and will let me know when he can get over to my house as soon as she hear back from him. On 08/01/22 I messaged Tiffany to see if she has any updates regarding HVAV repair, she responded back we are still waiting to hear back from a couple of HVAC companies, it's looking like Thursday 08/04/22 or Friday 08/05/22 will be the soonest. I messaged her again on 08/02/22 if she has any update. This is the respond I got we are still waiting to be schedule. We are in the middle of summer and seems they are prioritizing lager more urgent jobs currently. I will let you know as soon as we hear back. I can have Matt come and patch it with HVAC rated tape, or else we are at their mercy. I will let you know when we hear back. Let me know if you rather have Matt patch it up.  I messaged her back and I told her that I have no problem to find a HVAC company and get it fixed ASAP and she can pay them directly. On 08/03/22 Tiffany messaged me back that someone is available to come in on 08/09/22, I told her I can't wait till then we have been with no air conditioning since last week. I told her that I contacted several HVAC companies and they are able to serve as next day or two. She message me back the same day and told me that someone will be reaching out to me to schedule a time to come either later today or tomorrow. I was contacted that same day 08/03/22 and made a appointment for 4:15PM. When technician arrived I showed him the damage, after inspecting he informed me that there are more damages as well inside since he was able to see it with his flashlight. So almost 6ft of the duct had to be replaced. He said the earliest would be on 08/05/22 at 7AM. I agreed since I didn't had any other options. I am going to attached photos so you can read, I didn't know that yelp has limits on how many words you can post. I am going to let the court/ judge to decide who is wrong or who is right. Paid in full invoice attached as well.

Where do I start with this company? I called several companies and left messages with no return calls. When I called Anderson's electric I was greeted by a friendly woman and an appointment was booked next day. Bob showed up and after explaining that I was in the middle of escrow and needed to ground half my house to pass code, we decided to use GFI breakers and rewiring the non-grounded outlets. His pricing was more than fair and exactly as he quoted. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for clean professional work done at a fair price. House sold and thanks to Bob, Nashville here we come!

Bob and Michael are professional, friendly, and methodical at all levels - from the first visit/inspection to the estimate to the actual work. On the first day the job commenced, Bob proceeded to review each item they were going to work on and discussed any issues and answered all my questions. Then they just went to work. They were well-prepared, amiable and completed the many tasks in an efficient amount of time.  Most importantly, their work was excellent and at a reasonable price.
They installed ceiling lights in my dining room, kitchen and living room. They installed my ceiling fans and carefully attached the many, many crystals on my chandelier. They made sure I could mount my tv w/o all the cables showing by inserting them in the wall. Under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. Added much needed outlets throughout my home. Bob and Michael did an amazing job of updating my old 1964 home and made it look, feel, and work like a modern house. When the Directv technician refused to do his job, who gamely stepped in and climbed to the top of our second story home? Super Bob!  :-)

I can't say enough good things about Anderson Electric and Bob. I put a cry of help out on yelp to do some repairs on my elderly Mother's house and he responded within minutes. He was precise and professional. Fixed it right away and then double checked some other things that needed fixing. He was fast reasonable and just an all around nice guy. Having just purchased a new home in Simi Valley, I found Bob on Yelp, and was impressed with his great reviews.

It all started when I reached out to him to give us an estimate.  I told Bob if he was honest and fair with us, we would be the same with him, and everything moving forward, has been that way.  We had received quotes from other companies, and while Anderson Electric was not necessarily the lowest bid, he was certainly the most qualified and fair, which goes a long way in doing business.  I never once had the impression that he was trying to take advantage of us, while most other companies would and did.  The LED lighting that he installed, was so well done and clean, that not only were my wife and I extremely happy, but even our painter and drywall sub commented on his excellent work.

Overall, I was impressed with his workmanship, his professionalism and his honesty.  If you want  a good electrician, look no further, Bob will make sure you are taken care of, as he believes that making sure the customer is completely satisfied, is his top priority.  We feel very fortunate to have found Bob and Dave from Anderson Electric, and know that in the future, should we need more electrical work done, we know exactly who to call.

Bob came out and helped us with several items: installed an exterior outlet in preparation for a tv we'll be putting on the patio, replaced and cleaned up some old outlets outside, installed ceiling fans on the patio cover, installed recessed lighting cans in the living room, fixed a couple of outlets, etc.

We will for sure be hiring him again. He's professional, personable, takes care to prep and clean things up and does quality work. My boyfriend is super picky and even he was impressed.

It seems each year it becomes more and more difficult to find trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced vendors to provide services. Well I am pleased to say that finding a fantastic electrician is no longer and issue for us.
Bob Anderson with Anderson electric was extremely communicative, on time, fair pricing and total transparency. I am in real estate and was needing a quote ASAP for a client after inspection and feel so lucky to have been referred to Anderson Electric. Matt M.  out of his way, to cut a piece of lattice for us to put on an exit porch area and had not idea until I went to put it back in the pile .  He went  above and beyond that request and attached it to the metal porch railing .  Attaboy for you Matt.  I had no idea until after they left that he had done this.  It looks great!   It not only covers up the rear eyesore of a back area, it adds stability for the disabled veteran in the household.  Hats off to you both.

These guys are the real deal. We had a deadline to meet and Robert and his team made it happen. They ran 20 Cat-6 Internet lines, setup up two 12 port switches and added a bunch of outlets so that our company was ready to move locations ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend them and will use them again when electrical services are needed!

This update is way overdue...Bob Anderson Electric did some more work for me this past summer and I meant to give them more kudos for coming through BIG TIME!
I called to get an outdoor light installed and some outdoor wiring issues taken care of before we left on vacation (last minute I know).
Bob came over with his assistant (also great, sorry forgot his name) and they took care of everything, finished early AND charged me less than the original estimate!

Matt was great.  5 for 5 on all the jobs asked to do at a very fair price.  He did exterior flood light installs, interior outlet installations and troubleshot landscape lighting issues.  I can tell he is a veteran electrician and knows what he is doing.  Super happy with the work and overall experience.  And I emphasize experience, as it is not all about costs.  First of all, when all other electricians took so long to get back to me, Anderson Electric was prompt with their quotes and scheduled me right away.  I got everything done within a week.  That is unheard of these days.  Tiffany is great with communication.  Easy to communicate with and immediate responses even during off hours.  Stoked to support a great local family owned business.  Will definitely be using them again.

It's unfortunate to have to write a bad review because things started out great. Tiffany was consistently quick to respond on the phone and a pleasure to deal with, Matt showed up when he said he would for the quote and again for the job. However, the main things he worked on (the attic fan and an outdoor fountain) stopped working within a few days. I can get the fountain to work by resetting the GFI but it shuts right off again if I fill it or even for no noticeable reason within a couple of days so there is SOMETHING not right. Heaven only knows what is going on with the attic fan, once in a while it runs but most of the time it doesn't -- not even a motor hum. I tried calling the office every couple of weeks to see if Matt could come back but my calls weren't returned. I also emailed a number of times and received nothing in reply. Because they were so good in the beginning I worried that there was an illness? I know all the small businesses are having an impossible time hiring competent people to help so I also thought perhaps they were just overloaded with work. But it has been several months now (the work was completed in the heat of this past summer) and I am just really disappointed about the whole situation. Yeah OK I'm also a bit miffed about that fat payment I handed over. Why is it so hard to find companies you can depend on for reliable service, I just don't get it.

Super awesome service and professional. Bob changed out our panel, added grounds, and did a bunch of other things to bring our house up to code and make it safe. When dealing with electrical you want someone who really knows what they are doing. Bob definitely knows electrical and didn't cut corners. The job was done well and done right.

Ok best staff ever! I called almost in tears all the outlets in the kitchen weren't working. The lady who answered said she didn't think they could come same day but would call the owner. She called me right back saying they would come later that day. The electrician who came solved the problem right away! Wore a mask which we appreciate so much! Highly recommend and will definitely call them if we have any more electrical issues. Also, I should add we even have a home warranty but we couldn't get through to the contractor so we figured to go with Anderson and so glad we did!

My wife and I were very pleased with Anderson Electric's response time in getting out to the house to see what needed to be done and quoting the job. With many people like us who are tired of Edison shutting our power off every time the wind blows up here in the Texas tract we bought a generator. After using it with extension cords running all over the house we decided to set up our electrical panel to work with the generator. It took a few weeks to come out to do the job because of the demand, which was understandable. Tiffany called when they had a cancellation, but we already had other obligations so we waited for the scheduled date. Bob was on time, had all of the parts and tools for the job and finished in a couple of hours. He did a great job of explaining how everything worked to my wife and myself. Just bought a home with existing100 amp FPE panel, so we decide to upgrade with a Square D 200 amp panel,  EVC for the garage, and future stub outs for ADU, and air-conditioning.

Got five bids, and Bob was very competitive, however his action plan was by far the best case scenario. We went with Bob, and he handled all the permits, and coordination with Edison.

He completed the panel change out and EVC, as well as the futures for ADU and A/C in two days. The install was very clean, and professionally done. He provided more than I asked for and didn't charge me for the extras.

Being an ex electrical contractor, and unable to do the work myself , because of health reasons, Bob far exceeded our expectations. In fact we contracted him to do more work.

I would highly recommend Bob, for any electrical project you may have, you will be pleased at his professionalism, his approach to your project, and he is very organized, oh yeah did I mention, he cleans up after his work. Exceptional, great work Bob.

I found Anderson Electric on a Nextdoor recommendation. For the past year or two I looked at how different people were handling the frequent power outages & who they were using. Many were doing a back up generator. I contacted Bob and he answered right away. He prioritized helping everyone without power. I felt comfortable. He came promptly, let me know everything I needed. His quote was fair. He did a great job. Made it so I can flip a switch on my Circuit breaker and can power my whole house with a back up generator. He was kind enough to show me how to use the generator & had me practice a few times. I really appreciate the extra time he spent making sure I knew what I was doing. He had his mask on. I have him booked for many more projects that I had been putting off. I got a discount for being a first responder during covid, which I really appreciate. I have recommended him to all of my friends. He does high quality work, is clean, nice, respectful, prompt, good communication, and reasonable pricing. Overall he seems like a really great person and that is the type of person I like to support and give my business to.

Bob also called Edison company to fix an electrical issue (appliances was absorbing more than twice the power than the norm) we were not even aware of and looks like the previous owner of the home didn't know either.  Edison came the same day and fixed the problem.  Thank you again Bob for all your help.

Honestly I can't say good enough things about our experience.  Everything from the initial call with Tiffany about our issue to the follow up call with Bob on scheduling. Tiffany called Edison not knowing if I was even going to be a client to get them to come out and inspect our box. This was done so we could get an upgraded electrical panel when we realized from a friend our emergency shut off was damaged and not working. I only called to get a quote but she went above and beyond to take care of us and expedite the process. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't price gouge me when Edison only authorized an upgrade to a 125 amp box instead of a 200 amp, he adjusted the price accordingly. He was on time, handled the job quickly and efficiently. He called me to update me along the way, and his enthusiasm of how beautiful the box is was contagious. Got home and went and looked at it myself and sure enough, it was impressive!   Highly recommend Anderson Electric for your electrical needs if you want to be in good hands and not over pay.

Bob did the electrical on our kitchen/dining room remodel and we can't speak highly enough of his work. Out of all the contractors we dealt with, he was the best. His work was excellent and professional. He is also trustworthy. His prices are more than fair. We highly recommend him.

Made appointment for an estimate to hardwire an Arlo home surveillance system which was already installed and operating on batteries. I made it clear that was what I needed done. Bob Anderson was scheduled to show up on a date certain between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. I had to rearrange my day to be home at the appointed time. At 4:00 pm Bob calls and says that he doesn't do such work.  Two stars because I save one star reviews for the truly terrible, not merely the disappointing. Not impressed.

I think we spoke a couple of days before Bob was scheduled to arrive. Bob waited until the time he was supposed to be at the appointment to call and say he didn't do the work which I made extremely clear to you I wanted done. When we spoke you said you were pretty sure Bob could do the work. Apparently, it never occurred to you to ask him if he did such work and it didn't occur to him to check was the job was until immediately before he was scheduled to arrive. So, I rearranged my schedule only to get a phone call saying he didn't do such work but if I wanted he would swing by anyway. How is this scenario an honest mistake? How hard would it have been to ask him if he did such work if there was any doubt? Why would I want to waste any more of my time showing the job to someone who said he didn't do such work and waited until the last minute to tell me? Having already wasted enough time I told Bob not to bother coming and, since I had nothing more to say to Bob and had no further interest in anything he had to say to me, you are correct that I hung up after telling him not to bother to come.

This was our first time using Anderson Electric, and we are thrilled.  Every contact with this company was a good one.  Both the visit to our home to give us an estimate and the work done the next day were professional and pleasant.  I highly recommend Bob and his company!

I'd love to write a glowing review as to the work done, but the fact of the matter is that the electrician came by, informed me it would take a week to get a part and a couple of weeks later I called and was told they had lost the paperwork, but found it and would get on it right away. After that, nothing. No one came by to install the part and add the extra outlet. No one called and said anything. Nada.. . It was going to be around $1000.00 but maybe that was too small a job for them to even bother to tell me they decided to hang me up.  The Not Good Review is generous.

Super cool dude. Called and came by on short notice for a outlet because we are having a water fountain put in. Told him I'd be home by 4:30pm the next day came home job was done. Will be calling him soon to add fans and power to my patio!

I filled out their on line website form describing the problem.  I never heard back; not by email, not by phone. It's a mystery to me how they plan to stay in business if they don't respond to their potential customers.

I am now revising my review, as there was a problem with the interface between the on line form and the information reaching the company.  Bob made it right upon discovering the issue, and I am a satisfied customer now.

Bob just came and completed work on a backup generator for our house. I contacted him a couple of months ago and he not only came right over to give us a fair price, but helped recommend which generator would work best - without trying to upsell us for thousands of dollars more (which he very well could have done). Once we scheduled him, he showed up and completed the job promptly. We will definitely use him again next time we need electrical work done.

Anderson is a great example of a true professional. Bob was able to diagnose my electrical issue and fix it extremely fast. Highly recommended, glad I found our permanent electrician!!

First; I owe Bob an apology. I thought I had posted this back in October, but I'm old and forgot. The good news is, this post will include 2 of Bob's visits...because, yeah. He's that good.

Anyway, we were moving into a new house in Simi, but it wasn't quite ready. We decided to move our trailer over and live in that for a week while the house was being made available. We contacted Bob via another of his customers to install an outside plug for our trailer. Bob came over and bid the project, and did an outstanding job!

So good in fact we had him come back and install two security cameras. Again, professional and fairly priced.

We anticipate we'll have him back out for some landscape lights soon.

We have recommended him to family and friends!

I called Anderson along with some others for a quote on some new electrical work needed... Anderson was great from start to finish. They returned calls quickly and showed up on time... So off to a strong start. When the big day came to start the work, they showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. This particular job had some quirks and a few last minute changes didn't phase them... They made a few changes and still honored the original quote. The next day, something strange was happening and I called them up... They showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. The issue was a lose neutral wire and was not related to their work the day before.  All in all, I had a great experience and strongly recommend them if you are looking for an electrician.

Don't look any further.   Bob is great and does excellent work.   Replaced our main panel quickly and neatly.  Fair pricing and quality work.   We highly recommend him!

Had a great experience using Anderson Electric.  The gave me a reasonable quote and went above and beyond my expectations.  Got another quote from another company that was considerably higher.  Was happy to support local.  If you want great work done, call them.  Had my breaker box replaced and added an electric car charger port as well as a generator port for the house.  Couldn't be happier.

Bob Anderson and another electrician came to the house to install a light, dimmer switch, and new electric line and outlets. They wore masks, were conscientious, did a great job and cleaned up really well at the end, even dusting our new light before leaving. We were very happy with their work and the price.

Had a new dedicated pole added to breaker, low voltage transformer wiring for lights in backyard done, and outlets on side of house and conduit covered wiring ran to our backyard wall with 3 outlets. Bob was the friendliest electrician I encountered and had a fair price (I got 4 quotes). He was always on time and communicating as we had to have him get scheduled around our landscapers for trenching. I will call him for anything we need in the future and would recommend him 100% for anyone else.

Based on the many five-star reviews, I contacted Anderson Electric and spoke with Bob.  He answered my initial call on a Friday afternoon and said he would come by on Monday to install some outlets for me.  Bob showed up on time and completed the job quickly and as promised at a very reasonable rate.  I really like this guy.  He is very professional and friendly and does quality work.  I can see why he has such high ratings as he ensures the customer is satisfied.  I've found my go-to electrician from this point forward!

May 4, 2020 - Yep. Bob is still the best. We have used him a few times this year and every time he comes to our home he and his partner do a fantastic job. It is nice to work with a person that takes pride in their job and in keeping their customers happy.

Bob is amazing. On time. Thorough. Honest. Talented. When you are getting a service done that requires things are done SAFELY and TO CODE, do not go cheap or with a handyman. Go with an expert. They did recessed lighting throughout my entire house, as well as repair some critical circuit work. In addition to that, they installed a ceiling fan and cleaned up some electrical outside. Since SCE decided they could cut everyone's power on a whim we had to have a better solution for our generator than an octopus of extension cords.  I called Anderson Electric and was able to schedule an inspection and estimate in a few short days.  They need to see your panel to know the parts required.  A week later we had the manual bypass switch installed to connect a generator to the house.  Now when SCE cuts power we will still have power to everything in the house with the exception of the oven and the A/C.  No more spoiled food in the fridges.  Everyone we dealt with at Anderson Electric was extremely professional, and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions quickly and easily.  The install was quickly done, professionally labeled and the electrician ran us through the operation of the bypass and switching to generator power.  I couldn't be happier with their work.  We now have a workable solution to factors beyond our control.

We had three outlets not working in our house. They explained how to fix it by ourselves if it was to happen in the future. They were extremely polite, patient, and friendly. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area!

The quote they gave me to replace my electric box was $1100 higher then the other 4 quotes I got. Go figure... really, do the math.

Our 20 year old house in Porter Ranch required some electrical much -needed upgrades to accommodate the new electronic needs for our family. My wife found Bob through Home Adviser. All we have to say is that we found our 'go-to' electrician. Bob is super punctual, clean/orderly in his work, competitively priced and a super nice guy. Plus he does great work. He had suggested/recommended (not up-sell!) few things and all absolutely appropriate, as we found all of his recommendations to be useful. I'm incredibly impressed with Anderson Electric. I originally received a quote from requesting via Yelp. I got an immediate response from Tiffany and she had Bob come to give a free quote the next day.

His quote made sense compared to others. I wanted to hire someone with great reviews and not risk it with someone from Handy or Task Rabbit who may not have the same reviews and credentials. I went to schedule with Tiffany, but the team was booked up for a few weeks. I let Tiffany know that I needed it done sooner and would sadly have to look elsewhere. Bob ended up being able to fit it in! We had it installed less than a week later.

The team showed up early (in a good way!) and asked if they could start earlier. They did an amazing job. Not only was their work impeccable, they also did it quickly and flawlessly.
